On the edges of Nation highway (AH46) passing through Deori, Dist.-Gondia, Maharashtra lots og garbage and dirt is laying since a very long time (between main and service roads). its making the place look bad, and is very unhealthy for people in viccinity
Also very few lights on high mast poles are working leaving the main part of the city in dark

Yesterday I travel from sikar to ratangarh. At tidiyasar toll plaza the operator tells me that Since you do not have FASTag, you will be charged double toll tax.When I asked him the rules for this, he only showed the news paper cutting. Their behavior was very rude. But when I gave him double money, he gave me a slip from Sikar to Bikaner, while I had to go from Sikar to Ratangarh.Staff spoke very abusively to me in front of my family. Please solve my issue.

Highway near rungta garden chaibasa has multiple pothole of size from 1 to 2 meter diameter and 1 to 2 feet depth.
Please fix this.
It is busy road and important road to connect west signbhum villages and cities to Chaibasa.

Road damaged in NH 38 location From Thiruvannamalai to Vellore Near to Puthumallavadi village 100 meters from the bus stop. Which is smaller one but it leads to accidents of bikes majorly. If patch work not done immediately, it may require high financial for this rework in future.

Requesting your attention.

It is taking more than 15 minutes on the catharsis toll plaza, which Is against the rules as recently stated by the Transport Ministry.Why should we pay for such a service!?

It is very painful to write you about the matter.
It's Third time with me that a toll plaza charge me full toll tax amount in my return journey with in 24 Hours.
First incident- 28 Feb 2021
Second incident-19 July 2021
Latest and third incident- 23 July
First two deduction was at Sivaya toll plaza Western UP.
I have requested for a refund in my both cases but result is nothing.
Third incident...

Two days back I travelled from jammu to Udhampur. On bann tol plaza Rs140 twice was deducted from my fastag account .no discount as applicable was given to me on return journey within few 5 to 6 hours.. one amount was deducted next day while I travelled to nd fro same day..this ws done to show gap of more than 24 hours...This s a technical fraud done to me..

To day morning at 7.48 I crossed pullur toll plaza on my vehicle ts09fm9860, fastag scanner is not working and made me wait until a person came and enter manually. When I questioned the operator he was replying rashly and said to wait until he completes entry and agreed that fastag scanner not working.

A Transformer that placed in a wrong place near a Bridge opening . The Transformer was danger to public peoples and inocent drivers to make an accident and make him injured. so please🙏 sir take an effort to move the Transformer in to another safe place and help public life.

I travelled Shahpur to Mumbai today passing through padga toll and the condition of road was bad and prone to accidents. There we are charged 120/- but the roads are not maintained as on today.

I use to travel regularly by bus at night time in Karnataka. I didn't found clean and safe washrooms near any toll. If present they are away from toll or closed. Women's travel during night time are searching for washroom and they are feeling unsafe. Please do the needful.

as other car came at our lane and price for our car got deducted and we spoke politely with a worker at that time he replied us very rudely and i asked him to call him manager or supervisor
then he scolded a bad word - "nee amma avadivi ra nuvvu"
then after listening to that i confirmed and gave a slap to him.
then all workers together came and attacked us continuously for 5 mints they attacked us on road and we got injuries

That my car jk03B 4107 crossed the Kachkoot Toll plaza in the evening of 23/7/2021 and Rs.90/- were deducted from my account on the same time.Unfortunately, I received one more message at 5.58p.m.today on 24/7/21 that Rs.90/- more has been deducted from my account for crossing my same car at 5.45AM on 23/7/21. Which is totally fake and fraud.So, please look into the matter re-imberse my amount and take action against defaulter.

Dear sir, national haigway no 2 kosi kalan ke bathain gate fly over ke neeche kuchh rehdi walo ne bahut atikraman kar rakha hai garib log side me footpath ke uper lagaate hai lekin kuchh dabang type log beech road par lagaate hai jisse road cross karne me pareshaani hoti hai kripya is samasya ka samadhan karne ki kripa karein

I was pass through my car MH 14 -EP - 7413 Songir toll plaza ( Dhule Maharashtra ) at 6.45 PM on 13/7/2021, I was stuck around 20 min, I am unable to move any where for track change due to all track was full. I request wave of toll charge due to line full more than 500 m. but PRO response was very casual .

PRO very polite and behavior was very good but I think no rules awareness .

I resistor my complaint in complaint book M no. 272 on same day but till date not received response hence i am writing complaint to you even region they given verbally and remark given on complaint resistor is not real fact.

I was travelling in my own car No. AP36AQ4961 today i..e, 24/07/2021 with Fastag from Suryapet to Jangaon (Telangana State) on NH 365. When I reached the Toll gate at Singarajupalli at about 10.45 AM, it was operating only one lane keeping the other lane closed. There were 4 people inside one lane being operated engaged in chit chat. There were about 5 vehicles stopped in the lane since there was a problem with the RFID reader obviously. The attendants took more than 5 minutes to clear each vehicle. When my turn came after a heavy vehicle, the man in the cabin waved his hand to stop. Buy the time I stopped the vehicle went 1/2 meter forward. He waved his hand to take my vehicle back. I obliged . Then he demanded in rude manner to speak out my vehicle number. Stunned with his behaviour I also asked them as to what they are doing. Instead of taking my vehicle number all the four started arguing with me . This is most uncalled for. When the Fastag is fitted to the vehicle and RFID is not working it is their duty to get the details in alternative manner and clear the vehicle as soon as possible. Further two lanes are available for passing of vehicles on either site why only one lane is operated when sufficient number of people are available on the site. Thus their auction not only caused inconvenience to me but also the behaviour was annoying. I am a senior citizen of 66 and a retired Tahsildar and faced an ugly situation which is unprovoked.

I therefore request to take necessary action against the responsible people and ensure that such incidents never repeat at any Toll Gate in future to any customer.

Tuticorin to Madurai road, eliyar Patti toll gate. Highway nest mini. Toilet is unclean, water didn't come, bad smell overly come, seftytank full.we inform to shop owner he doesn't take any action.
