National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — at khalapur toll plaza double money taken

On 31st Dec 2019 at Khalapur Toll Plaza at the time 16:26:20 & lane w05 has taken Rs 173 cash saying my veh MH01DB1271 fast tag was not accepted. Transaction no :[protected].
After the 10 mins of leaving the Toll plaza at 16:36:42, I received message that one more toll of Rs173 has been deducted through my fast tag recharge. Transaction no : LN[protected].
This is unfare & requesting you to refund my money back
