Sir at Sikandra (Jaipur Agra Road) Toll Plaza, system is very delay, today at 13.30 hours their is lot of delay and long queue of vehicle is their. I am a doctor going in emergency to Jaipur and got delay of 20 minutes due to tol mismanagement.
Also toll people misbehaved when asking to fasten the system.

I would like to inform you that there are two toll plazas between Ambala city and Kaithal (Haryana) but the problem is that these toll plazas are voluntarily cutting payments through fast tags which is disturbing the people here and preventing them from traveling.They are also hesitant because sometimes these toll plazas are deducting payment twice and sometimes they are voluntarily deducting double toll. Dear Sir, my car no. is PB02DP6660 & it is Fastag enabled. I often use Dhilwan toll plaza, situated on national highway 1. There is a problem of overtime. Always they take more time to standard time. We think that what is advantages of Fastag. If there are not special Fastag lane. They are also talk rudely. Our demand is to systematic approach for the customers & no delay in time policy. Complaint regarding Corruption in Construction of Delhi-Mumbai Expressway project at Sawai Madhopur

I would like to bring into your kind notice there is too much corruption going on in the construction.
Materials are used of very low quality which are not even approved. On Project 9, 10 and 11 illegal billing and pre construction Billings are happening, also before taking approval they construct and after that submit...

Since last 4 to 5 days two lens blocked at both sides at savleshwar toll plaza at Solapur pune highway i.e. NH -65, Near solapur....

HI, want to request to clean the highway dumped both side with waste & make some dumping arrangement, people and small companies are dumping waste roadside... kindly take action... else this whole area will be converted into dumping yard

Dear Sir, my car no. is PB02DP6660 & we are a regular user of your toll plaza at Dhilwa with active Fastag & it takes more than 10 minutes to clear toll plaza. Staff is very lazy & queues are very long. We are consuming diesel in the que & making pollution. As per Govt. guidelines, if there is time taken more than 3 minutes on any toll plaza than toll charges exempted. If this position comes than toll plaza have not right to charge any toll....

On 31/12/2021 I was wrongly charged double amount . They said online prepaid fastag is not working and charged @140.which was paid as i crossed the barrier i received a message that 140 has been debited from my paytm fastag.

Sir the NH 209 connecting Bengaluru to Tamilnadu is under construction. The road is in very bad state especially the stretch between Bangalore to Kanakapura. The road has huge pits and craters all along.
As the traffic along this road is increasing there are many accidents regularly
So request you to kindly address the issue and make provision for URGENT repair or completion of this Highway road for the benefit of public...

It Is to update the, while passing through the toll plaza using fasttag, after debit of amount, the boom of toll plaza hit the car on its roof and dented it, toll management has no reply on the incident, so i register the complaint in complaint book, copy attached herewith will all details...

We were travelling from Umbraj to Thane via Dumbarwadi toll plaza, after attending a funeral. My fasttag had a balance of Rs 76/-. However Mr. Sagar Chaudhary at Dumbarwadi toll plaza did not perform his duties & asked us to wait for 15-20 mins to do recharge. I jad travelled 2 days ago on NH-27 from Radhanpur to Samlhyali...i had paid almost 400 INR as a toll tax but the quality of road is very very very very poor, even poor than the condition of PM gram sadak yojana road.

It's worst highway, i have ever seen......

Today I'm traveling Amritsar to Jalandhar by my car PB02AR7865, when I'm reaching Dhilwan toll plaza, I'm crossing lane 9 through fastag, but employees said fastag not working, infact my fastag has 200 rupees and my fee is only 30rs, but they charged me double amount 60rs by cash, I'm paid it, after 5mnts i received fastag msg that 30rs deduction,

I was passing through the Khed Shivapur Toll plaza which is located in Satara, Pune on 12th Dec 21 in my car number MH12RK6218. The toll operator informed me that my Fasttag was not working and as i was in fasttag lane i will have to pay double the toll amount.

The toll amount is INR 100, i paid the toll amount INR 100 along with the Non Fast Tag fee of INR 100 in cash. Then i checked by Fast Tag statement and i could see that...
