Dear sir,
I have complaint about Road between toll plaza to Sardar bridge at Narmada river at bharuch, Gujarat,
There is very bad & broken road lots of traffic due to that.
Also it problems to bike riders in night time, eyes is fill with full of sand
Kindly look in to the matter.

On 22.08.2021 I was crossing maneshar toll at 12.33 pm . I was asked to pay cash 140.00 .when I told the person deduct from my fasttag. He told balance is not available, but it was 1200. I paid cash 140.00 to him, simultaneously fasttag deduction was also done and it deducted 70.00 rupee. Please refund 140.00 and look into the matter .

I am Geormal, While I am traveling to Tirunelveli from Nagercoil. From Kalvalkinaru upto Tirunelveli, there is no proper lane road markings as well reflector. Kindly take appropriate action ASAP.

Sir, while paying at the Eastern Peripheral Toll plaza on 27/8/2021 the booth operator charged double amount (190+190) from me saying that my Fastag account doesn't have sufficient balance whereas I had Rs 1073 in my account at that time.May be there was some error in your system which was showing insufficient balance.
Also the operator typed wrong Registration No of the vehicle.The Regn No of my vehicle is PB65V4113 whereas he typed PB64V4113.
The details of payment are as under:

I had travelled by car from Jaipur to Ajmer on NH8 on[protected]. The onward and return journey was completed within less than six hours.
On checking the deductions from my FASTTAG for the journey, found that return journey benefit was given by TOLL PLAZA GEGAL, but the benefit was not given by TOLL PLAZA JAIPUR PLAZA and KISHANGARH PLAZA and full amount was charged by both the PLAZAs for the return journey in spite of the journey having been completed in less ten six hours.
You are requested to examine the issue and issue refund for the excess amount charged for the journey. Also please update the software for these and all other PLAZAs where excess charges are being levied and travellers fleeced.

Dear Sir, I am James, residing at Trichy. My vehichle number is TN45AH 8581. On[protected] at 11.59.01 p.m. I crossed Ponampalampatty toll plaza and I am charged for that. But unfortunately, I am also charged at Rasampalayam toll plaza at a time. How is it possible a car could pass two toll plazas at a time? I took this matter to the notice of the authorities at both two plazas. Rasampalayam authorities promised me to refund within two days. But I regret to say my money is not refunded so far.

Big path hole and bad highway make my car breakdown and damage

This is sreenivas reddy from guntakal, Ananthapur dist, Andhra pradesh when I passing gooty toll gate with my sister as she suffering with serious health issue like dialysis as I stood my car in queue the working staff making my to move here they as because of technical issues I asked for reason to one of working staff instead of saying the reason he came on to valgarly removing uniform shirt buttons giving warning to me so, please don't ignore my complaint and give me protection from this kind of issue

On 27th august'2021, i received a sms of debit of rs.70/- from my
paytm account for crossing of my car from toll plaza
(andiyari).
But i was at my home and had not gone for a long distance drive from last few days.
Kindly look into the matter on a serious node and suggest me
a solution so that this couldnot happen in future.

Please look the current road condition from shahada(M.H) dist nandurbar 425409 to dondaicha dist dhule.
Very worst conditions.

It has been more than 3 years since the concrete road work is going on from khetia(M.P) dist barwani 451881 to shahada(M.H) dist nandurbar 425409
Total patch is around 20kms approx but in between 5kms patch needs to be repaired immediately which is pending since then
Potholes has become worst.its very difficult to travel.even the condition of bridge is also very bad.
Please look into this at your earliest.

with due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that i am an inhabitant of by the side of national highway 31 ( Assam).I have been seeing that in the national highway 31(Assam) crash barrier installation are taking place. There is a huge corruption taking place in the national highway 31 in crash barrier installation. The metal of this crash barrier is so duplicate.They are using duplicate metal.i have seen that they have carelessly installed this crash barrier in this reason some crash barrier post is totally bend.And also i would like to inform you that they have installed old crash barrier in the national highway 31.They are not following the guidelines of NHIDCL in the installation of crash barrier.If the higher authority of the government inspect this strictly then huge fact will come. Huge corruption are taking place in the installation of crash barrier in the national highway 31.These are happening by the support of project manager of this highway.I kindly request to the Indian government please inspect the chainge number 1013 to 1040 strictly ( both side) by the higher higher authority of the government then huge fact will come.

