On 25.07.2021, I'm travelling up n down to Nasik - Igatpuri - Nasik. I have been charged ₹.120/- @ 3:32 p.m. and again ₹.120/- @ 06: 45 pm, for a journey done on same day within 24 hours. (MH12MB6704)
Complaint raised on 25.07.2021.

No Communication reply and solution received.

YET NO COMMUNICATION RECEIVED...

    Inspite of having balance in my fastag the plaza at Sathbhaiya, Naxalbari, Dist:Darjeeling claimed that I have no balance. When I showed him the balance then he asked for cash but did not give me any bill. He charged me Rs. 55/- in cash. I suspect corruption on the part toll plaza employee.

      I leave in pcmc Talegaon area, then why toll plazza deduct my amount.
      Also I don't use fast-track lane.
      I was use free lane.

        On 15 August 2021 i crossed Thandi Khui toll plaza jammu oat 12: 30 PM and 70 Rs deducted from my NHAI wallet Fastag registered with vehicle No. JK02BN4687 which is correct but when i return back on same day at around 5:10 PM again Rs 70 deducted instead of RS. 35 from my fastag which is wrong.

        Kindly refund the extra deduction.

          Today I travelled from Aurangabad (MH) to Chalisgaon. Rs. 90 toll was deducted from my fastag instead of Rs. 45. Following is the sms received for your ref.

          Paid Rs 90.0 toll for MH20EE0354 at Hatnoor Toll on 16 Aug 2021, 04:17 PM. TxnId: 0010012108161628191681.Updated Paytm Bal: Paytm Wallet- Rs 721.13.

          You are requested to refund Rs. 45.

              Dear sir today I recieved a message on my phone number [protected] about deduction of Rs.95/- toll from my fastag for my car no DL9CAM-5750. I was in my office at rohini delhi with my car parked outside and did not go to any highway today. Clearly it's some kind of malfunction or someone is doing some mischief. Kindly look into the problem for not only reversing the charge but also for saving the system from bigger problems. Waiting for ur responce.

                I am Nishanth S residing at Pudukkottai, Today 16/08/2021 while i visited lembalakudi, Pudukkottai, TN.NH226 toll plaza to acquire monthly pass.Mr.Kaja mahideen who addressed himself as the manager of that toll plaza was playing BGMI Mobile game without even looking at me for the service i was asking for.While i tried to point him over his mistake of playing mobile games during work hour, he showed very annoying and rude behaviour and asked me to complaint anywhere regarding his behaviour. He even then refused to provide the service stating the portal is not working. I am highly disappointed and felt embarrassed by his attitude and behaviour. I request you to kindly take action against him and make sure this kind of behaviour is avoided.

                    This is about an employee's misbehavior who used abusive language today on 16th August 2021 morning. I asked about the time limit for waiting in the queue at the toll plaza on which the employee used abusive language. I have no recording or any proof as such and I was in hurry so I ignored the matter.
                    It the first toll plaza on NH30 at Ronahi between Ayodhya and Lucknow highway.
                    This is not the first time when these guys have behaved this way.

                      I had sufficient balance on my fast tag for my car DL 8CAT 7030 and on date 15.08.2021 the attended cheated saying your fast tag not working and asked to pay manually. I paid manually but he added additional fee of non fasttag car n charged me 220 rs. the fast tag of my car is active and on 15.08.2021 at another toll plaza it worked n money diducted. I m attaching screen shot of payment receipt in which I was over charged by sar sawa toll plaza. Request you tot take action on toll plaza staff n refund my money.

                            Khed shiivapur toll plaza near Pune on NH-4 is expected for MH12 and MH14 registration vehicle.
                            I was traveling from this toll plaza with my vehicle with registration no MH12TK2168 and I got charged here which is totally invalid and this happen twise on 13 and 15 of August.

                            I hope some action will be taken soon to resolve this issue.

                              Sir,
                              At Raikal toll plaza on Bangalore highway, operator make me to wait in queue for more than 10 minutes unnecessary. When I quote NHAI order of 10 sec waiting rule, they simply ignored and behaved very rude. I have proof of video recording also, that I will share to you if required and I will share to ministry also. Plz order to refund toll charges back and take necessary action against these cheaters.

                                Dear sir,
                                Manesar toll plaza improperly charged penalty of Rs 140.00 for my vehicle registration no. HR20X9283 stating that my FASTag account is inactive. Whereas my FASTag A/c has been active and debited with INR 70 for transaction, Vehicle no. HR20X9283 at Toll Manesar Toll Plaza on[protected]T11:11:02. The employee sitting on counter was cunning type and was not listening to me. Since there were other vehicles behind me, I paid the penalty amount to avoid inconvenience to them. He even did not mention the vehicle number in the penalty receipt. Timings mentioned in receipt and sms received can be verified. That ### sitting on counter be told to do his job properly. Plz look into it and refund the amount also which was charged wrongly.

                                  Kherki Daula toll plaza cameras unable to read fast tag and charged twice in cash. I was unable to understand why I should pay double and face difficulty when toll plaza has issue in their system. I spoke at control room as well but didn’t find anyone supportive. This was a huge amount of harassment and customer disappointment. Even the staff doesn’t know how to speak with customers.

                                    As I have all my adress proof like adharcard driving licence are in my hometown but my car is in KA registration, they are forcing me to pay the toll fee
                                    As the toll plaza only built infront of home town . No where I am using the toll road means why I have to pay. No other road to go to my home . need clarification can I walk to cross the toll plaza by parking the car 1km before the home.

                                      Toll plaza in Morena (MP) is really pathetic service it take lot of time scanning fast tag and its automated barrier hit our car and it get scratches and dent this is the worst experience and facilities we are getting after paying taxes. Please file a complaint against this and refund my money for this passing and get it fixed.

                                        My complaint is village Rahmatpur Ahtmal Chak 137 Khasra No. 214/215 and the metering of our land was done by the National Highway team by the special land superintendent, Haridwar, in which Manoj Verma did illegal construction work on the highway's government property very fast. National Highway team has given notice to Manoj Verma on 13/07/2021 and Roorkee Development Authority has also given notice dated 12/07/2021, so illegal construction work should be stopped. And legal action should be taken against these land mafia. And the property of National Highway should be saved.
