There is a sufficient balance in my fast tag I'd (RS.711), but the toll plaza demanded wrongly that my fast rag has insufficient balance and he charged me double in cash..since there was a huge queue I don't wish to delay for anyone and and not argued with executive.i simply paid and left ...this is truly a cheating work and I demand a justice for my concern.

My VEHICLE KL11BA4272 was charged Rs 360 in paliyekkara toll Plaza on 07/11/[protected]@ 9.54 Am and 80 rs was deducted from my fast tag account. The toll Plaza people argued that fast tag has no balance which is false.This kind of activities should be stopped.

There is illegal construction of a building in highway acquired area in battathur panayal post office kasargod Kerala.
I think they are carrying out the construction by bribing the local authorities using there influence and power
The land where they are carrying out the construction is already acquired by the National highway authority for NH66 six lane project
These type of construction can provke others to carry out the same which can cause a trouble in the development of our road
So I kindly request you to take neccesary action against these type of parasites and the germs which supports these type of people who cause trouble to the development of our road and nation

Very sorry to inform you that Jhiriya Toll plaza staff taken Rs. 70.00 in cash by saying your fast tag is inactive but fast tag was active and my balance was Rs.645.00 and also for your kind information I wish to add that just Rs. 70.00 debited my fast tag account so they have collected twice. Please acknowledge my complain . I have debit message along with slip.

The NH 28 Ahmedpur Toll lane number 2 from Lucknow to Ayodhya at Barabanki, the car enters in gate without fast tag and the staff on booth makes his way back rather than charging the car. This act created a total delay of about 20 minutes to reverse all the vehicles in the que.
The staff must be trained enough to handle the situation as we don't pay the toll charges to bear delays.
Hope this will not be repeated again.

NH47 Godhra to Ahmedabad Highway is in the worst possible condition. Particularly vavadikhurd to pithai road.
There is practically no road left, there are ditches every 2 feet distance. Ditches are very very deep, sharp and unable to avoid.

There are no road lights, despite the light pillars being erected. No reflectors. No turning point warning.

Why? This facility not there? We payed rupees for the road and the road is near death risky. This is not acceptable to any customer and citizen. Improve highways.

It's very dangerous to life for driving at night. No visibility and broken road.

DL Number available as backlog entry vide Application Number :[protected] get it Approved. Then only Apply for DL services....

Toll plaza employees is behaving like Personal Bar Bouncer, they are using slang among themselves rathering doing there job when we opposed also using to us, Request Nhai to pls have a look in to, Very Pathetic and unprofessional behavior also some People sitting at the toll plaza with drinking alcohol also.

Pls have Correct it entire system will blame for such few peoples.

My Regd mobile number is [protected]. My vehicle is Maruthi Omni bearing Registration Number KA 02 MB 8412. I have purchased fastag from Karur Vysya Bank, Nagasandra Circle Branch at Bangalore. I deposited Rs 600 in the Karur Vysya Bank, Nagasandra Circle Branch for which the bifurcation was Rs 100 charges or fee to issue fastag. Rs200 is refundable deposit and Rs 300 in my account to be used for payment at Toll plaza.
On[protected] around 9.30 am I crossed the Devanahalli Toll plaza in my Maruthi Omni bearing Registration Number KA 02 MB 8412 to go to Chikballapur. Toll was collected from my fastag.
The same day around 5 pm I returned from Chikballapur and wanted to go through Devanahalloi Toll plaza. I was Shocked to hear there was no balence. I WAS MADE TO PAY Rs 190 and cross the toll plaza.
How the 300 Rs could not allow me to cross Devanahalli Plaza within 24 hours only for one up and down journey is a mystery. This is broad day light Robbery. How to get my amount refunded is not known to me. My email Id is [protected]@yahoo.com. If I dont get a reply, I will send this email to National Highways Authority of India and complain this DAY LIGHT ROBBERY by the Fastag.

Route details: Elluru to Tadepalligudem

This route hard been in bad state for very long time. Two months back I have made a compliant at toll plaza and I came in the same route again and I still see lot of pot holes and they are not patched Not sure why everyone is being charged for the bad and unmaintained roads. At places no one would believe it's actually a national highway.

I would request to take a look and take necessary action.

This is regarding toll fee being collected on under maintainence/construction road on NH5 highway from Bhubaneswar to Balasore. The road is broken or under construction at many places with diversion at many places without proper signs.

NHAI team should look into this matter and refund the toll collected on this road.

I have undertook, a travel thro my vehicle number TN10W5303 with fastag (axis) as per my Wallet id as mentioned above. All along I was having a problem of sticker not reading complaint from my Toll plaza. However some of the toll plaza captured the vehicle number and allowed me to travel .

I need to wait for a long time for each booth every time for this process . Evan after my request that sufficiant balance exist, one Trichy -Tovarankuruchi dated 1.11.21 at 10 AM not willing to check the balance using Vehicle number .He charged me double the amount without my fault ie Rs 180 (Rs 90+90).The actual amount payable was only Rs 90/

Kindly look into this and refund Rs 90/ as extra charged and also suitable instruction may be given to those erroring official thro NHA in this regard..

I have suffered a major car break down due to the height of the speed breaker in national highway on Dehri on Sone, Bihar upon returning from Varanasi to Durgapur. There is a huge speed breaker before diversion and no sign of paint or signal of that speed breaker. My car was hit and the diesel filter assembly broke down. I have to spend 4 hours in the road before the mechanic fixed it. Fortunately, it was day time, if it was night I will face huge problem with my family.
Please rectify this problem by reducing the height of the speed breaker, as you have in other places.

While going towards Ranihati, Jaladhulagori toll plaza has charged Rs110 where as while returning, same toll plaza has charged Rs55. Can a toll plaza charge different toll tax for same vehicle?
My car registration no is WB16BD3399.

double toll tax imposed me by toll man after deducting tax through my fast tag in respect of my car having RTO no RJ14TE8620 . Please look into the matter on priority avoiding any subject

NH 179A road conditions are too bad, every day so much of accident happened in this road, especially Salem to Harur road fully damaged conditions there are so much of holes and muds in this road, 6 years before road work has been done, please take action immediately you can safe many of them life's, if anything bad happened we (people) will seat on the road and Will do protest till they put new road

The toll plaza at Erpedu-Penchalakona of NH-565= at Chintakapalem toll plaza is regularly delaying in clearing vehicles. They are operating mostly with one line through two lines are there. Moreover, they operate with very lesser staff whom it is observed that unqualified to handle. They are not bother to customer in que.

Please take strict action ASAP.

The road conditions of NH 53 at paradip . Odisha is very bad. We are paying toll in this road at chandikhol . Paying tax but go in vary bad road. Why these roads not having proper maintenance. If any accidents who will responsible .

Toilet in mulbagal toll is not clean and also no water is there after use. It's really difficult for ladies travelling.
