National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — all users allowed in fastag lane at sriperumbudur toll gate

We generally go to chennai from bangalore and always get stuck at sriperumbadur toll gate as they allow every one in fast tag lane and there is no restrictions. All other toll gates have barricade before entering the fast tag lane to chek the tags but here there is none on asking them they say we cant help it the locals dont listen to us and who will manage this huge traffic
