Today i waa crossed from jagjitlura tour plaza on moga chd highway near cheema village i was paid by cash rs 95 at 8.32 am . But in the evening i had received a msg from wallet account linked with fastag same amount again deducted from my wallet.
Please return my extra deducted amount

Kindly note my complaint with regard to very bad condition of NH 143A between LOHARDAGA TOWN to GHAGHRA in Jharkhand State. It is very uneven and at most of the places the surface is broken.The road is very bumpy....

The worst traffic control method I ever saw in our country. Don't understand the purpose of placing the Springpost dividers on extremely busy highways (like NH65). With heavy vehicles blocking the way, extreme traffic jams are seen in many places. Moreover some vehicles try to overtake by going between the poles and hence causing extremely dangerous situations. Hope necessary action would be taken asap to make NH safer to travel.....

Nh48 has a long patch which is completely damaged...the road between balewadi stadium to sus bridge is broken with multiple big holes. One such hole after orchid hotel is covering half the road and 2 feet deep. It's immediately after orchid hotel towards Bangalore...this is totally unacceptable and dangerous driving conditions.
Pls take immediate action to avoid issue to life...

As per government guidelines if we've to wait for more than 5 minutes we don't have to pay the toll tax. So i am complaining about this issue because we almost wait for 7 minutes and still we paid the toll tax. So you've to repay it as per the rules....

I have been charged twice at one toll plaza. The details are as under as received through message
1. Rs 70.00 deducted for Toll Charges at Mada Fee Plaza (JK02BU8797), txn ID 721640756702817925648P on 29-Dec-2021 11:08:50 AM. FASTag balance Rs.826.25 -IHMCL
2. Rs 70.00 deducted for Toll Charges at NHAI (JK02BU8797), txn ID 0010002112311809163973 on 29-Dec-2021 11:08:50 AM. FASTag balance Rs.486.25 -IHMCL

On 24'th December 2021, my father got a message that Rs. 70 toll for the car GJ10AP0492 was deducted at 06:31 PM from the Vanana Toll Plaza (NH-8B Of Gujarat) with the TxnId:771640425078677513888P.

However, car had never been passed from the Toll Plaza at the said date as it was at Baroda, Gujarat at the time when toll has been deducted.

Please look into the matter. We need to know why this had happened and...

Cars breaking toll.. authorities not supporting.. waiting time more than 10 mins...

I travelled in my car Reg.No.-CG04HD2910. from Raipur to Tumgaon on 28 Dec.2021. I was charged Rs.- 55.00 during onward journey at 11.03 AM at LAKHOLI toll plaza through fast tag. During return journey at 4.00 PM on the same day. I was again charged Rs.-55.00 at same toll plaza ( LAKHOLI toll plaza ) through my fast tag.
I was not given any discount which was due to me.
Request get refund to discount due to ma and take sutable...

Milk Majra Yamananagar Toll Plaza Cut My Toll And We Wait More Than 10 Minutes There and i tell Toll Plaza Counter Operator Why we Pay Toll. We Stand Here More than 10mint but They Cut Toll From My FastTag, But According to Government Rule Toll Plaza Not Cut Toll More than 10Second but Here We Wait More Than 10minute So I want My Money Return and Update Your Toll Operators About the Government Rules

Bhiknoor Toll plaza staff (nearby Kamareddy, Telangana) are of very rude behaviour.
Our vehicle fastag is blacklisted due to low balance and insisted us to pay by cash but I am out of cash in hand. I am about to recharge the fastag but the operator along with three other persons could not wait and started using vulgar language on me and also manhandled me all at a time. I got some injuries on my collar bone due to their hands on me....

I didn't had a fast tag and i was asked to pay 150 where the price board said 30 for cars then i gave 200and i was told that no money will be returned and when i argued i was said that i will beat you if you don't leave. They even used abusive language...

My name is Ayush Kumar Rastogi. I recharged my monthly pass of fast tag of vehicle number DL1CS4945 but instead of this toll booth operator recharged a car number DL5CS4945 . After my argument operator said it was mistake by me in telling the number But I was correct. Operator did this by cause. I asked him how can they recharge monthly pass for a random Vehicle whose papers for local residents is not submitted as that car in not from local...

Mumbai- Pune express way having very bad quality of road & many places work is going on so only one lane is operational hence traffic takes place & unable to maintain required speed. Then why full toll getting collected.
Why yellow line rule applies on toll plaza many times fasttag line was more than 500mtr still toll getting collected....

I recieved notice while recharging fastage that i need to update KYC for continuation of service, which i deed immediately and uploaded documents un mentioned site. But then NHAI is neither recharging and nor it is approving KYC, It shows KYC is pending and 1033 says it will take 7 days for KYC approval.en why NHAI blocks fastage while KYC is pending. Bank also do KYC but they do not block the account....
