Oday morning(03.09.2021) I crossed Vangaram toll (chennnai, Tamil Nadu) at 6.58am. They told insufficient amount in fast tag (but my account fasttag via paytm having Rs.520 ). so I paid rs 90 for toll crossing. after few minutes I received a message charged rs. 45 from my paytm wallet. I feel The toll persons are done worst service. I never expect this kind of cheating.
kindly repayment of my Rs.90

I was traveling in vehicle number RJ04 CA 4996 from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur. I had sufficient balance in my Fast Tag. Toll plaza at Jasnathnagar told me that I needed to pay cash as their machine was not working. I pleaded with them but they did not permit me to pass without paying cash. This is violation of Gazette of India provisions. I have faced this earlier also at this toll plaza.

NH 31 - From Simariya to Khagaria :
There is no road markings, curb painting, lights in city area, lights in crossings with beeping lights / signal crossing / speed reducing road rumble strips, Foot over bridge for pedestrian crossing . Area Signages, etc.

Also, for the road dividers atleast in town area please provide light blocking plants / ( See for ex.: https://www.trafficsafetyindia.com/listings/anti-glare-screen/)

Request your URGENT attention and deployment of safety infrastructure at the earliest to feel that we too live in modern civilized world.

It seems, toll operators and banks have teamed up for collecting toll, now no grace period after expiry of monthly toll pass, creating chaos at the Naka’s, kindly look in to the matter

Toll for local vehicles was Rs.15/- per crossing, previously, but now Rs.75/- and returning within 24 hour an additional Rs.40/-

This is injustice for the people using a ten km highway road from Salem to omalur.

In Nh 69 near toole palza 180 Majara kothapalli the village name was not provided by High way authority it's makes a lots of problems when travelling form my village no one can identify the location exactly

Khumhari Toll plaza counter no 1, handled by Laxman Baghel counter never accepts FAST TAG, and charge double cost Rajesh Kumar Singh supervisor uses abusive language, refused to acknowledge the fault

Asked me to keep vehicle infront of gate, later stated making falsified aquisition of wrong parking and Rajesh Kumar Singh called his local goons and demanded 5000 rupees

Government must take note of such incidents

Coming to Delhi by Car (DL3CCG1339) on 22.08.21, I faced a huge traffic at Toll plaza, Chhajarsi, Pilakhuwa, UP around 6.25pm. There was no sufficient arrangement to manage the traffic. some vehicles were seen to change their lane to enter in other lane, creating a panic situation to others. Therefore, It took more than 10 minutes to cross the toll plaza and full amount was charged through fastag. As per received sms, it was trip number [protected].
it is a kind request to refund my payment deducted against the guidelines of NHAI regarding exemption if waiting time exceeds.

The road construction of NH 7 highway from Adilabad to hinganghat is very bad. But NHAI is still collecting toll without repairing the same. Kindly take some strict action.

It is not possible 3time cross CHALAKEWDI cross from Chakan. Pune
Now I am requesting to you return my extra deductions & also enquiry why deductions to extra payment.

NH-39 Rewa There is no construction of drain in NH-39 in Gadaria village of Madhya Pradesh, due to which serious flood problem has arisen in our village.

On 30-08-21, we passed through Kalaparru toll plaza near Eluru on Vijayawada - Visakhapatnam national highway, Andhra Pradesh. There is a long que & it took 15 minutes to pass it. Meaning of Fastag is clearly inappropriate, at least here. It is not first time, everyone knows it. What is the problem, nobody understands. If you question them, you will get a rude reply from staff. This one toll plaza is different from other toll plazas. Just imagine, the delay here made a snacks market here. Passengers think that management of this toll plaza get money from hawkers of mobile snack market and make this delay for money. Surprisingly you won't get delayed in any of the toll plazas in this route & you won't find mobile snack markets also.

I like to bring to your notice, about another toll plaza near Dachepalli, in Addanki - Narketpalli highway, Andhra Pradesh. Government Of India has taken a policy for Fastag, If you don't have fastag you should pay double the amount. What is the policy, if the toll plaza doesn't have fastag ? Surprisingly, this toll plaza didn't have fastag. They are still collecting cash in this toll plaza.

We request you to take necessary action on both the toll plazas for the convinience of travellers

Today I used Kherki toll plaza to visit someone in Maneshar and return back in 22 minutes and the toll charges Rs 70 rupees two times up and down a total of Rs 140.

Why do they charge both way toll charges if I am returning in only half an hour?

As per government order vehicels from pune and Pimpri Chinchwad are exempted to pay toll at the khed shivapur toll plaza. Still the amount was auto deducted from my fastag account. Two separate lanes were to be created for this purpose for the order dated February 2020 but it has now been more than a year that the orders have not been executed. Also the toll amount has been increased without the road being completed.
It's been more than 10 years and the contractor has still not completed the road development. The toll that has been charged is exhorbitant for the quality of roads. Some stretch of the road is filled with potholes anday cause major accidents.

On the morning of Aug 13th, as we were driving from Mangalore to Udupi, in our Skoda Rapid( KA 19 MG 8938), somewhere after Padubidri, a stone from the grass cutting work being done on the divider hit our windshield which resulted in a huge crack.

On checking with Skoda service, we were told the windshield needs to be replaced. This costs Rs. 10, 000.

Please consider this case and compensate our loss.

Also, it's a sincere request to have a shield around the machine during grass cutting. Else, this may lead to loss of eye sight or even death in case of 2-wheelers.

1. As per NHAI guidelines, I have applied for the issue of FasTAG to Armed Forces Personnel on 12 March 2021. My application Number is RO-GAN[protected]. The online screenshot is also been attached herewith for your verification.

2. It has already been more than 5 months but I’ve not been issued with a FasTAG yet. A personal visit to the RO office, Gandhinagar, has elicited no response from them. It was even advised to seek redressal of grievance, on the said matter, through online mode only. Therefore your intervention is kindly solicited in this matter.

3. You are kindly requested to issue appropriate instructions to the concerned RO and expedite the issue of FasTAG since it is now been made mandatory as per the Motor Vehicle Act in vogue.

REMINDER 1
Sir, I, Aparna Dabak tried to purchase online Monthly Pass for my vehicle no. MH04 HM 6308 on 1st August 2021. The Customer Receipt showed Rs 0. 00. The Monthly pass was also not generated but amount of Rs. 1248. 26 was debited from my Bank Account. Its already 10 days past and the amount is still not getting reflected back in my account

We poor road...very very low maintenance road ... major accidents taking place of poor road and poor lighting...but collectiing toll amount regularly...
