I am Girish B Kharat, Nashik.
At Pimpalgaon Toll Plaza, Mumbai Agra Highway, Pimpalgaon, Tal.Niphad, Dist. Nashik.
The staff is working there doesn't know to read the RC book atleast either this vehicle is local or not and because their lack of knowledge or lack of literacy they are trying to charge more. And not ready to listen and if we go to explain them the ladies appointed there starts disputes.
And many more horrible incidents happened with travellers over there. They doesn't hesitate to beat also without seeing if there is ladies of gents. Many more issues happened over there. How can anyone run the toll plaza like this ?

sir NH-458 degana is damaged from everywhere, no body is Looking on this matter and NH458 bridge at Degana has been damaged twice, the reason was only Corruption while making the road. very low quality Highway was made. so pls make a Committee against this.

I just now (26 Oct 2021 time around 4pm) passed through Kini toll plaza, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. I passed through left most lane where one person who attended us was too rude and was demanding double charge i.e. Rs.160 when fasttag did not work. We admitted everything at first what he asked to do except paying double charge. We took the vehicle back. But he was admant on taking Rs. 160 when we denied to pay. Dont know why he needed us to pay when we already had amount deducted.

Pos machine not available fastag not working and the people are asking for cash forcefully

I have been charged ₹225/- (₹170+₹75 roundtrip) for my vehicle series MH15 at Nashik, Pimpalgoan Baswant toll plaza, where I should be charged ₹60 (₹40+₹20) legally, as per local vehicle norms.
On asking after scanning, they asked me to provide my local address documents, and now onwards I would be charged at a local rate, they said.
But, the officials should notify the drivers before scanning the tag, as everyone doesn't knows about this rule, and they even didn't returned the remaining amount to me.

I request NHAI to control such fraudulent activities by toll plazas, as it's their duties to verify local cars and ask if they have submitted their local document proof without charging directly four times the total amount.

I'm very disappointed with this Fastag mechanism, and also the rule for local vehicles by NHAI.

Let me know, how can I raise this issue on a broader level or it would be good, if I get my remaining money back.

I had a journey from Nagpur to Hyderabad and back to Nagpur... I was shocked to attempt the toll plazas on the route... it was the journey of 500KM and I attempted and paid on 9 toll plazas... is this what the people expect from government on the name of good road??? on every 40 to 50 KM we need to pay Rs.. 90 to Rs. 85... this is a straight loot.

Apart from this after paying such amount in toll plaza in Maharashtra... the road quality is very poor... the road was totally damaged at many places and worst to drive...

I have attached two screenshots.. one is the list of tolls from Hyderabad to Nagpur and another is kind of fraud toll plaza which is scanning the Fast Tag by hand scanning machine...

I understand the progress.. bt on the name of progress... government should not fool the public...
I don't know who will be take care of this... but it should consider.

I would like to bring your notice about the bad condition of NH9 road .

The road was built a few days ago.There are many sewer main holes which are above the level of road it is too difficult to drive and
it is more dangerous for two wheel vehicles

NHAI can see this in attachment .

I hope NHAI would rush to attend to sort out this problem

I travelled on 22 October 2021 from Asansol to Kolkata via NH19 found that the entire road is full with many holes which are very dangerous for car travelling with a speed more or less 70 km per hour. For a hatchback car a person have to pay Rs 255 /- for the toll tax (dankuni rs 90, Palsit rs 90 and Durgapur Banskopa rs 75) for travelling about 200 km which is not a matter of joke. So we expect a road with good condition. After Dankuni to towards Kolkata the condition of road is so ugly that it seems that the road is ploughed. Also it increases the chance of accident.

Of nhai they talked to athority of toll plaza after waiting for an hour toll plaza man threatened driver to pay for toll in cash they even tell you have to pay tol or you will not crozz the toll as per rule after a wait or 10sec toll should be free driver has low cash vehicle no. Description: I was waiting for more than 5 minutes on fastag lane and still got charged. even after asking the staff that i cannot pay since the waiting period is more than 3 minutes. they were arguing that I should pay. They had poor way a treating the people behaving like bullies surrounding the car and shouting. I was asking for clarification they said they had nothing to do. and asked me to make complaint wherever I can. That was the second time I was charged this way.
Resolution: I want the issue investigated clearly. I want refund. I want the staff should be taught the way they should treat a customer.
They have large boards for collecting cash, but no single board or number displayed for Complaints . There should a person or authority to rectify issues then and there. Toll plazas still needs more reliable communication between people and staff.

Rs 145 /- amount was already deducted at laling toll plaza & Same amount of rupees 145/- was deducted at chandwad toll plaza, which is mandatory to be paid at only in1 toll plaza of the two.

I traveled from Jammu to Samba and back by my car No. JK-02BP7174 on 31.01.2021. Toll has been debited from my Fastag account on 10.02.2021 twice i e Rs.70+35 and again 70+35. Please refund me excess amount of Rs.105/-

This is to inform you and your organization my name is Sonu Sharma, on 17.10.2021 I am at the Rrinagar NH2 with my vehicle (DL8CS5559) with my family. that time my FasTag had an issue but i din"t know that this was not my fault but the toll plaza guy did miss behave with me and my family and use dirty and abusing language with us and take the double charges of the toll plaza.

I am very humble request you to and your esteemed organization that take action against that guy and overall toll plaza of Srinagar NH2.

Recently rumble strips are constructed in NH 66 from Ramanattukara to Kuttippuram. The strips are in unscientific height and width, causes vehicles to move only below 10 km speed for smooth ride. National highways are meant for easy travel, but three sets of rumble strips causes severe damages to passengers in vehicles including AMBULANCES, and suspension of vehicles, if travel above a speed of 20. Modification of the strips needed for easy travel. And also to remove 2 sets of strips. Construct strips at the entry of small roads enter to NH from sideways. Actually these strips are meant to reduce accidents at junctions. But accidents happen by breaking while approaching rumble strips. And vehicles from side roads get into highways at high speeds, as there are no such speed breaker strip in side roads. Request to treat this as most urgent.by inspecting the road condition from Idimuzhikkal to Kuttippuram of NH 66 Kerala

The street lights on National Highways in Kundapura, Koteshwara (Pin code 575622) on NH-66 constructed and maintained by Navayuga Construction is not functional at all. This is creating troubles to wait for the buses during night time. Also, causing the accidents on fly over.

Though the Fly over in Kundapura was opened few months ago, street lights are not yet functional.

Kindly help to resolve this

On bareilly to bharei road a toll plaza not issuing monthly pass saying that aadhar card is not vaild documents for issuing monthly pass also denied to issue monthly pass.my residents within 20 km from toll plaza

There are lot of water seepage from the unfinished canal (Part of Flyover construction) that get into my house compound through underground sand. Even though I had raised my house area by putting gravel, Water keep coming in at faster speed. This could cause complete water logging inside the house compound in no time. I was told that the overflowing water from the adjacent lake is pumped into across the street that eventually fills the incomplete canal which is on the New Natham main road. There are elderly people at home and these kind of water stagnation problem could cause Dengue, Fever etc. Please request to take a quick action to FIX this problem as an emergency issue.

Road condition for NH4 highway especially between Pune to Kolhapur is at worst condition which may lead in vehicle damage and road accidents.
