At Nagina Toll palaza which is NH 74, there is no fastag working properly, it always creates late to vehicle on the Plaza. In front o[censored]s a car with no fastag entered in fastag lane and it took too long to pass the vehicle. Plaza workers were careless and unresponsive. This should not happen on a Toll Plaza.

On 8 December 2021 at 00:40:16 A.M. i was at Khed Shivapur Toll plaza and my car number is MH12KY7073.
There is Exemption for MH12 cars at above mentioned toll however there was Rs 100/- toll amount deducted from my fastag.

Dear sir.. at Kadapa dist. Andhra Pradesh, from kadapa to renigunta via rajampeta, kodur road out of 130 kilometers we have more than 40 villages, this route all villagers residing just beside high way so heavy trucks entering directly to houses trough accidents lot of people dead trough this accidents this particular route having lot of keen turnings so that heavy vehicles met lot of accidents every alternate day minimum one accident along with one young boy death .these the way we are loosing young generation kindly take necessary action in this issue ..its very serious problem lot of deaths due to accidents, , , this road connects to tirupathi so lot of pilgrims traveling from Maharashtra Telangana and different states so kindly take necessary action to stop accidents .

Date of Wrong FasTAg deductions: Rs 55.00 on 17/10/2021 and Rs. 55 on 9/12/2021

I am staying at Mulki, Mangalore. Near my home there is two NHAI toll booth. One at Surathkal and other at Hejamady. From the very beginning, Vehicles registered with KA19 does not pay toll at Surathkal and vehicles registered with KA20 does not pay toll at Hejamady. Even with FasTag implementation, this rule have been followed. Since I applied my Fastag, randomly my fastag gets charged at Surathkal Toll Plaza even though my vehicle registered with KA19 and I does not go through Fastag lane. First time when I got charged, I got my Rs.55 back after a month. But after few months, I again charged for Rs.55 on the same plaza and launched a complaint with complaint ID 4756329 to NHAI. I was told that it is a technical issue and was asked to submit my RC and vehicle photos which I did on number [protected] and this issue is still unresolved, but closed by NHAI . Again on 9/12/2021, I again charged at Surathkal toll plaza for Rs.55.

Please look into this issue and provide a refund of 110.00 as soon as possible.

Today i went from bhubaneswar to puri by my car where i crossed toll plaza at 11 am and returned around 6.30 pm. But during my return journey also the toll fee collected fully as like single journey. Insted of total 175 my fastag debited 230 rupees which is excess and this is purely loot of common public. So i request you to verify the fact and return my excess amount debited.

Between Nagbhid to Umred road (NH353D Maharashtra state) near kanpa village the boundary of Chandrapur and Bhandara district the Iron direction board is broken condition. Position of the Iron board is excessively dangerous. For stop any kind o[censored]npredictable accident please repair or remove this Iron board immediately.(photo attached)

Excess Toll Tax amounts being deducted from my account since 25th November 2021 onwards at Bhiladi Toll Plaza on both ways. Disputed amount for Onwards journey is Rs.100.00 excess actual Toll Tax is Rs.270.00 and In return journey Rs.40.00 excess actual Toll Tax is Rs.140.00. Total since 25th till today 9th December 2021 is Rs.420.00 excess deducted and I have raised the same at Paytm also but my issue has not been resolved yet. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Some Details attached.

Its painful to pay toll for such bad quality highway.

Please I request you to visit and experience how tax payers money is wasted in such way.

Nazirakhat toll plaza... Creating a huge problem to it's local people... We inspite of having local passes now the authority didn't renew the same... Which makes a terror for the local people... Please help the citizen

Dear sir, I am very sad to inform you that NH 63 road is not yet completed and work is done that to not a quality concrete road. The same time projected has been started for hubballi to gadag and bellary to Hospet but 90% work is completed by hubballi to gadag and good quality road. But bellary to hospet road is under process without quality and quantity. When I contacted to road visit Engineer he is telling I dont no if you want you can complaint. The company Gammon india has fail to complete the work within 2021. Pls add this company to black list. For reaching 65 km road bus or any vehicle is taking 2 hours. And road is humpki dumpki it means up and down and heavy traffic in this road. Pls help us and take action immediately. My ph [protected]

On 07.12.2021 i entered KMP near pipli.kharkhooda and exit at ghaziabad. I charged 75 for the same. But on 08.12.2021 i received a message of toll deduction of rs 225 which is unreasonable kindly resolve the issue.

As per my observation only in junctions lights are working and in remaining areas they are not switching on the lights on the chennai- kolkata national highway. Daily I'll travel on the same highway but, not even once I have seen the complete highway with the lights on. Can i know the reason?...

NE-1 road condition not safe while drive due to major pit hole obtained on road. Furthermore, while we entre/exit on road some commercial vehicles/trucks are parked which is totally unsafe due to vehicles are moved fast (100 KM).

Hi my name is abhijit patil i am from Islampur District sangli, recently I was travel on the national highway NH 48 From karad to kolhapur when I was cross the toll name kini toll plaza he deduct 80/- from my fastag on 7th December 2021 at 17:39 and when I am return on same way at 18:29 he was again deduction 80/- from my fastag account please one thing let me know they are correct or wrong because I just pass the toll, do my work and return

As per indian new rules of toll, a vehicle should no be waited more than 10 sec at toll gate, at guduru toll plaza(hyd-wgl) highway most of the time people are facing problem .waiting in queues even though of new regulations .workers are making excusses of there fastag reader machine and some time vechile at front waiting 10 -15 min(happened with me), Most of the time this is happening at guduru toll,...

As per the project details, the NH209 road from NICE junction to Kanakapura will be converted into a four-lane and the stretch from Kankapura to Tamil Nadu border (near Chamarajanagar) will be an improved two-lane road.

Kanakapura Road is a vital link to the city.

As it is an accident-prone zone, it requires immediate widening.

Dear Sir, I was travelling from Karla Lonavala to Mumbai with my family in CAR no MH04 KA 0035 on 5th DEC 2021, at 15:09:06 Rs. 135 deducted from my fasttag Plaza name-Kusgaon, Lane-W01, When I reached to Khalapur Toll firstly there was queue of almost 500m, whne i entered near toll it was showing low balance in my account henace I gave Rs. 500 to toll employee and ask him toll ticket for MUMBAI, I told that I have already paid at Kusgaon, But he didin't respond properly and gave me reciept of Rs. 203. when I question for extra money charge, he start agrument, there was big queue behind me, hence I left the plazza and writing complaint. Please revert me my traction done at Kusgaon toll plazz into my Fast tag account. If you required I will send you scan copy of recipt pais, But I hope you will having that in your database with my car no.

Since beggining of toll plaza, consumers are facing problem like holding of vehicles for long period.Toll booth people's are very rude and always giving excuse .
Today on 6 thiDec 2021, sensor on lane was not working and they don't have hand pick sensor also.
They simply said take vehicle back and go from other lane.Such type of incidents are happening on frequently.
I brought this matter to TOLL PLAZA Manager also.

It is requested kindly improve the system at toll Plazas on pune solapur road.

Toll deducted from Fast Tag account even though I am resident of Local Area

I am regular travelor on pune solapur road.
I observed shinde work ung of toll hotoy on this road.
Toll booth people are so rude and troubling ot to vehicle driver by holding vehicle on toll both for this or that reason.
NHAI introduced fast tag for smooth traffic on toll plaza, but sensors are not working properly on varwade toll plaza on pune solapur road.

It is observed that toll booth staff purposely creating problems.
Requested to improve sensor system so that vehicle can move fast and save the time plus fuel.
