Dear Sir/Madam,
Without passing the toll, the amount has been debited twice on 13th of April and once on 28th March.
I write to you for the below complaint numbers. I called up the front desk and they said it's pending with the backend team -

The issue is - I have been charged the toll fee twice erroneously twice on 13th April and once on 28th March. On 19th April, I was informed money will be credited back within 15 working days. It's been 2 months since then and nothing.
Every time I raise a complaint, they mention 15 days as the SLA excluding Sundays, PH, 2nd & 4th Saturdays. It's been 56 working days and all that's been done is your executives have raised a new ticket & closed the existing ones.
Can you please expedite this? Do you need any more details from me?
