सर रतलाम से आगे जाने पर चिकलीया टोल प्लाजा से इंदौर की तरफ जाने पर रोड की स्थिति ठीक नही है रोड के बीच मे काफी गड्ढे है जिससे वाहनों को नुकसान हो रहे हैं एवं कभी भी जान माल का नुकसान हो सकता है
कृपया इसका निराकरण करने की कृपा करें

    Nh 30 road ( raiberli to lucknow ) condition is very poor .
    It has many pit holes ang vehicle is getting damage
    toll is being collected by agency but he is caring the maintenance of road

      Address: Lachiwala Toll Plaza, Doiwala, Dehradun, Uttrakhand

      1-There is only one counter available for making Monthly Free /paid pass
      2-Slow internet connection.
      3-The facility to generate monthly pass online is not available.
      Due to non-availability of above mentioned facilities, the public has to wait in the queue for hours. Please help to meet the expectations of the public by removing the above mentioned problem

            Address: Paliyekkara Toll plaza, Salem - Kochi Highway, Paliyekkara, Chittissery, Kerala 680301

            Iam submitting this complaint against Paliyekkara Toll plaza (Thrissur-Kerala) because of the unnecessary delays they are creating in the fastrack lines.
            Since we are paying the fastrack fees to avoid the long que at the toll plaza we are supposed to pass the toll booth as fast as possible. But in this specified toll plaza theaverage waiting time for a vehicle to pass the toll is 15 minutes. They not only shows no value for our time and money but also humiliating the customer in an artogant manner if some one questions them about the delay.
            The fastrack sensors here using are always showing errors and creates large chaos. It may be the equipments are of low quality. Other toll plazas like Kumbalam toll is sensing the fast track much before the vehicle approaches the barrier and permits them to pass without stopping the vehicle.
            But here the sensors are pathetic and we need to stop the car for atleast 15 seconds in front of the barrier to be read.
            So i request you to do the needful for the same.

              While travelling from Pune to Mumbai, the message of Low balance came up on screen - so I was asked to pay cash.
              But amount of 203 was also deleted from my Fast tag.
              Kindly check the transactions in attached receipts (both manual and the fasttag report)

                Hi,

                I was earlier using icici bank fasttag and I stopped using it coz the glass of the car was replaced and my husband took a new fassttag from Axis bank but whenever we are using this new fasttag, it is being used coz the old icici fasstag is still active and I have done all the formalities to close the old fasttag but sill those people are not closing my fasstag because of which we have to give toll double the amount despite of having a valid fastag. Can you please take some action against these icici people.

                  I passed Hiremannur Toll Plaze Dt: Koppal (KA) at 12:29 hrs on 02/10/2021. Toll Plaza is maintaned by KIS Grpoup.
                  My car is KA25MC3539 FasTag enabled with adequate balance.
                  Staff at the toll first told be that I will have to pay cash as my FasTag is blacklisted. When I disagreed he told me that there is no balance. When I showed SMS alert of my previous debit he asked me to "Just pay and go".
                  When I asked for his ID he showed an ID which apparently was not his.
                  Showed ID particulars: Doddappa; Address: Hanchinal; Desgn: Security; Mob No:[protected].
                  By the behaviour it was very clear that he had fraudulent intentions.
                  I would severe disciplinary action may be initiated against him under inti, mation to me.

                    On Ujjain Highway i.e. Ujjaini toll plaza while returning back from mandsaur to indore i.e. on the same day they collected toll of Rs 10 giving toll is not a problem but after having fast-tag also they denied us by saying that fastag doesn't work during night time and collected toll from us... I hereby demand proper action to be taken on this fastag issue...

                      On Oct 9 at 6.19pm I crossed ecr uthandi toll gate ecr Chennai and return at 10.05pm same day but they detected 39rs for single entry and then 60rs for return entry.

                      Transaction details for your reference. I'm not sure why two times detected. Pls check

                          I was driving back to Bangalore on doddaballapura to Bangalore road on my car ka05mn5570 at 3.45 pm..due to toll issues at kadathanamle toll plaza i had to wait for 15 mins.. as there is. Rule to not to take the toll fee of it exceeds 3 mins.. but your toll.persons hve deducted . I have the video evidence.. pls pay back the fee and penalty for wasting my time...

