National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — amount excess collected during two way travel

During my travel to kumbakonam to chennai @ paranur my fastag acct debited
Fully 2 times though my up travel to chennai 3/31/45 pm, & down travel to kumbakonam 9/41/57 pm on same day 17/11/18. Rs 60 x 2 times.
