I would like to bring to your attention that road from Baddi to Nalagarh (in Distt Solan Himachal) at Baddi and Bhud bus stand has got huge potholes. Due to which there is a possibility of traffic jam and accidents. That is why you are requested to kindly repair the potholes on the road.

    It is mentioned that the rate of return journey for car is Rs 60/-. But today on 25/9/21 the amount deducted from my fast rag is Rs 40/- and Rs 25/- for return journey. Thereby they are excessivelycharging Rs 5/- . Please take steps to stop these practices as it is automatically deducted from fastag balance? and also refund the excess amount to my fastag account.

      I have enough amount in my fastag account. I call and enquired customer care too. They are not responded properly. Also they cut their call during the corrcet problem time. I paid double the amount Evan though I have enough money in my wallet. This make me foolish. In india indian are treated as like begger. Is this developing our nation?

      Am going to raise the consumer complaint against this issue

        Greetings,
        my car maruti suzuki swift car no CG10BD9692 today date 25.09.2021
        In the morning the Bhojpuri toll plaza has passed through Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. Even after not reading the card in my FASTag, even after having a total of Rs 480, a receipt of Rs 170 was illegally deducted, copy of which is attached.
        At 9.05 PM I get a message from Bhojpuri toll plaza on my registered no that Rs 85 has been deducted from your fastag ac.

        The total cash amount is Rs 170 and Rs 85 has been deducted from FASTag ac. The total amount deducted is Rs 255. My cash amount of Rs 170 should be transferred to my fastag ac immediately.
        Make sure to resolve it as soon as possible, if it is not resolved, then you will have to go to the High Court forcibly.

          I am regularly using the monthly FasTag recharge of Rs.1, 100 (Egatur Toll Plaza) and so far there was no problem till yesterday. But today suddenly it deducted 60 as below. Luckily I had some balance in my FasTag wallet. Otherwise they would have stopped me at the Toll. Suresh Cherian, No.[protected].

          Please correct the issue at Egattur Toll Plaza systems so that it does not repeat tomorrow. Please treat this urgent.

            Pathetic situation of the NH 709B between Loni & Khekhra

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            The situation of NH 709B is in a pathetic situation. There are holes and road is in serious bad condition. Request to you to please get rectified as most of the people are using this National Highway. It does not look like a National Highway....

            More than half hour of traffic in a toll tax counter in national highway connecting Chandigarh and Shimla, Sanawar Toll plaza. No proper fast tax readers are installed which causes traffic. This is not just the first time that I am experiencing this in convince in this toll tax. Wait time exceeds more than 45 mins and still toll is collected.

              My car no is DL8CBB0308. I have travelled from kundli to kharkhoda on kmp highway. Toll plaza charged rs 190 instead of 30. what's happening sir. earlier at toll plaza they charged double in cash and amount is also deducted from fast tag . I have complaint but Don't receive any reply. Should we go to court?

                Day before yesterday i travelled to VELLORE FROM CHENNAI VIA NH48. The national highway from CHENNAI to VELLORE was in a pathetic condition with too many diversions. because of bridge construction work . so many Grooves in the road, pathches, holes. This kind of road you are maintaining and charging for the tolls too. what is your answer about this complaint.?

                  Ldh ferozepur road has both side water nalaas app. 3 ft wide are blocked and filled with construction mulbaa at time of its construction from very first day.and all the rainwater gathers on road about 2 ft high.pl clean it up

                    I started my journey on KMP highway from Badli and payed toll charges on Kundli toll plaza. Charges deducted from Fastag is Rs.225/- which is too high.

                      2 lanes of toll plaza between khatauli and Mujjaffar Nagar were jammed with system not functioning. Yet no effort was made to divert vehicles to other lanes. After 10 minutes of wait when person in charge was comnfronted, he told system kharab hai go jayega. When asked to open lane or divert traffic, he ignored and walked away. He told his name as Jitender. The toll collection agents were grossly rude. Made a small vedio of the incident also.25 sep 2021 morning 7.05 to 7 20 approx.

                              National Highway 848 roads are very pathetic especially after crossing Maharashtra border
                              I visited this road on 24/09/2021 from nashik to ankleshwar.
                              The 60% roads had a sign of accident prone zone and literally many cars were broken down but the solo reason of accidents were the roads, u can easily avoid this accidents and remove the accident prone zone sign by improving the roads
                              My car's suspension is totally damaged because of this road only
                              Pls do needful and give me the follow up

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                This is in regard to toll booth that operates on Electronic city flyover in Bangalore. Everyday, they operate one lane and closing all other lanes in electonic city phase 1 toll plaza. This leads to heavy traffic sometime, still they dont open other lanes.
                                If you go and talk to the toll plaza manager, he has different answer every day.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  We pay regular toll taxes at Mathani Toll Plaza situated on Nagpur Bhandara Kolkata Highway. But recently we have noticed that the roads have very big pot holes/bad patches which may invites serious accidents. Requesting to summon the Mathani Toll Plaza authorities to act fast and repair those pot hoes / bat patches as early as possible.

                                      My car no GJ05JE2947, is passed at IRB Choyasi, Surat toll booth on 18/04/2021 at 17:01:48, toll charge of rs.75. Is deducted and 23/09/2021 at 12:50 PM, toll charge of rs.80 was deducted.
                                      which highly illegal, so please refund my above amount in my fast tag card without fail.If you fail to do so I am force to take legal action against tool booth authority, for harassing common citizen.
