Today at jiwana toll when I crossed the stopping bar has hit my car roof and broken.when I told them about issue
Mr. Sanjeev from jai singh company har answered rudely and told that it is as usual it used to fall like this. Who is responsible for this loss. My vehicle has been dented.
Please resolve this issue its a big question on the reputation of NHAI

On 20th July 2021 morning nearly 9.30am I was at Nathakarai Toll Plaza Lane.As I had fastag balance low, I gave 100 (50 toll amount, 50 No Fastag fine ).I had attached the proof below. After I crossed the toll, I received message that Rs.50 has been deducted from your Fastag account.I was shocked.For 50 ruppee toll, they charged me 150 which is totally unfair. I had contacted that Toll Plaza Helpline number.They asked me to send the proof in WhatsApp.I've sent it but still no response.Its totally unbearable.I had attached all proofs below for your reference.Kindly refer it and help me with refund of that Rs 100

Most of the Lights installed on highway from PAP, Jalandhar (Punjab) to Kartarpur (Punjab) not working...Due to dense darkness along-with rainy season it is very difficult to drive four wheeler and two wheeler.

Daily an accident took place in the said area. Damaged or stucked vehicles standing on the highway are not traceable in such a dense dark. Therefore, you are requested to make the lights working at your earliest.

I was at national expressway -1 vadodara ahmedabad expressway... There at queue my car waited for more 10 seconds... I was in queue for more than 5 mins... I refused to pay the toll... But they told you have to pat... And they were insisting... So i paid the toll through fastag... I request you to please check the cctv footage and take the necessary action.

Yesterday I had crossed toll of AKALTARA C.G N49
Near 12.05 pm.
I have to wait to cross the toll plaza more than 30min. that counter person said new rule about fasttag that if you recharge immediately than you have to wait for 30min other wise pay double amount offline and go.is that any rule ?

I want resolution of this issue asap

I was crossing Walayar toll plaza on 18 Jul at 0729 hrs towards Coimbatore, the employee at the toll charged me 130 rs even after producing my Defence I D Card. Ticket no was [protected] operator no 10. My veh no was DL8CAR9298. As there is a clear exemption for toll tax for serving defence personnel. The employee was not in agreement for leaving me without paying the toll. This act by the employee is clear violation of existing rules. May I request you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action as deemed fit.

The employees at Obalapura Toll gate always pesters for cash payment though I have the active fast tag. They keep us waiting at the toll plaza for 15 to 20minutes and harass me esp during night. My vehicle number is KA05MM4512.

I had travelled from Lonavala to Punel on the Pune - Mumbai expressway and crossed the Talegoan Toll Plaza through Lane ID E05 on[protected] at 13:18:44. I have been charged 203 Rs on my FastTag against the normal 67 Rs from Lonavala to Pune.

Similarly on my return from Pune to Lonaval crossed the Talegoan Toll Plaza through Lane ID W02 on[protected] at 08:06:46. I have been charged 203 Rs on my FastTag against the normal 67 Rs from Pune to Lonavala.

Please correct and refund the balance amount to my fasttag.

In first toll they charged 48 rs totally but in second toll also they charged us
This fastag message was not sent immediately it was almost 15 mins after we received it...

I used Eastern Paripharal Expressway from Mavikala Toll Gate to Jakhauli and come return with in 8 hrs. Return toll should be Rs. 15 instead they charge Rs. 50. They excess charge for every time when I used this route. I have also complaint through fastag service provider paytm, when I complaint they return the excess amount after 30 to 40 days if I didn't complain then I have to loss my amount. This is a serious problem, we can't say this is happened with how many people and they are not aware for that. When fastag is not working of our car then NHAI charge for double then what should be the penalty for NHAI for charging more than thrice the actual amount to be charge, NHAI should accountable for this.

I passed this toll on 17th and 18th july 2021.when i passed on 17th towards deoli it changes 3 times my row as there fasttag not working even i observed with other vehicles also same problem.
When i passed on 18th july towards bundi again same problem raised and they told my fasttag expired, which is working even i passed other toll also after and before that toll and all charges deduct from fastag.After lot of discussion They suggest me to pay cash and will.show the receipt but will not provide me ( Receipt attached).If passing vehicle have to pay fine in case of absence of fasttag why not toll should be penalised if problem raised from there end.Moreover they wasted my time.
Incident happen at kishorepura fee plaza, sec kota deoli of NH-12

We are residents at near a toll gate in Sheela Nagar, Visakhapatnam regularly at every alternate we face a problem of long toll lines as the dont operate with a all the toll booths available with them and hence cause a waiting o[censored]pto 20 mins and when asked they just threat or say we dont know we are citizens here paying out toll charges fully and still this unsatisfactory job is being done by the service providers u have assigned here as there me be a chances of few emergency cases too please we kindly request you to either ask the service providers to operate fully or just change your service providers as there is also a law by 3 mins waiting here we wait for 20 to 30 mins every alternate or third day.

I have traveled Delhi to Rishikesh on dated 19 july 2021 and return same day.
There were 3 toll plaza on the way.
I crossed Sivaya toll plaza at 5:49 am on dated 19 july and again I crossed the same Sivaya toll plaza on my return journey at 5:08 pm.
As per policy toll plaza have to deduct half the amount of the toll charges deducted in my first crossing.
But the Sivaya toll plaza deducted same amount ie Rs 95.
For your kind information it is not the first time with me.
I have compliant in Feb 2021 for the same irregularities at the Sivaya toll plaza.
Now you are requested to do needful action at responsible person and return my excess deducted amount in my both journey ie 28 Feb 2021 and 19 july 2021.

Street light in GNT road from Chennai Moolakadai @ 10th mile stone (near Shell petrol bunk) was not working for last couple of days, high risk for vehicle riding in darkness

On returning back from Surat to Valsad, My toll has been deducted double at Boriach Toll Plaza Navsari.(deducted Rs.130 instead of Rs.65).

On date[protected] evening (Vehicle No. RJ17 CA 0601) At Toll Plaza Kishorpura NH-12 near deoli there scanning machine was not working hence they charged me double toll in cash and took more than 30 minutes of mine. There excuse was that my fasttag is not working where it was working and had 1400 Rs in balance the same fasttag in the same trip amount was automatically deducted at toll plaza near Mandana. But the staff misbehaved me and there was a long queue thay were asking to change lan to every one.
On the same toll plaza with the same vehicle, same fasttag the toll was deducted automatically on[protected] evening.
So please arrange to refund my additional toll charged and penalize them to have misbehave and non functioning of the scanning devices.
Also they took more then 30 min of mine. And I was not alone suffer I seen there

Today near 12.15 PM dated 19.07.2021 when I reached to enter in highway through Sahson, Prayagraj . I was travelling with my wife to Soraon exit . That time, unfortunately my FASTAG balance was nil . So that barrier could not be open . then i asked what is the reason that my FASTAG is not working . then they have started using language that if you cannot keep balance in your fasatag, then why are you using the car . I asked that please let me check my balance in FASTAG, i recharge my FAstag Wallet . Even there was a balance, and requested only please check that is there is working . Then suddenly two people wore the uniform of NHAI came out and started abusing me and my wife and told me that get it back your car from here and come after 30 minutes other we will break your car. and they were saying that we are local Goons of this area and telling that get it back otherwise we will beat both of you. Then some people came from that area and stopped them .

Toll excutive behaviour is to bad nd he says fast tag is not valid for this toll...he wants cash to continue the journey..
As per Government guidlines only fast tag is valid for toll...so why the excutive want cash ...
