I travelled on NH1A on 25 Dec 2021 between Pathankot and Mukerian
Rs 105.0 deducted from my paytm account through fast tag at Harsa Mansar toll plaza at 2.25 pm
. On my return journey on the same day, Rs 105.0 again got deducted from account at 3.05 pm at Harsa Mansar toll plaza.
I was not given 50% discount on return journey which was due to me. Request refund Rs 50.0 to my paytm account and issue necessary direction to concerned toll plaza to avoid such lapses in future.

It always happens each lane per 10 vehicles get blocked for whooping 10 mins and some times redirectled to other lanes.

This is poor managnent of the toll boths

instead the vehicles should be issued challans and not blocked at the booths as it creats huge queues.

or the booths should detain the vehile in a seperate place and unblock the queues.

the guedelines issued are useless as they are never followed at the toll booths.

or if its not possible to manage them remove the toll roads all togather. we are willing to spend 30 mins extra without using tool.
anyways tools are some tomes taking 1 hr or more during peak times and makes them reverse effective.

on asking tool guys at lahuali they say mere gaun ka admi thodi hai jo usse gaap mar ra hun. apna niklo tum yaha se. lut macha rakhi hai.

there should be a help line to repost such cases and campaigns on radio to sort this out.

Sir I'm residing in sector 45 Chandigarh and working in indian railways at Kalka frequently uses the chandimandir toll plaza on car bearing registration number CHO1BK8104 for which I was earlier charged with 150 rupees per month but now they are charging 300 rupees for monthly pass saying that my residence is more than 20 kilometres away from the above said toll plaza but in reality my residence is only 18 kilometres away from the above mentioned toll plaza for which I should be charged for 150 rupees per month kindly resolve my problem

The 24 hrs cost is not being applied at the toll by deducting the amount

Condition of NH27 is worst than a village road and there are multiple accidents happening because of that. A car cannot go above speed limit of 60km/h and is that a nation highway? There is definitely a big corruption and no one is taking any action. Toll plazas are charging around 500 rs for 270km journey. It is not acceptable.

The officials were requesting to submit the payment in cash as the fastag scanner at the toll was not working and they were not processing anything regarding that so they requested for cash

There was a mud hole on the NH71 near S.V.Puram Toll Plaza in which we passed the car and it was deep and we had to apply sudden breaks as we were travelling with 6 yr, 8 yr old kids and 62 yrs senior citizen.

The left tyres of the car got damaged severely with cuts and bubbled up. the discs got bent. We called helpline and the patrol person came and changed the spare tyre which we had and took photos and left.

Its all because of the damaged roads which are not taken care of. the helpline person said they have repaired the roads but they are not.

What if we hit by any large vehicles? This is not acceptable.

We have to spend 12000 to replace the tyres. The high way authority should strictly look into the issue and make sure the high ways are taken care properly to save lives.

It is informed and pointed out that on passing through NHAI- M/S GMR Ambala Chandigarh Expressways Pvt Ltd – Dappar Toll Plaza, on dated 27.12.2021, 09:15 a sum of Rs 40/- for vehicle no CH01AZ7059 has been debited from my fast Tag available balance.
On my return, on 27.12.2021 12:40 a sum of Rs 20/-debited from my fast tag for my Vehicle No CH01AZ7059 but the official on duty has taken a sum of Rs 40/- in cash also vide Ticket No[protected] due to failure of your system.
Under the above circumstances, a sum of Rs 40/- has been excess charged due to failure of your system and required to be credited in my fast tag account 3XXX6420. Needful may be done at the earliest under intimation on my mail. Further requested to intimate action taken, to avoid such failure, making harassment to the valuable visitors of NHAI

Dear authority,
Maintenance of NH 74 in between sultanpur patti to doraha is in very poor condition. Highway lacking enough signboards, plantation on the divider is very less and lacking maintenance, signboards are not there on the cuts.
Poor arrangemnt of lights and signboards at doraha when travellers leave the newly constrcuted highway for going haldwani or nainital...
The above pathetic situation of highway is waiting for accidents and human deaths on daily basis...
Please consider these things on priority for saving human life.

We were coming back from Pinjore to Panchkula and we have to cross Chandimamdir toll for that. But at that toll the toll guy said fastag don't have minimun balance of 150rs but it does have enough balance and it had 99 rs. from which 30 rs were already when we were going to Pinjore from that toll ( attached screenshot picture shows the transaction), also the minimum Balance conditions have been removed already and as per rules we cannot be charged in cash in scanner is not working but then the toll guy starts arguing with us and some person from the car behind us and starting abusing us that we are creating scene even though it's not our fault that the scanner wasn't even working.
i am attaching a pictures of receipt with this complaint please take necessary actions.

