This is regarding the toll plaza at Kachkoot on Srinagar Banihal expressway run by Ranchor Infra Dev p Ltd. This toll plaza keeps asking me to recharge my FASTtag account most of the times that I travel on this road. They charge me double the amount, and when I bring this to the notice of my bank, they inform me that my FASTtag account has balance. This happened yesterday also and I informed the staff there that I had recharged my account with Rs 600. And it would not be possible for me to have nothing in my account. They misbehaved with me. And this is usually what they do. They gang up in groups of four or five. I suspect that some sort of corruption is taking place at this toll booth. My bank informed me that my account had balance yesterday. I am going to change my FASTtag and opt for some other bank but I am not sure that this sort of behaviour won't be repeated at this toll booth. My ticket number is [protected] and it was generated at 15:11:59 on 12th September, 2021.

SV PURAM Toll Road (TIRUPATI - TIRUTANI) TOLL ROAD IS HORRIBLE.
The above mentioned toll road is horrible in its own way, I would like to highlight the case as I am a frequent traveller in this way. From last 2 to 3 years the road with potholes are not sorted out and not rectified.
Please take the necessary action on the same.

As per the above subject, i have traveled from Karjan toll Naka on 12 Sept 2021, and my first toll deduction ar morning 8;45 hrs is a105 rupes, I return on the same date at 13 10 hrs from the same toll Naka and again second time deduction 50 rupees again so my total deductions from my account are 155 Rupes but now a rate of return is 145 rs so my 15 rupees more deduction by this Toll Naka.

This is a complaint on the money swindling in the toll gates maintained by L & T, Coimbatore in the Salem - Kochi highway. The toll fare is ₹45 (17 +28), but every other time the deduction is ₹90 which is double the amount. I am a daily commuter who cross these toll gates twice a day and they must have taken thousands of rupees from me now. Every time I raise this issue with the toll counter staff, they ask me to speak to the officer. I have to park my car on the highway and meet the person concerned after a wait to lodge my complaint, which I did three times at least. I was told that money will be returned to my Paytm account and I was reimbursed only for the two times I was double deducted. I was double deducted at least 15 times this year alone.

Very unprofessional response if the complaint is taken to the toll office. Rude staff and pathetic service. Hopeless maintenance. I request you to please kindly intervene and take necessary action and to stop such swindling in the future.

I was travelling from varanasi to sitamari.
Details and timing of my journey are as per quoted below:
"SBI FASTag Acc ending with 56C00 VRN: S00438021 debited Rs.190 Toll Charges at Lalanagar Toll Plaza on 12-Sep-2021 03:12:01 PM Bal Rs.545"
You can verify it from the cctv footage .
I reversed my car from a lane after waiting, then again waited for a long time ...
After not getting response i went around the counter for queries ... a boy / man came in a threatening tone ...
They again said go to another lane along with the threatening.
According to my tis experience i would suggest that our old system of offline system was better .
It was disgusting and disappointing behaviour.
Is it ok ? that we are paying still getting threatened as if we are asking for favours from them ...
I request you to take some serious actions ...
May be it could become an example for their further actions.

Due to malfunction of the fast tag reading machine I was charged doubly.they said that there is no balance in my fast tag despite me assuring that it has enough balance

Everytime I cross this toll to much delay hear

Toll tax collected at Kelwad toll on Chindwara road Maharashtra is collecting Rs70/- each for to and fro return journey within 12 hours. That is Rs70/- + Rs70/-. On contrary the return journey ticket must be less. This is cheating.The fastag snapshot with transaction ID is attached.
Further on fastag website the charges shown are Rs65/-.
Please do needful to adjust correct toll tax and return extra deducted amount.

I am serving defence personnel I was passing through at Nawab Ganj toll plaza at 1315 hrs on 12 sep 21 toll tax was charged double however I have shown my defence ID card kindly issue necessary guide lines

On 11.09.2021 while traveling through Mathura Toll Plaza at 8.05 from the fastag of my vehicle number MP04EA8654 Toll of Rs 155 have been deducted twice. The second message of double deduction came to my phone number [protected] after four hours when I was two hundred kilometre away from the concerned Toll.
This is a blatant loot by the Toll people.Had I not rechecked my messages carefully I would have lost my money permanently.
It is requested that the culprits be punished and my Money be refunded with compensation

Toilet is not clean from last 1 month at khed shivapur toll plaza . Please clean it or else stop taking money from us.

लाल कुआं गाजियाबाद से अलीगढ़ को जाने वाली रोड। जोगी कहने के लिए गाजियाबाद अलीगढ़ एक्सप्रेस वे है। सड़क की हालत ऐसी हो गई है की कार की तो बात क्या बस भी फंस जाती है। आए दिन एक्सीडेंट हो रहे हैं। पिछले दो-तीन महीनों से रोड की कोई मेंटेनेंस नहीं की गई है। कृपया सड़क की जांच करके मेंटेनेंस करने वाली कंपनी ऑटो लगाने वाली कंपनी पर उपयुक्त कार्यवाही की जाए। और रोड को ठीक से बनवाया जाए जिससे टोल देने वाले लोगों को सरकार और एनएचआई पर शर्मिंदगी ना महसूस हो।

The road condition is very bad between Mumbai to Dhule (Mumbai-Agra highway)
Even such bad condition every till plaza charging the amount.
Arjunalli toll plaza - 120
Baswant Toll Plaza -150
Chandwad toll plaza -145

We are paying such a huge amount for such a bad roads .. please look into it.
Request you stop the collection till road repair

In damoh jabalpur road katangi toll plaza,
A personnel of toll plaza asking 30 rs for toll despite fastag.
And said you must have to pay in cash not by fastag, behave rudely and state that fastag is not working here go back withdraw money from atm.
Toll plaza is solely responsible for not working fastag in its toll and I am agree pay through fastag.
I want my money back

Pl. arrange to repair NHNo.8 between Mota Chiloda To Himatnagar as the big size pit accrued on this road.The possibility of Exident are very much. Before two days one car follsdown in big pit.
Sir If it is not possible to repair NHNo8 by responsible authority why should public paid Toll Tax?
Please take nacessary action positively.

Road shoulders are in bad condition in NH 36 passing between Sivagangai and Thirupathur particularly in Madagupatti Village causing threat to vehicles and pedestrians . kindly make permanent solution regarding this before rainy season.

Respected sir highway lights on NH48 from motachiloda to palaj overbridge are closed since 2month because of his chances of accident are more.please do needful as soon as possible because this highway is the main for transportation in Gujarat.thanks

This is with reference to NAWABGANJ TOLL PLAZA, Kanpur Lucknow Road, UP.

The toll personal was very rude to us while we were proceeding to Lucknow from Kanpur. On showing my Armed Forces ID card, he continuously insisted on payment of toll.

With all the relevant policy circulars, Indian Army and Air Force Act, I was still forced to pay the toll. Nevertheless, I don't mind paying toll because of his ignorance, but the manner in which he was behaving with us left us perplexed.

I believe, proper education should be imparted to toll personal for their behaviour and especially for their dealing with Armed Force personal
