We were stuck in 500m jam due to slow movement at till plaza at

Why should not the traffic be allowed to free flow if the management at toll plazas is poor and hundreds of litre of fuel be allowed to be wasted by several hundred of vehicles stuck for more than 30min?

If somebody is looking at this, sharing the details:

Complaint is regarding NH 27.
The road is having huge potholes and no proper maintenance.

We pay taxes and tolls, why this poor condition of a national highway?...

Fast tag was not scanned by toll and we have been charged extra. Also we have waited in queue for almost 7-8 min which is against the rule and in this scenario toll charges should be waived off but we got still charged. Explained the same to manager over call. He accepted the mistake but haven't received the refund yet. I would like to add additional that at toll cashier behavior was very rude and they were not bothered about fasttaga and...

The rain water is filled in the open space around the flyover, it is not going through the drainage system, due to this the rate of disease in the surrounding colony is going to increase, this flyover is situated in Arni taluka pin no 445103 Dist yavatmal state Maharashtra it's is fourlane flyover so requesting to resolve this problem...

I'm travelling up n down to Satara from sangli. On 10.07.21, Tasavade toll plaza I have been charged RS. [protected]@ 5.15 p.m and again rs.[protected]@ 7: 58 pm, for a journey done on same day within 4 hours....

Despite local resident of meerut, sivaya toll has debited my fastag account with rs.95 twice.Nominal charges for local residents is rs.20. Required a refund for the difference amount or resolve the issue with some valid reason for debiting the account of local residents with rs.95*2
It is very poor service render by sivaya toll in the name of fastag.

I would like to highlight following irregularities by contractor on NH53 Raipur Bhilai work :
1. The progress of work is dead slow compare to NHAI standard. Mainly flyover work at Tatibandh, kumbhar, Charoda Bhilai 3 is going from last 1.5 years.
2. The diversion road are poorly maintained by the contractor and so safety measures at site. The site is full of dust and mud with very low visibility .
3. The traffic management...

I have been travelling since 2 days back, due to insufficient balance I struct up kumarapayam toll gate. One staff told me that there is balance in fast tag so I need be paid, I request that I will recarge immediately but is not allowing and not informed about double charge. He is over reacted me and I said do behave like this. He repeated argument and he told he will do like this. Manager also support their staff. Staff name is. Mr.Dinesh....

The attendant at toll tax agra toll plaza (km150+325) first the charged the toll through fast tag and said it is not working. And collected toll again in the form of cash.
They collected toll 2 times one in cash and one through fasttag for a single time

I like to point some areas where road conditions are very poor and not maintaining properly... Like Durgaur area like muchipara, Panagarh area are road conditions very poor and land marking missing everywhere. Service road are not maintaining and use as parking place. No glowsine board presents to found place name. I think NHAI not doing their job properly only waste public money... NHAI ambulance also not seeing anywhere......

This is to inform you tht asansol to kolkata road conditions very poor not repair properly. Specially panagarh area durgapur area road conditions very poor also service lane use as a parking place. And land marking not seeing anywhere... Pls look into the matter.....

I just want to know about toll tax. If i am traveling within my city and vehicle registered in same city so should toll tax applies to me or not....

I want to complain about NH 339 highway, jhansi to khajuraho highway,
I want to say that that highway is not complete, the work is under process and highway authority start tollplaza to recover, please note that the government rules are not follewd by highway authority....

Next day I was pass again 4 july at 8 to 9 pm.

Total two times pass bharudi.
Then It's deduct 3 times 5 july 23:00 time.
I was pass two times and why deduct three time.

Working staff on Nashik ghoti NH3 toll naka are very inappropriate and disrespectful. Their behavior were like thugs. I request you to kindly do the needful.
