I have 2 complain.

1. I heard fastag is done all over India, but today I passed over 2 plaza which forced to pay money only.

2. I was asked to Pay ₹150 for single trip for a distance lesser than 40kms

This is regarding toll deductions at Hiwargaon pavasa toll. I am staying in Sangamner, and every time when I pass through the toll plaza, they say your fast tag is not working and they take cash from me. And after exact 2 days again they are deducting the toll amount from fast tag . So they are doing some manual operations or they are doing some type of scam at toll plaza. I have checked with many people regarding this everybody had faced the same problem at this toll plaza.

So kindly take some quick action on this toll plaza, they are doing scam and looting people.

At Mathani toll plaza, cash and fastag lane maintaining at same line. It takes more than 10 minutes to cross toll plaza due to mismanagement of plaza. No body was there to manage lane. Inspite of complaint nobody was entertaining.

Even after complaint at plaza nobody bother to entertain. Even officers were not there to listen complaint.

Stree lights on Mumbai Agra national highway near Rane Nagar Nashik are not working since 15 days.

Twice fund debited,

And

HDFC Bank FastTag deducted: Rs 20.5 for Vehicle No: MA3JMT31SLH332615 at: Dehuroad NH48 Toll Plaza on:[protected]T18:39:32 Wallet: [protected] Bal: Rs 202.5

सर् 11/07/2021 को हरिद्वार से आते हुए 23 मिनट के इंतजार के बाद टोल गेट पर आये तो हमने कहाँ की 23 मिनट बाद किस बात का टोल तो उन्होंने कहाँ की की टोल तो देना है होगा कुछ कहो तो टोल वाले लड़ते है फिर आप ऐसा रूल ही क्यों बनते है कि 10 मिनट बाद टोल फ्री हो जाएगा फास्ट टैग भी लगवाओ और 23 मिनट इंतज़ार भी करो। विकास कपूर [protected]

The Khed Shivapur toll near Pune, Maharashtra has exemption for vehicles with registration MH12 and MH14.
While crossing the toll with my MH12KT7903 vehicle I had to pay toll with Fastag.
1. 15 Jul 7.57 pm -- Rs. 50
2. 15 Jul 6.43 am --Rs. 100
3. 3 Jul 6.47 pm -- Rs. 50
4. 3 Jul 6.18 am -- Rs. 100
5. 18 Jun 7.12pm --Rs. 100

Please let me know how to get refund for this and avoid further deductions on this toll.

There are many unauthorized speedbreaker on 85 KM NH FROM ALIGARH UP TO AGRA IN UP. It takes 2 Hrs FROM ALIGARH TO AGRA 85 KM. there are Two TOLL PLAZA IN 85 KM. BUT TIME TAKES 2 HRS CONDITION OF ROAD IS BAD DUE TO UNAUTHORISED SPEED BREAKERS. PL DO NEED FULL TO REMOVE ABOUT MORE THEN 50 UNAUTHORED & SUBSTANDARD SPEED BREAKERS. IT WAST TIME & FUEL BOTH. THANKS...

My fast tag not working at toll plaza, even tag has been changed many times. it means your scanner installed at toll plaza is not working properly. please look into the matter and resolve ASAP.

I am having car number CH01CB2329 and fast tag number MAT632101LPJH7684 I had crossed toll of Sikandra Dausa Rajasthan at
8:30AM
I have to wait to cross the toll for more than 10 minutes, when I asked at toll collection counter than according to NHAI guidelines no toll have to pay if there is this much waiting time
They argued and misbehaved with me and said that, they don't know about this and no such guideline is there. I felt cheated after this incident that why government made mandatory this fast tag

I want resolution of this issue asap

NH -10 From Nangloi Metro station to Peera garhi flyover has been Broken with many Numbers of Big. Holes which are reason for long long Traffic Jam on daily basis and also Dangerous for Life of Thousands people who used this NH for daily basis .
This is also Connecting Haryana with Delhi for medical and other services but due to these Holes and broken road People faces so many difficulty on daily basis .
The same matter also reported to PWC 2 times but didn't get a good response.

