I had travelled from Nellore to Naidupeta on 21st, 22nd 23rd & 24th September. On both journeys that is forward & return journey NHAI charged full toll of Rs. 45 Bhudanam toll plaza & Rs. 30 at Nellore Toll plaza. As my return journey completed with in 12 hours where iam eligible for 50% concession. But at toll plaza debited full fee.
Please file an complaint & return the fee charged extra

My transaction on toll to and fro is charged in excess usually it is Rs.20/- for one way and on return before 24 hrs it is Rs.10 however, on return within 7hrs Rs.20 has been charged. transaction details are as follows:
Hoskote Toll plaza toll transaction ID at 9:16 AM is[protected] for vehicle no. KA53MC0095 and transaction ID at 3:41 PM is[protected]. Please refund excess of Rs.10/-charged.

I visited Uttarakhand on 05.09.2021 and passed through toll located at Chhapar at 3.25 p.m., when I checked the details on my fast fag, I found that the Rs.95/- has been deducted from my account. When I came back from Uttarakhand on 07.09.2021 at 4.43 p.m.I found that Rs.50/- has been deducted. When I enquired I came to know that Rs.50/- is charged at Chhapar as toll tax.
Kindly look into the matter take action against the defaulters and inform me the action taken in the matter.
I also request you to refund the excess amount deducted from the fast tag of my vehicle no. DL 5CK 3408 on 05.09.2021 at 3.25 p.m.
Kindly also inform me if you have any clarification in the matter.

આથી હું સિંધી ફકીરમહંમદ ઇસ્માઇલ રહે. સરાર તા. જી. વડોદરાના તે આ ફરિયાદ કરી જણાવું છું કે પોર હાઇવે વાળા રસ્તા પાસે કેટલીક દુકાનો આવેલી છે જે દુકાનોમાં તમામ પ્રકારની ચીજ વસ્તુઓ મળે છે જેના કારણે હાઇવે ઉપરથી નીચે આવતી કેટલીક ગાડીઓ અડચણરૂપ ગેરકાયદેસર રીતે રસ્તા ઉપર ઉભી રાખે છે જેના પરિણામે કેટલાક રાહદારીઓને વાહન લઈ જવા તથા લાવવામાં ઘણી મુશ્કેલીઓનો સામનો કરવો પડે છે તેમજ ઘણીવાર તો ટ્રાફિક જામ થઈ જાય છે જેના પરિણામે કેટલીક વાર તો અકસ્માત પણ સર્જાય છે જેથી આ ફરિયાદ આપી આપ સાહેબશ્રીને જણાવવાનું કે આ સમસ્યાનો નિકાલ વહેલાં વહેલી તકે થાય એટલે અમારી અરજ છે.

Please look into the matter. You people charged toll for lucknow to kanpur. The road is very pathetic and poor full of holes.Even the road is not in the condition to walk. Why you people charged toll for that.firsly maintain that road then after collect toll.

Dear NHAI,
I am regular traveler from Bangalore to Shimoga (Karnataka) using NH47 and then NH369. It would take less time to reach Chitradurga using NH47. But Once I cross NH47 to NH369, then to complete 100KMS, it will take more time and the condition of road is very bad. I would request NHAI to repair NH369 from Chitradurga till Shimoga. The road from Chennagiri till Shimoga is in worst conditioin. I think the road standard is not...

I am complaining about the excess charges that the NH authority is collecting at Quazigund Tool Plaza which breaks the back of poor people .
Also the dilapidated condition of Banihal flyover leads to time and again traffic jams which tells upon the quality of necessitous fruits and vegetables .
The concerning authority is humbly informed to look into the matter .

Lane was showing GREEN light so I entered in that LANE but TOLL BARRIER did not open AUTOMATICALLY.

Unethical Behaviour was shown and they asked to REVERSE the CAR and didn't allow to pass through even though it was their mistake.

on the night of 21 September 21 and 22 September 21, I came to Jhalawar from Indore via Maksi Beawar. Around at midnight 2:35 AM we reached Methoonh Toll Plaza Iklera NH12.
At that time the balance in my fastag became low. Then I asked for the cash lane on the toll, then at that time only one lane was started on the toll and the cash lane was closed. There he asked for ₹ 100 from me. Whereas the car charges there are ₹ 45. When I told him to charges, he started threatening me and said that hundred rupees will be taken, otherwise go back.
Then I charged my Fastag there and then after that they noted down my car number etc., and threatened me. After getting the balance at 2.48 AM at mid night in fastag, then I go from there.

Respected sir/madam i dr prashant ramvanshi submits the complaint against fekari infrastructure pvt ltd, fekari tal.Bhusaval dist. Jalgaon, maharastra. That the toll plaza is collecting toll for no reason as the nearby toll situated at nashirabad, jalgaon is within 20 kms range and the over bridge for which the said toll is collected by fekari infrastructure comes under the work of nashirabad toll hence requesting to cancel the toll plaza at fekari as the time limit has also been elapsed for collecting toll

Location : bridge between Apollo circle Gandhinagar to near nana chiloda over Sabarmati bridge road is very pathetic. I have daily updown from Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad. This over bridge road recently develops and after within 6 month it broken And it’s in very bad condition no car and bike can ride on it. Please check and resolute that bridge roads.

This is to bring your kind notice that I usually use the route from Dehradun to Nainital. The Toll road starts from Lachiwala after passing the toll point the road condition is not good because of lots of bumps on the route we cant drive properly. Every time when i pass through the toll point they charge Rs. 85/-.
This is very frustrating that after paying toll on my every journey the toll road condition is becoming pathetic.
The bridges are not even you cant go evenly through them .
Between my route towards Dehradun to Nainital I pay Rs. 160/- onside and for both side it becomes Rs.320/-.
Paying is not a big deal but if I cannot go smoothly after paying this amount it is very big issue for me.

I request you to kindly go through my genuine complaint i will be very thankful to you

My account is debited with Rs. 183 on[protected] to my fastag linked to my Vehicle No MH04FF0188. This debit is for trip no [protected] dtd[protected]. But actually on the same date Rs 46/- was already debited to my account at Shedung Toll Plaza, Khopoli. At the same time due to some error Rs. 46/- was also collected in cash. But I do not have the cash paid receipt. There was no dispute. Still Rs. 183/- is debited with the reason dispute on trip. Please check the same and reverse the amount of Rs. 183/-. Amount was debited to my ICICI Bank Fastag ID 11765978

Today I am pass NH- 46( old NH-12) Vishankheda Toll plaza, This toll started 14/09/2021 but Highway is completed 65%.
That is not good by NHAI. This toll person is not hve proper fast tag machine scanner. He said your fast tag is block, but I my fast tag is working, toll plaza person charges double amount charge 70rs by me. So sir Nitin Gadhgari Ji i am really fan your work, but NHAI & Toll plaza work is not good that time, this person behave like GUNDA type. I am with my family two female person in cara one child & he said me bad words. This really very bad on your Department & this toll company. I am really upset if I am paid money but hus behaviour is so bad. If you do something please do, otherwise that was happen and happen to every people.
