On 27th august'2021, i received a sms of debit of rs.70/- from my
paytm account for crossing of my car from toll plaza
(andiyari).
But i was at my home and had not gone for a long distance drive from last few days.
Kindly look into the matter on a serious node and suggest me
a solution so that this couldnot happen in future....

Please look the current road condition from shahada(M.H) dist nandurbar 425409 to dondaicha dist dhule.
Very worst conditions....

It has been more than 3 years since the concrete road work is going on from khetia(M.P) dist barwani 451881 to shahada(M.H) dist nandurbar 425409
Total patch is around 20kms approx but in between 5kms patch needs to be repaired immediately which is pending since then
Potholes has become worst.its very difficult to travel.even the condition of bridge is also very bad.
Please look into this at your earliest....

I purchased my fastag from Airtel and airtel connected it with their Airtel wallet my mobile number [protected]. On 17th March 2021 I was unable to recharge my airtel wallet for fastag while I was travelling to mumbai from pune . On 19th August my Vehicle was stopped at Talegaon Toll Plaza on pune to Mumbai Road. The person at Toll plaza informed that my FastTag showing insufficient balance and collected cash Rs.270 from me. And after half hour I received message from my bank that toll Rs.270 deducted from my account.

Huge traffic jams at Mahuvan Toll Plaza(Agra-Delhi NH) due to faulty equipment installed at lane No 2. Respected sir, i want to inform you that there is lots of carelessness on NH44 Operations & Maintence (99.000 to 387.100) by your route patrolling team. They parked their route patrolling vehicle under flyover ambala cantt most of time .They refused to give safety to breakdown vehicles if their are not taking toeing vehicle by route patroling reference. And if any vehicle in emerygency ask them for help they rudely says tht its not our duty,...

We traveled from Yamuna express way on 22nd August we were asked to pay in cash at the entry point agra an amount of 415 till jewar, but as we crossed mathura toll plaza an amount of 155 got deducted from Fastag account and again at Jewar an amount of 120 got deducted from our Fastag account.

So we request the refund the extra amount of 275 and correct this error as soon as possible as it will be impacting masses...
