Yesterday dated 02.10.2021, while routing through Toll Tax at Chhapar, Uttar Pradesh, Paid Rs 50 toll for UK17F7352 Trxn ID - 0010002110021835276610

I was returning to Bhubaneswar from Puri on 3rd October 2021 by my car, OD33T0514. As my Fasttag balance was low, I requested to recharge it at Pipili toll plaza. But, the supervisor named Mr. Gupta misbehaved, denied to recharge and asked to pay fine. I had to pay Rs.230 for one-way travel. Please look into this issue on priority to avoid such harassment for other travellers.

NHIA toll plazza charge me penalty inspire of telling that I have my fasttag. I was first time travelling on that highway and later when I checked the bill I realise that he have charge double the amount in the name of penalty. I have the fasttag still he told me that fasttag is not working and charge double amount instead. This is disgusting and a loot.Attaching the bill as well....

MH 12 vehicles are exempted from paying toll taxes at Shivapur toll plaza. Still the toll is deducted from my fast tag accounts Of car no MH 12 NU 7919 today at 2.40 PM and previously too. I would like to get all the money deducted from my fast tag account time to time amounting around Rs 2600...

I was travelling from Vadodara to Nadiad through expressway-1 (Ahmedabad-Vadodara expressway)
There was long queue at toll plaza and it took more than 30 minutes to cross toll plaza.
Employees at toll plaza were opening and closing lanes as per their wish.
I request you to refund my toll payment due to delay and problem at your end....

Traveling to Nashik. At Arjunalli Toll plaza, near Shahapur, Thane, today while scanning the fast Tag error displayed as "invalid fast Tag". Hi Sir,

On 01/10, I have travelled on the route, from Tirupati to Puttur connecting toll plaza 921, SV Puram.

I could observe the roads maintained are bad, no flyover constructed but they are charging 75 rupees, which is not acceptable.

Please look through the issue and resolve the same.

There are many potholes on the way, road accidents are happening because of the potholes....

The servant here are very threatning . They are abusing and giving threaten to kill us. Kindly look into the matter. All the things are recorded in your camera and video. A guy named parappa has misbehaved .we where in 2 wheeler and He called us in 4 wheeler lane... When we came he said he didn't called us and if we want to go he was asking 100rs fine... And started arguing...

Dear Sir,

We are located to near to Hejmadi toll booth. As we located Daskhina Kannada District, and we are using hardly 2km national highway and then again state road to go sea shore.

But toll booth for local road also collecting taxes. For use of 2 km national highway we have to pay Rs 80...

NH52 road is in damaged state in vijaypura ( karnataka) particularly the stretch where it connects to NH 50....
