National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Amount deducted wrongly form my credit card but not returned

My name is Madhu travelled Chennai to Trichy on 21/12/16.At Sengurichi toll plaza I paid return toll of R's.70 using my credit card but slip didn't come.They asked to pay by cash and told amount will be credited back to my account.But it didn't happen.After calling customer care also the response was very poor.Please do the needful and avoid such false commitment.

Card machines were not available, besides this paytm was also not an option of payment at karnal toll booth near gharon da, haryana. Only cash was accepted for crossing the booth, despite cash crunch and demonetization.
