National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Abuse behavior of staff & Double charge of toll tax.

Today I traveled from shivpuri to gwalior.The toll employees was very badly behave. My fastag is not working today & not show the reason on display. They push to charge me double tolltax. This is wrong.This is not the fault of mine.why I paid double tolltax.My fastag card is active & also shown the balance amount is ₹451.
