National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — abusive language and aggressive touching on toll plaza

Dear sir i am crossing through aroli toll plaza l01
As the machine cant read my fast tag card thae ask for paid cash i said ok but give me in writing that as my card whatever issue you face write it on back of slip
As i heard of deduction both way and i had blance also above from that plaza amount.
They started abusive talking and aggressive touching and saying paise nikal nagad kuch likhenge nahi - jaise hum log chor hai bina paise diye bhag rahe hai we need oly to ensure that no double charges deducted from my account.
Please help for this bad behaviour and check recording as we r with family they all cover over vehicle and we feel it very scary
