Hi Team,
I was travelling back from Mumbai to Pune on 19 th march 2021 and my fast tag account was debited with 203/- on Khalapur Toll Plaza. After the amount was deducted i got the SMS regarding the same that the amount has been deducted from my fast tag account and the current balance is "-35/-" (SMS screen shot attached).
When i moved to Talegoan Toll plaza, the attended said that the current account balance is low so i have to pay in cash again.
When i raised the concern that as the amount for toll is already deducted why should i pay in cash again, they did not allow me to pass and after waiting for more than 10 mins i was forced to pay the cash amount of 203/- again (receipt screen shot attached).
As they have charged me twice for the same toll, i would request to please process the refund .
