On 31/12/2021 I was wrongly charged double amount . They said online prepaid fastag is not working and charged @140.which was paid as i crossed the barrier i received a message that 140 has been debited from my paytm fastag.
Paid Rs 140.0 toll for PBO2CF1663 at Usma on 31 Dec 2021, 02:42 PM. TxnId: 881640942004067001147P.
Kindly resolve at the earliest

Sir the NH 209 connecting Bengaluru to Tamilnadu is under construction. The road is in very bad state especially the stretch between Bangalore to Kanakapura. The road has huge pits and craters all along.
As the traffic along this road is increasing there are many accidents regularly
So request you to kindly address the issue and make provision for URGENT repair or completion of this Highway road for the benefit of public

It Is to update the, while passing through the toll plaza using fasttag, after debit of amount, the boom of toll plaza hit the car on its roof and dented it, toll management has no reply on the incident, so i register the complaint in complaint book, copy attached herewith will all details

We were travelling from Umbraj to Thane via Dumbarwadi toll plaza, after attending a funeral. My fasttag had a balance of Rs 76/-. However Mr. Sagar Chaudhary at Dumbarwadi toll plaza did not perform his duties & asked us to wait for 15-20 mins to do recharge. His tone was rude and he neither informed us the price if we pay by cash. He insisted on waiting & started making fun o[censored]s with other staff member. When we recharged the Fasttag & approached the gate again be started being violent & asked me to come out of the car as he claimed he was hit by my car, which is not the case. I sincerely request you to review this and take necessary action against Sagar as the staff employed by you or contractor, should assist us rather than attack or insult us. There was no courtesy the way we were treated. I hope you look into the matter seriously and revert with satisfactory updates.

I jad travelled 2 days ago on NH-27 from Radhanpur to Samlhyali...i had paid almost 400 INR as a toll tax but the quality of road is very very very very poor, even poor than the condition of PM gram sadak yojana road.

It's worst highway, i have ever seen...

Hi, my name is Harjit Singh from Punjab,
Today I'm traveling Amritsar to Jalandhar by my car PB02AR7865, when I'm reaching Dhilwan toll plaza, I'm crossing lane 9 through fastag, but employees said fastag not working, infact my fastag has 200 rupees and my fee is only 30rs, but they charged me double amount 60rs by cash, I'm paid it, after 5mnts i received fastag msg that 30rs deduction,
That is very imbarsing moment,
Please take action that kind of thinga

I was returning from Kaithal on the 9th to Ambala city vaya sainy majra toll plaza and the toll plaza people started saying that the balance in the fast tag is low so you cut the cash slip. I deducted a slip of Rs.170 there but I received an SMS later that from my fast tag, payment has also been deducted.This is a great shame for the Haryana government. Please check both toll plazas on the way from Ambala city to Kaithal.

I was passing through the Khed Shivapur Toll plaza which is located in Satara, Pune on 12th Dec 21 in my car number MH12RK6218. The toll operator informed me that my Fasttag was not working and as i was in fasttag lane i will have to pay double the toll amount.

The toll amount is INR 100, i paid the toll amount INR 100 along with the Non Fast Tag fee of INR 100 in cash. Then i checked by Fast Tag statement and i could see that my fast tag was working and also INR 100 had already been deducted from my account.

So i ended up paying INR 300, in place of INR 100.

Request you to kindly refund the excess amount to below Gpay number or UPI ID and credit the same to the Fast Tag account.

I was crossed the toll Palaza Situated at Latur - Ambajogai Toll Palaza Location Sellu on 06.01.2022 two times but both the times because of not sufficient staff the two windows where working only in spite of All windows closed and because of that I was stucked there for more than 10 minutes as per law if delay caused than they should release the vehicle without charging the toll tax but concern refused to do so therefore it's my request to refund my toll amount my car no.MH12KT2182.

I want to get a local monthly pass from Narayanpura toll plaza which is a NHAI toll plaza but even after submitting all the required documents at the toll office, they are not ready to accept the printout of my aadhar card downloaded from UIDAI portal and asking to show them Original aadhar card, for them downloaded aadhar card is not a valid document.
Kindly suggest me what to do and kindly help me in this regard....

So, i want know what is the result of fastag system.

Fastag means, not to stop our vehicle need to slow and pass the booth but we are spend our time at toll both.

On NH 2 CHAKERI BHAUNTI FLYOVER THER IS no road light even we pay toll tax.

You have diesel generator but they sell diesel to tector wala and all that.

There is no light form last 30 days

I, Ramesh Gajraj Lone, Age 58, is a defence civilian Clssone officer (Navy) staying at Kalyan west, Dist Thane MH. Went to Nasik panchvati, for asthi visarjan of my father, while coming from Nasik to Kalyan, the above mentioned toll plaza forcefully charged me of Rs 120/-, and misbehaved with meand my relatives, I showed them my defense I D Navy, but forced me Pay toll charges, I also lodged a written complaint in there complaint book, my complaint no.is - 1322, date - 05/01/2022.Time -14.29 PM, Ticket no.[protected].my mob no.- [protected].
Please take nessary action and reply .
