As I travelled in Chikkodi to Maharashtra NH 48 on few days back, but here I found they collect the amount from each and every Vehicle owner. They consumed more time and I feel they collected more amount compare to fast tag. Earlier u were strictly instructed owners of vechicle fast tag is mandatory. What about NH 48, .. hope you are doing favourable us as soon as possible.. thank u

        Dear Sir,
        I’m Amit Kumar today I have go to Varanasi some official work throw Yamuna Expressway. The issue on toll Jaypee Infratech Ltd. Sector-128 noida U.P ( S.C.09) Mathura toll plaza ( KM 95+200) in this toll some technical issue in the system I’m waiting more then 20 minutes and I have fasteg on my car but toll employee refuse to fasteg due to technical issue and he was taking us to cash amount of Rs.155 the Lane ID - NA02 and toll collector . TC40179.
        In this matter as per NHAI new guideline he was not taking any amount regarding this if vehicle waiting more then 10 second. If fasteg penalise us if we have no balance in our fasteg so why not penalise fasteg if they are not given us a good service.
        Your immediate action has been very much appreciate.

            ICICI Bank FASTag Account linked to VRN MAT632129LPNJ8764 has been debited with Rs 290.00 for dispute on trip number [protected] on[protected]:15:58.
            I have notice that other vahicle caused problem which is in front of mine.
            Your roll plaza raised dispute wrong.

              This is to bring into your kind attention that the Boom Barrier at Kherki Dhaula toll plaza had hit the roof of my car bearing Registration no-HR-26-DD-3422 dated[protected].
              The complaint to the NHAI help line no-1033 was lodged immediately after the incident vide complaint no. 4013946 dated[protected], time 2.25 PM.
              I even personally visited the Millennium Toll Plaza office at Vill : kherki Dhaula. The video of the incident was witnessed and complaint was filed and acknowledge by your officer, copy of the complaint with serial no- 339 dated[protected], is attached with this letter.
              Also, for your records, the toll tag of this car was active and had adequate balance, when the boom barrier accidentally hit my car.
              Since then I am continuously calling to the PRO, on the given Mobile no- as stated under but no use and I have not received any single response or assistance till date:
              · [protected] called on the given no at 11- AM- mobile no[protected]. No response.
              · [protected] spoken to Mr. Mata parsad on mobile - no[protected]. No response.
              · [protected] called Bhim singh on mobile no[protected], at 12-10 PM, no response.
              · [protected] called Mr. Satish Chander on his mobile no[protected], the mobile was switched off.
              · [protected] spoken to Sunder Kumar on his given mobile no[protected], he referred another Moble no of Mr. Tek chand.
              · [protected] spoken to Mr. Tek chand on his mobile no[protected] at 12-20 PM. He ask me to call again the next day.
              · [protected] call Mr. Tek Chand again as he asked on his mobile no[protected] at 11-AM. He again asked to call the next day.
              · [protected] called Mr. Tek chand yet again on his mobile no[protected] at 12-07 PM, he left a text message saying he will call back, but not one call has been received till date.
              · [protected] called to Mr. Tek chand on his mobile no[protected] at 12-07 PM, a text message was received from him that he will call back, but he never reverted back at all.
              · [protected] tried calling Tek chand numerous time, but no answer.
              I have been chasing and rigorously following up with all the concerned officials and not one person has gotten back to me. It is really nerve wrecking to seek assistance from all of the above mentioned officials and yet no assistance till date.
              You are requested by this email to get my car repaired at the earliest by the damage that has been done at the Toll gate, failing which a legal action shall be taken against Toll plaza authority.

                I had HDFC Bank, On 13 August 2021 The same is SCANNED at VASHI - NE MUMBAI TOLL PLAZA and they allowed me travel further. AT Mumbai Pune Express way - khalapur toll plaza, pune solapur PATAS Toll plaza – Km65.25 NH65, SARDEWADI toll Plaza Km 145.65 NH65 - on both time it showed blacklisted or insufficient balance, I shoed my balance of Rs.2600/- still the denied the same and charge me double. There was no one at NHAI office and 1033 Number was also not working, I faced lots of trouble and paid double money .If NHAI is unable to scan the authorized fastag and check balance then they can allow person with regular toll and how i am going to get back my extra paid money without my fault

                  Every time I visit from mathura to agra .they used to deduct money from my fastag but on returning they used to tell me that my fastag is blacklist ..but I have sufficient amount in my fastag wallet .due to scam of this toll I am facing this issue

                    I bought HDFC Fastag on 15.Jan 2021 and recharged about Rs.800. Even after 7months still my Fastag is not working at All Toll Booth.
                    Today I traveled from Bangalore to Channarayapatna (Hassan) by paying double charges of Rs.90 instead of Rs.45 just because of HDFC carelessness.

                    When I purchased Fastag, customer care executive guided me just affix on windshield of car and tag will be activated before reaching me.

                      On 25.07.2021, I'm travelling up n down to Nasik - Igatpuri - Nasik. I have been charged ₹.120/- @ 3:32 p.m. and again ₹.120/- @ 06: 45 pm, for a journey done on same day within 24 hours. (MH12MB6704)
                      Complaint raised on 25.07.2021.

                        Inspite of having balance in my fastag the plaza at Sathbhaiya, Naxalbari, Dist:Darjeeling claimed that I have no balance. When I showed him the balance then he asked for cash but did not give me any bill. He charged me Rs. 55/- in cash. I suspect corruption on the part toll plaza employee.

                            On 15 August 2021 i crossed Thandi Khui toll plaza jammu oat 12: 30 PM and 70 Rs deducted from my NHAI wallet Fastag registered with vehicle No. JK02BN4687 which is correct but when i return back on same day at around 5:10 PM again Rs 70 deducted instead of RS. 35 from my fastag which is wrong.

                            Kindly refund the extra deduction.

                                  Dear sir today I recieved a message on my phone number [protected] about deduction of Rs.95/- toll from my fastag for my car no DL9CAM-5750. I was in my office at rohini delhi with my car parked outside and did not go to any highway today. Clearly it's some kind of malfunction or someone is doing some mischief. Kindly look into the problem for not only reversing the charge but also for saving the system from bigger problems. Waiting for ur responce.

                                    I am Nishanth S residing at Pudukkottai, Today 16/08/2021 while i visited lembalakudi, Pudukkottai, TN.NH226 toll plaza to acquire monthly pass.Mr.Kaja mahideen who addressed himself as the manager of that toll plaza was playing BGMI Mobile game without even looking at me for the service i was asking for.While i tried to point him over his mistake of playing mobile games during work hour, he showed very annoying and rude behaviour and asked me to complaint anywhere regarding his behaviour. He even then refused to provide the service stating the portal is not working. I am highly disappointed and felt embarrassed by his attitude and behaviour. I request you to kindly take action against him and make sure this kind of behaviour is avoided.

                                        This is about an employee's misbehavior who used abusive language today on 16th August 2021 morning. I asked about the time limit for waiting in the queue at the toll plaza on which the employee used abusive language. I have no recording or any proof as such and I was in hurry so I ignored the matter.
                                        It the first toll plaza on NH30 at Ronahi between Ayodhya and Lucknow highway.
                                        This is not the first time when these guys have behaved this way.
