Updated by Vicky vats Hi, my name is vikas sharma i have traveled with my family in kotwar to faridabad when I exit the toll chainsha (KMP)exit no 14 on 25//1/21 on time 7.58 to 8.15, P.Msuddenly they say your paytm amount is finish we are saying no problem give me some time we will side the car & charge the our fast tag other wise we will pay the double amount of Rs. 200.00, but your toll boy says with out trag amont is Rs 500.00. We will try to understand the your toll guy but is using bad language to us with us in our holl family in my mother, sister, child, & brother after that he suddenly he will take A rod of iron & therating tto our holl family . He call the some boys they came in outside & come with bike in four people in KMP IN WRONG SIDE.Dear sir is please tell me is the policy of toll recover with iron rod & threat to car owner please tell, & I request to you sir please take some necessary action .
