National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Account debit and cash payment of toll at Arjunalli Toll plaza

Traveling to Nashik. At Arjunalli Toll plaza, near Shahapur, Thane, today while scanning the fast Tag error displayed as "invalid fast Tag". The person on the counter said the fasttag is not getting scanned and made us to pay by cash. Receipt number[protected], at 7.41 Hrs. Booth operator B07. Vehicle number is MH 04- KL-0154. Immediately after passing through the email from my ICICI fast Tag debit fir Rs. 120 is also received. Please provide for refund of double debit. I am Central Government employee. Requesting for stopping such cheating of the honest citizens. Hoping for early positive action.
