National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Amount debited from account but not credited

I did recharge of fasttag on 28 November 2021 at 1.27 pm amout of Rs.1000 through bhim upi recharge successful from upi bhim but not credited to my fasttag account union Bank of India so I did complaint to ubi fast toll free number they told that they not received money or I did complaint to BHIM UPI they told that recharge was successful. So I did not get any solution .the transaction id no is[protected].
Complaint no of bank of baroda from where money deducted BBPU[protected]