Today i went to jalandhar from pathankot.Two toll plaza comes in the way of the route.First is mansar, second is chollang.At mansar toll plaza i paid 105 for the toll rate and at chollang i paid rs 90. In the evening when i was returning from jalandhar to pathankot, At chollang i paid 45 which is correct but at the mansar toll plaza again 105 was deducted from my fasttag which is not correct, As money should be deducted less than 105 as i was crossing the same toll plaza within 24 hours. Can you guys plz expalin me that is anything wrong at toll plaza mansar machines, if yes plz check it.

We stay near Narayanpur (UP) Where NH35 is connected to SH5A. (Mirzapur -Varanasi Marg)

The highway is now so nicely done but we are unable to save our time to reach Varanasi as quick as we could due to heavy truck parking on 1-2 lanes every day, and someday in all the 3 lanes.

From Narayanpur to Tengra Mod, the distance is hardly 7-8 km and after the Highway project, it would take 10 mins, but it still takes 45 mins to 60 mins as one way (3 lanes) is used for parking around (25.234765, 83.036006 - Mirzapur - Varanasi Rd, Mirzapur Khurd, Uttar Pradesh 231305).

The traffic police is not taking any action, and traffic is increasing day by day just because of illegal parking.

कृपया उपरोक्‍त विषय के संदर्भ में निवेदन है कि, अहमदाबाद से मुंबई नैशनल हाइ वे एवं एक्‍सप्रेस वेे पर चलने वाले हेवी वााहन एवं गुडस वाहनअधिकतर पहली लेन में ही चलत है इसके कारण पीछे से आनेवाले लाईट वाहन को साईड नहीं मिलती है एवं यह जो बडेे वाहन बगर सिग्‍नल लेन बदली कर देते है इससे अपघात का डर रहता है . कभी कभी तो ब्रिज पर तिनों लेन पर ही हेवी वाहन चलते है पिछे से आनेवाले छोटे वाहन को हाई वे पर वाहन चलाने की जगह ही नहीं रहती है. और जहां जहा सिटी के पास crossig है वहां पर तो बहुत ही ज्‍यादा traffic block हो रही है. तथा टोल बुथ पर पुलिस एवं आरटीओ के द्वाारा नियमित रुप से हेवी विकल की चेकिंग शुरु रहती है इसके कारण वहां पर हेवी विकल की लाईन लगी रहती है इससे वाहन चलााने में कठिनाईयां आ रही है. हाई वे सफर करना आज बहुत तकलिफदेह हो रहा है. कृपया इस बात पर ध्‍यान देकर हाईवे का सफर सुचारु करने का कष्‍ट करें.

INR 80 debited from vehicle no. AS01DX2351 at Mikirati Hawgaon toll plaza on 26/12/2021 21:12 without moving vehicle at al. Pl. confirm at an early.

On 26/12/2021 around 11:30 PM, I was exiting national highway near Ratnala Cheruvu, Mangalagiri, (Guntur to Vijayawada direction) and two cars were deliberately parked on the highway exit turn and did not want to move their vehicles. They and their ignorance put other's lives at risk and I am attaching the pictures for your reference. The irony is one of the car belongs to PWD department of National Highways and the driver of that car said it is his property so he can do as he wish. This is not expected from someone who should behave responsibly, especially from the NH department. Images are attached with all necessary details clearly visible.

I would like this issue to be resolved by fining them appropriately so that they do not repeat the same offence and realize that it is wrong to block the national highway exit

Hello Team, on 25th dec i went from Gurgaon to Barsana in between at toll plaza srinagar by my car No HR 72E 6059 witj my family the toll employees charged me double and when i raise my voice they try to beat me and said "chala ja chala ja na saale ki lass bhi na milage" in front of 100 peoples my family chiled everyone is there so its happend with laks of peoples every day at this toll plaza so please do the quick action in this regard or let me know the further course of action

All the toll gate price are high in Tamil Nadu, they are charging Rs.110, Rs.150, Rs.180 for single pass .In this difficult days every price goes high .Please take serious action.Even though all road ways are not good enough . What’s the value of our money ?

I, M.Venkateswara Rao resident of SeshaiahGari palli village near Palampally toll plaza, Kadapa, Andhrapradesh would like to bring below issues to the notice of NHAI.
1. Toll plaza is located inside Municipal corporation limits.
2. No service road provided so far
3. Accidents are happening frequently because of no service road
4. Recently NHAI is constructing bus shelter for our village
5. For the bus shelter, authorities widened the road and the road height got increased and villagers are unable to drive the vehicles from the village because of too much height of road.
6. After complaint NHAI authorities poured 2 tipper loads of Bituminous concrete but kept heep as it is, not levelled and compressed.
7. We are parking our vehicles on main road only because of inability to drive the vehicle in to the village
Hence requesting NHAI authorities to connect the village road with main road with gradual height and compress the road.