Kindly acknowledge the same and do the needful on urgent basis

I Dr.mohammed abdulraoufe from Kerala working in Chennai this night I was travelling from Chennai to Kerala by car got bad experience or violence against me n my family by toll plaza worker n pro of toll plaza...they tried to attach my car and my family including my 2year old child ... I contacted the higher authority in toll plaza and no action was not taken by them...please take some strict actions against this type of violence. ( incidence happened in valayar toll plaza)

Sir, in Simlya, Kota, Rajasthan toll is very slow whenever I or other car or any vehicles go drom there we face waiting. After your rule of 10 sec waiting on toll I told them that you wait me 1 min and rules says just wait for 10 sec they abuse my family and say go do complaint on us know one do anything and we do this repeat and repeat. They have been done this for long time and we tell them so many time why we wait so much and they be like your move your car backward and forward for 5 to 6 times then scanner work. There staff is so rude with other people. I hope you some action will take on them so there service and staff behaviour will change and good to other people .
I'm waiting for your response and action because I trust on government they help there citizen's

अभी 10 तारिक को मैं अपनी परीक्षा देने इस मार्ग से होते हुए गुजरा चिंता की बात ये है कि यही एक मात्र राष्ट्रीय मार्ग है उत्तराखंड के छेत्र को जोड़ने का और इसकी ऐसी दयनीय हालत है माननीय इस रोड में 1-1 मीटर गहरे खड़े है और अगर किसी का दुपहिया वाहन उस मे चला गया तो उसको काफी गम्भीर चोटें आ सकती है सड़क बनने के नाम पर केवल खड़े भर जाते है महोदय आप इस ओर अपनी निगरानी रखिये धन्यवाद

Toll fee for onward journey on 14.07.21 is deducted twice to my vehicle TN55AK8408.

Mathura to KMP road .. i was having balance in fastag but they said our system is not showing ant they demand for double charge.. when I refused they abused . they were not wearing mask also

I have a fast tag from axis bank since more than 2 years, balance is 1200 and now 2300 after I recharged with another 1000 rupees yesterday.my fast tag is intact no issues
But despite of everything I had to suffer a lot on 14/7/2021 night when I was traveling from aurangabad maharasthra to beed. When I first came to first toll plaza at malewadi pachod toll plaza scanner showed that my fast tag is invalid and not registered despite of showing at toll plaza screen that it's active and have sufficient balance. Then i talked to 1033 with NHAI ( Mr kamal) after long discussion of 15min and waiting period he said u can go ahead and you won't get any issues further.then when I told same thing to toll plaza they asked for payment in cash.when it wasn't my fault but I had to pay the amount. Then i called 1033 again and talked to another expert Mr ranjeet both from Ghaziabad, he registered my complaint with no 4034537. But said no issue from our side u contact AXISBANK, then I called AXISBANK they say your account is active and have sufficient balance hence no issue from our side but she registered my complaint and said will take 2-3workjng days. Then when I came to next toll plaza again I faced same issue, I had to wait for 30in to talk to nhai people but till they could help i ran out of patience after waiting for 30min and had to pay double toll fee in cash of 190 rupees despite of having everything with me. I have to travel tommorow again for 400 km and then again next wk 450km backwards.this is emergency situation what shud i do? How can i pay so much and waste souch time on this all?

My vehicle No. DL8CAL9829 went through the Badarpur toll plaza on 7th July. Due to poor management and miss behaviour of toll workers usually they took too much time as i had to wait about 35 minutes in the queue. I want to draw kind attention if why should i pay for this kindly send me resolution on [protected]@yahoo.com and what will be the step takem for them.

Dated 24.06.2020 as per your letter showing that your department has submitted to tahsildar tarikere. But as of today the tarikere tahsildar and the related department have not taken the action on the same.

In 3A notification and 3D notification, your involvement is there much more to take our land, Once the position letter is taken from our land, you will not concentrate on our issues and you will not bother our issues.
As of today, you have not released our Schedule III compensation, because of your highway line, we need to put fencing for both the sides, water levels are destroyed by your construction team, our request when you are compensating?. Because of your Highway road marking level and straight road purpose, you have divided our land into two parts. because of the two parts, our land is severed, in our request, we clearly asked for all this compensation.
How many times we have to ask, is it not right to ask these compensations, why you and your department are not releasing the above payments. Am I asking more than as per the Act of RFCTLARR 2013. First of all, why these many days schedule 3 is not awarded for NH 206 land losers?

In the past two years due to lockdown and covid 19 have you not paid a salary by the government, is this as per ACT, why Schedule 3 is not provided as per RFCTLARR Act as of today. we are not citizens as per democracy,
Hope you will understand our issues and you will release the following awards on priority;Severed of land compensation because of Highway road is passing in the heart of the land.Fencing compensation not paid (It includes, fencing stone, fencing rope, labour charges, transportation etc)
because of severe land, two sides now we have to put new fencing. (It includes, fencing stone, fencing rope, labour charges, transportation etc)The water level has destroyed by NHAI, because of highway road construction. Hence compensation has to pay. this is our primary point.Employment not provided as of today as per 3rd Schedule.Without providing all the above compensation, you are coming to our area and started doing the construction. this is not fair. i request you to release the said compensation on priority and then start the work.