                          This complaint is regarding National Express No1 from Vadodara to Ahmedabad (Gujarat). On the Vadodara Toll Tax end, many trucks are parked on both the sides of the Toll Tax creating problem for the daily commuters . The illegal parking of the trucks makes the road on the both the sides of the toll tax very narrow leading to more accident changes. The Toll Manager is responsible to look into this but they do nothing after multiple complaint. I request you to clear the truck parking on both the directions of the toll tax booth for atleast 500 mtrs so that the road is clear for the daily people who are doing daily up and down from Vadodara to Ahmedabad on daily basis and we are the regular people who are endangering of life due to this issue.                                 Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprises Road (NICE) Road is not accepting FasTag even after it was mandatory from Feb'2021

                                Usually a car driver wait in lane more than 8 minutes just to pay the toll.

                                  Toll plaza on NH 31 Varanasi ghazipur at Kaithi.Will you tell us rate for 12 wheeler truck.As because the toll plaza has started to collecting toll though the road construction is not completed yet.We have paid Rs.630/=for our 12 wheeler truck today on 10/20/2021 which collection ID is[protected]bp at 05:03:20 through fastag.Is the toll collection started officially?The was no any news in newspaper for it date of operation.

                                    Extremely bad road connecting from Panagarh to Burdwan. Too many pot holes and too many patch works which makes the journey unbearable. It has been many days without any repair job. From Pursa to Burdwan the trip becomes unbearable. Kindly do repair the road. The patch works are so badly done that they give a jumpy ride. It is damaging the vehicle, damaging the comfort and paying the toll has become loss of money project

                                      TEAM NHAI, NODAL-IHMCL AND HDFC Fastag (Team??),

                                      In continuation of mail correspondences below, there's one more very serious dispute notice received yesterday that another Rs.145 deducted from my Fastag account on 06.10.21 @8:23:44 AM WHEREAS I PAID RS.15 AS WELL ON SAME TOLL (NO.7) MANUALLY ON SAME DAY, SAME TIME @8:23:43 AM, RELEVANT SNAPSHOTS ATTACHED AS READY REFN AND FURNISHED MAIL STATEMENT AS BELOW.

                                      "Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 145 for transaction by Vehicle HR26DY1320 at Toll on[protected]T08:23:44."

                                      Now it's something not only very much disappointing but very very disgusting too and not acceptable at all.

                                      Whereas you people are still stuck in with ticket number and chargeback request only till date after more than 12 days of issues raised.

                                      Then how long it would take to get full refund of excess amount deducted INCLUDING ANOTHER RS.145 DEBITED FROM MY FASTAG ACCOUNT ON 06.10.21 WHICH NOW STANDS OF TOTAL RS.550(EARLIER RS.405* + 145 ON 06.10.21) DUE TO SYSTEM FAILURE AS WELL AS MISMANAGEMENT AT TOLL ON KMP WESTERN PERIPHERAL EXPRESSWAY!!!

                                      IS IT NOT FRUSTRATING TO YOU AS WELL???

                                      So, pl look into this matter VERY EFFICIENTLY and take necessary action VERY FRUITFULLY to implement Fastag operations smoothly and correctly, SO THAT FASTAG HOLDERS SHALL NOT BE SUFFERERS FOR A SINGLE INCIDENT.

                                      Your immediate action and positive response in resolving said issues with full refund of excess amount (of Rs.550 as on 06.10.21 as mentioned above) deducted from my Fastag account incorrectly.
                                      PS,
                                      1)Debit intimation shared after 48 hrs of charged on Fastag, why it's not shared immediately after charged??

                                      2) necessary corrections in calculating excess amount deducted: Rs.405{[protected]*3} IPO Rs.390{[protected]*3} as because Fastag charges only Rs.10 not 15, snapshots attached with highlights as ready refn and clear understanding on mail dated, 08.10.21 and TOTAL OUTSTANDING STAND RS.550(EARLIER RS.405* + 145 ON 06.10.21).

                                      So, pl look into this matter and take necessary action to implement Fastag operations smoothly and correctly.
