I was travelling from shimla to delhi, crossed several toll plaza but when i reached at bhagan toll plaza which is at murthal (date 16/01/2022 at 5:50 pm), there was a que of 4 to 5 cars, so i have waited for approx. 10 min, reason was same that scanner not able to scan, after some discussion he opened gate for some cars, when i reached at toll counter same issue with me also the toll operator said your fastag is blacklisted i had shown him balance but he said give me money otherwise i will not open the gate, he also misbehaved with me, so i paid double amount . so i called NHAI help line no. 1033 and logged complaint( complaint no.5047947, he has given me mobile number of toll manager and asked me to send toll receipt and issue on same number but yet nothing happened .