While crossing the above toll plaza on 25.8.2021 by my car there was insufficient balance in my fastag of IDFC first Bank and I paid. Rs. 260/-(double the normal charges). But the lady official sitting at the counter was telling me to deposit my RC or DL even I gave her a Rs.500/- note. She was rude enough and was telling me rudely that she can block my fastag. I want that strict action should be taken against such type of irrant officials. Copy of paid receipt is enclosed herewith.

Dear Sir/Madam

I purchased my fastag from Airtel and airtel connected it with their Airtel wallet my mobile number [protected]. On 17th March 2021 I was unable to recharge my airtel wallet for fastag while I was travelling to mumbai from pune . I approached airtel store but still they do not resolved my problem since march and since then I have mailed them several times but no resolution provided from Airtel.

I have called on 1033 for the same issue but they advised to get it resolved from Airtel.

You are requested to kindly remove my fastag attached to MH12RT2915. It will enable me to get new fastag.

I am travelling from kanpur to lucknow on 22nd August 2021 and it take almost one hour to pass from toll plaza at nawabganj irrespective of fasttag is there in the car how 1 hour will be considered as I am travelling with a kid. Toll charged double amount if fasttag is not there so what's the use of fasttag if it take 1 hour to pass toll plaza?What if someone is travelling with old person, kids, not feeling well? This is not good please take this into consideration that why it happened and who is responsible and why we suffer with time, money and health?

On 19th August my Vehicle was stopped at Talegaon Toll Plaza on pune to Mumbai Road. The person at Toll plaza informed that my FastTag showing insufficient balance and collected cash Rs.270 from me. And after half hour I received message from my bank that toll Rs.270 deducted from my account.
My Vehicle number is MH10 BM 3170
PLZ CHK AND DO THE NEEDFUL TO REVERSE MY TOLL AMOUNT TO MY ACCOUNT.

महोदय, दिनांक 17 अगस्त 2021 को मेरे वाहन RJ01 CC 4234 को खेड़ी गुलाबपुरा जिला भीलवाड़ा (राजस्थान) टोल प्लाजा पर सुबह करीब 15 मिनट ििइंतजार कराया गया। मेरे वाहन के आगे ट्रक का फास्टैग क्लियर नहीं हो रहा था।
ऐसे में मुझे बेवजह परेशान होना पड़ा। नियम है कि 10 सेकंड से अधिक विलम्ब कराने पर टोल फ्री किया जाए जबकि मुझे करीब 15 मिनट वेट कराया गया और टोल राशि 75 रुपए फास्टैग के जरिए काट ली गई।
कृपया मुझे उपरोक्त राशि वापस दिलाने और सम्बन्धित टोल प्लाजा के खिलाफ कार्रवाई कर मुझे अवगत कराएं

Today deduction of Rs 600 done at Toll-ALEP Main Plaza vide Txn ID[protected]. Why so much amount deducted despite balance of required toll amount was available in fast tag wallet?
Please provide details for so high deduction. You are also requested to refund excess amount charged.

Huge traffic jams at Mahuvan Toll Plaza(Agra-Delhi NH) due to faulty equipment installed at lane No 2. The automatic fast tag card reading system was not working properly and caused a huge traffic jam. It took us 20 mins to cross the toll booth. The toll collector was sitting outside the booth and was ignorant to the situation. I asked him to collect the toll with the help of hand held machine but he started yelling and abusing. His name was Ganga. I asked him to exempt the vehicle without collecting any toll as it had been over 20 minutes and more than 100 meters of que had been formed. He instead started threatening me with dire consequences. After all this fuss 110 rupees were deducted from my fast tag card with the hand held toll collection machine.

I request that my 110 rupees toll be refunded to me as it was collected illegally against the order passed by NHAI and the que was more than 100 meters.
