Dear Sir,
I am regular traveller on Lakhanpur Jammu Highway. There are potholes at several locations on the road which may cause accidents . I also want to bring to your notice that lane markers are not present on the highway. As winters are approaching it is difficult to trace the road during night in foggy environment

On date 04Dec 2021 at 1 pm, when I reached the Mumbai Pune express Plaza Name:Khalapur Toll Plaza- Lane ID:E14, First they have said that Fast tag is not detecting and need to give cash of amount Rs203.00. So they have taken Rs 203.00 as Cash from me, But around 11.30pm, I received one SMS that Rs 203 has been deducted from my FASTTag account from the same TOLL plaza. It mean the Toll plaza collected Rs 203 from my FASTTAG account aswell as Rs, 203 as CASH.

I have attached both the screenshot of the TOLL Receipt as well as the FASTAG STATEMENT. Please humble request to look on this matter and refund my money to my account.

My vehicle no. is BR01FB6869. Runni Toll plaza told me that there is no balance in my fastag, hense collected Rs. 110/ and issued receipt- Tick No.[protected] dt - 05.12.21 at 12.45.56 PM, but intentionally mentioned my wrong vehicle no. As 6969 instead of 6869. After that I got massage from paytm that Rs.50/ has been deducted vide lane no.5, toll transaction ID-[protected]aP

This is to Bring in your notice that toll plaza purani Nagina Dhampur Raod in Uttarprades

Having a gang who target random customer by saying that fast tag is blacklisted or Low balance when we have shown the just before previous toll Deducation and Fast tag balabce tha. Saying oh Server is not working pay one way only when. We ask for receipt which has not given while rule is not like this

Money goes to person pocket and active Gang those keep doing this for random vechile

Sir/madam, This is to your kind information that, NHAI cafe which is running at Talapady tollgate Mangalore dakshina kannada karnataka are selling Gutkha, cigarattes, jardhas, and other unpacked foods to customers at their outlet when they don't have permission to do that. They are breaking the rules of Nhai authority .childerns are rushing to the outlet at late night for smoking cigarates and spoiling their health and don't go home.please look into the matter and and take action on concerned person.

The stretch between attibele to hosur darga has so many potholes which can make the bike's front fork bend if it gets hit above 60kms. And moreover in the same stretch between the zuzuvadi flyover and rto checkpost, the road has pressed unevenly because of the lorry loads, which in turn is a risky spot for bikers again. Please do the needful

While travelling thought the toll my fastag showed black listed and they said my RFID tag don't have balance. But in my airtel application it's showing the balance. Even though they misbehave to us and ask us to go back. Finally we paid fine amount.

I m serving as Asstt Comdt in CRPF (Paramilitary).
Everytime whenever I cross SARORE TOLL PLAZA, JAMMU, staff of toll plaza don't give recognition to my Paramilitary ICard and do misconduct that they will not give toll tax exemption.
Further, staff of the SARORE TOLL PLAZA, JAMMU is very very unprofessional and everytime they do misconduct and argue .

It becomes very very distressing and embarrassing situation and behaviour of the staff is very much annoying everytime.

I have not faced such kind of problem at any other Toll Plaza throughout the country. They recognise and give the toll tax exemption with politeness and humbleness.
It is my kind request to kindly remove the staff of SARORE TOLL PLAZA, JAMMU or they should be taught strictly how to behave with the paramilitary and defence personnel.

There are 2 tolls of ₹70 & ₹80 from khirai near Morbi to Bhuj. Heavy trucks ply on these highways but huge potholes make the journey terrible. There are potholes as close as 1 km from toll booth.

i want to file a complaint for charging twice toll tax to me
my vehicle no is MH-14-BJ-2432. I was coming from mumbai to nashik.
first toll was taken by me at Arjunali toll plaza it is ok, but at second Ghoti toll it was again deducted my toll tax for same, so please refund my payments & take care that such not happen again .

NH 316 now getting traffic jam frequently due to encroachment by many shops and marriage mandaps, hotels which is creating problems for the public. More affected part is from Hitech chowk to lingipur chowk. Please look into the matter and go for expansion of NH316 on urgent basis or clearing out illegal encroachment

After yc exp.Highway, roads are scratched upto katraj which endanger to two wheeler, accident may be happened, pls look into matter as most urgent priority and save lifes.

I reside in Dhargaon (Tq. Dist-Bhandara, Maharashtra, 441904), and Nh-53 (former NH-6) passes through my village, covering around 800 meters. The NHAI provides a flyover with a 200-meter service road at one end of a village, but no service road for the remaining 600 meters. Many accidents happened as a result of the unavailability of a service road and a passage for crossing the NH-53 road. So, on behalf of my town's residents, I request that a service road be built for the town's redevelopment.

Mai apne bhaiyon ke sath[protected] mera gaadi number UP42AH2042 hai aur mai ruduali jaa rha tha shaadi me to mai jab raunahi toll plaza par pahucha to wha toll me bta rha tha low balance balki mere wallet me 475 rs they maine kha q ni kat rha hai wo kaahey mujhe ni pata aapko double charge dena padega mai baar baar request karta rha par wo ni maane unhone double charge katne ke liye zidd pakad li maine kha aap apne supervisor ko bulaye y current duty incharge ko par usne ni suni phir hum apni gaadi wahi chod ke office tak gaye to wha baithe officer ne humse batmeeji se baat ki kaha aapko dena padega mai kuch ni janta maine reason pucha to kaha mai ni janta aapko gaadi le jani hai to aap double charge katwa do maine usse kaha technical issues isme meri kya fault hai aap resolve karo usne kaha mai ni janta aapko gaadi le jaani hai to double charge dena hi padega bs aur itna keh kar wo upar jaane laga maine kaha aap kisi airtel wale ladke se puch ke bta do to usne insult karte huye kaha ki wo aapka kaam hai mera kaam ni hai

Stray animals seen on the National Highway between Tirunelveli to Salem, which pose a high risk to drive (especially on the faster lanes.

Especially after the rain (November 2021), when the divider is full of green grasses, could see lots of cows grazing in the divider area and also stray dogs, which pose a heavy risk while driving.

NH148B is broken in mahendragarh district (haryana) and has not been repaired or reconstructed from last many years. We have to pass through a cloud of dirt every day due to it's poor condition. Many heavy vehicles broke down and fave severe accidents. Some news papers also highlighted this but no action taken.

Road is not levelled. Due to this car used to jump ... Holes are patched up in the very improper way which is again creating mess.. while returning from DADRI to Aligarh road is still incomplete.
Toll is too much irrespective of road quality..
For more knowledge about road one team must take a ride from Aligarh to DADRI & vice versa.
