Sir, I am Balkar singh s/o Dalip singh owner of land situated at dhariwal byepass, village Lehal, p/o: dhariwal (143519), district gurdaspur, punjab.detailof my land : rectangular no :7, killa no 19, 20, 21, 22 fall in revenue estate village Lehal, had bast no:386my land is bifurcated into two halfs after constructing, widdening NH15, BYEPASS DHARIWALin the year2010, at the time of construction, widening NH-15 .I had installed water pipes (pulies)under the road for the irrigation of the other half of my land .but now few days back, you have reconstruct and repair the road, officials and workers while repairing the road they had damaged the water pipes which were installed under the road, resultantly I am suffering huge loss and I become unable to irrigate my land, moreover my standing crops got destroyed.Therefore I prayed that for taking action against that and may repair the damaged water pipes (pullies) under the road and my grant compensation in the tune of Rs:90000 in the interest of justice.

My vehicle no is RJ14CU1163. I crossed tatiyavas TOLL PLAZA today in evening. I have balance is my fastag account but the toll rejected it. I requested to the staff about my balance but they repeatedly denied it. In between the misbehaved me also. Then I had to pay double amount.

My payment has been deducted my paytm fastag but my car was not move my home.

Today I was travelling through the said Plaza and collected Rs. 100 as toll fee even though I was having the balance in my Fast-Tag account. Statement attached. The fee receipt including the fine is attached herewith. Request refund the amount collected as I am having the fund for crossing the toll plaza. Further requested action against the staff present in the toll plaza, Kureepuzha Toll plaza, Kollam Dist, Kerala State on 25 Jun 2021
Early action and refund of the amount will be highly appreciated.

Daily I'm crossing surapattu (chennai bypass II) Toll plaza. So many times I observed the rude behaviour of staffs .Their behaviour are very worst using unparliamentary words Never seen a single percentage of respect. Please take necessary action against the concern supervisor so that it won't happen again. In other NHAI tolls no issue.

This is to inform you that huge Flexies, Banners/hoardings, cutouts of political parties has been fixed in REDZONE areas on National Highway 16 crossing through Chilakaluripet Town and this is causing inconvenience to commuters using Highway. They have blocked NH service roads, NH sign boards, NH dividers and so on.

Several accidents are taking place in the same area where these Flexies/banners/ cutouts have been fixed.

Near Vijaya Bank center (REDZONE area) Highway road has been dug out big size pits and damaged NH Road to fix/plant the banners and this is causing severe inconvenience to public who are using Highway and service road.

Please take immediate action on this issue as many people's life is on DANGER.

Illegal encouragement of villagers land in delhi saharanpur 4 lane highway project phase 2 near saharanpur at jandhera Samaspur village at channel number 120+600 illegal road construction through village farm land and no one take action on this please take some action we have strong believe in NHAI authority chaired by honourable Sri Gadkari sir and we believe this issue is solved as soon as possible because we are facing difficult of our living due to the only farm land we have and the construction company change the course of road and increase the length of road by our side illegal...hope we will get justice..

Yesterday on 24.06.2021 i was visited from agra to noida and pay tax for returning journey also of rs. 665. On returning from noida to agra rs. 155 deducted from my fast tag no. [protected] at mathura toll booth. Because there is no fast tag sign board on 1st lane.

On telephone conversation with yamuna expressway customer care no. [protected], they said " hum kuch nahi kar sakte paise wapas nahi milenge" why they said this.

When i pay tax for whole journey then why they are not refund me the excess deduct tax.

If there is a provision to collect tax then there should be a provision for refund of wrong tax collection.

Please help me in this matter i want my amount of rs.155 back.

and mostly tollplaza cabin staff behaviour very worst...and computer systems hanging sometimes.

Sir my Vehcle No TS18F0544 Coming to Hyderabad on 24/06/2021 . At plaza BHIKHNOOR, TELANGANA Toll plaza Staff says due to low balance in fastag and charged 80+80 =160 and Iam paid this amount at the time of 24/06/2021 08:23:28.
and Iam received the Massage after 5 minutes Fastag amount Rupees 80 already Debited at the time of 24/06/2021 08:20:27 in my Fastag Account No.20386430 . So please return to me my extra paid toll plaza amount.

Half of the stalls are closed and we have to wait for more than 20 mins and they still charge us and toll operator threatened us to not let us go and we wanted to call the manager but he said manager can't come down. Pathetic service and staff acts like local goons.

My fast-tag was shown blacklisted and I was demanded double charge with misbehave by lady staff, though enough balance was in my account when I saw.them.message deduction then they allowed me.to.go.but when I complain misbehavior to.staff she.again insulted and.misbehaved with abusive language.
Kindly lodge my.complain and take serious action again staff.

In Salem, sankari tollgate suddenly 2 lanes in the toll gates were closed and asked vehicles to move to other lane created a traffic that took about 10 mins. Toll operators were also harsh towards customers when asked regarding this and not answering responsibly. 3minutes tax exemption rules also not followed there. Kindly look into the issue. Please take the appropriate steps.

Am using this Highway to go to my office on a daily basis from 2018.

Still now the road which is connected to these highways is not proper.

Most of the accidents occur due to the worst condition of the road.

you are collecting surplus charges for Up and down journeys.

Why can't they take care of the Road.

I hope you people will take the necessary action.

Kindly send your team to inspect the road on immediate basis which is connecting to this bypass.

As i m having 7 trucks of (14 wheels ) and i m using fastag of IDFC bank with blackbug company as a service provider.
since i and my drivers are facing problem regarding non reading our fastag card with their scanner during passing through toll booths specially toll booths situated on highway from chandrapur to nagpur i.e (warora ) toll booths even we are having sufficient fund with our walet another toll booth is at ambora these all booths are situated in maharashtra
and behaviour of such toll supervisor was not good during such problems and after so many request they use hand scanner and it was done
kindly please audit aur change scanners so it will easy for peoples to belive in technology and work of our government

RF TAG scan is not proper at tolls.. And it is taking more time to validate tag than non-fast tag queue line.. please improve the quality to make use purpose of fasttag.. otherwise there is no use of fasttag...

The stretch of Road from Panagarh to Dunkuni of NH2 is in very bad condition. The said stretch has huge pot holes and ruts. Nowadays it is become very vulnerable for vehicles. Please look after this matter not only for safe drive but also for save life.
