On the way from Mancherial to Karimnagar Basanthnagar tollplaza has collected money for multiple journey by cash since the sensor was not worked, but on the return journey again they deducted extra money through fastag.

as per toll army 1901 act and decision of supreme court of India in 2007 on the subject all serving officer Soldiers of India army are exempted from paying toll tax on all national/state highways.

Whereas Baretha toll management has allegedly taken toll from me evenafter showing my service I'd Card.

May I request you to impose penulty and raise enquiry on the management on harassment and alleged violation of toll army act 1901 and supreme court decision 2007.

Highway road from Pune to Kolhapur is not as per standard quality of road as made at other cities. Also no amenities are there alongside of roads but are nicely provided at highway road from Kolhapur to Bangalore in Karnataka. Toll tax rates are also different at different States. It should be in unique pattern as these are monitored by NHAI.

Since last 10 years it has been-seen that several bridge works in progress and every bridge work has not completed in 3-4 years. Recently constructed bridges and roads have deep pits at several places which is very dangerous for car drives. In every rainy season it happens and patch work in inferior quality always done which also causes inconvenience for drive. No system inforce for frequent checkup and immediate repair of road. There are many more up and down and unnecessary turns which does not meet the criteria of National Highway.
Only collection of Toll Tax is ensured.

On NH48, between Udwada and bagwada Toll naka, there is atleast hundreds of cows roaming on the road which will increase the risk of accident.
Please do needful.

Journey from Delhi towards Bareilly

Toll booth operator in extreme left lane demanded cash. Even on showing govt issued exempt certificate (on duty), he demanded cash. And operator behaved badly and indicated his fellow man standing outside to threaten our car driver.

On National Highway - 160; an illegal construction of a petrol pump is going on at village Dudhebavi (gat number 1200), Taluka-Phaltan, District-Satara.
The above petrol pump dealership has owned by Mr Yogesh Dnyaneshwar Dalvi, Dalvi Mala, Dudhebavi, Tal-Phaltan, Dist-Satara.

The above-said construction is within 300 meters from the intersection of MDR(Main District Road) 87 at Dudhebavi Village on NH-160. Though it...

They told Fastag blacklisted so they charged double the price but my Fastag got price deducted

My vehicle number is UP15AH5777. In my fastag the balance was 90rs. And at toll plaza of Zoya (UP) the toll tax is Rs80. But they have shown fastag blacklist. Nd they charged 80rs forcefully. This is very disappointing for every one. And i am going to make complain in court. My contact number is [protected].

Without passing the toll, the amount has been debited twice on 13th of April and once on 28th March.

I write to you for the below complaint numbers. I called up the front desk and they said it's pending with the backend team -

The issue is - I have been charged the toll fee twice erroneously twice on 13th April and once on 28th March. On 19th April, I was informed money will be credited back within 15 working days. It's been 2 months since then and nothing.

Every time I raise a complaint, they mention 15 days as the SLA excluding Sundays, PH, 2nd & 4th Saturdays. It's been 56 working days and all that's been done is your executives have raised a new ticket & closed the existing ones.

Can you please expedite this? Do you need any more details from me?

As all Highways are Fastag tolls, but still on HKR Roadways one only Cash collects
I have fastag but still they collected cash from me. Receipt no [protected], Duddeda Toll plaza.

Today I received message vide which Rs 70 has been wrongly deducted from my paytm as my vehicle Regn No RJ44CH0053 is in Delhi and did not cross manesar toll.
Please look into this irregularities.and inform of action taken.

At vikravandi toll plaza, (txn I'd[protected] : time : 19:49) scanner was not working in 2 counters and we were invariably made to take reverse and sent to another counter twice and in 3rd counter wen we contested against this, the person at the counter harrassed us with bad words. As per guidelines if scanner is not working it is infrastructure failure and we should be allowed to pass without toll fee. But in this case we were made to wait for so long and diverted causing time loss and mental agony. Cctv access can prove our diversion from one counter to other.

Sir, I am Balkar singh s/o Dalip singh owner of land situated at dhariwal byepass, village Lehal, p/o: dhariwal (143519), district gurdaspur, punjab.detailof my land : rectangular no :7, killa no 19, 20, 21, 22 fall in revenue estate village Lehal, had bast no:386my land is bifurcated into two halfs after constructing, widdening NH15, BYEPASS DHARIWALin the year2010, at the time of construction, widening NH-15 .I had installed water pipes (pulies)under the road for the irrigation of the other half of my land .but now few days back, you have reconstruct and repair the road, officials and workers while repairing the road they had damaged the water pipes which were installed under the road, resultantly I am suffering huge loss and I become unable to irrigate my land, moreover my standing crops got destroyed.Therefore I prayed that for taking action against that and may repair the damaged water pipes (pullies) under the road and my grant compensation in the tune of Rs:90000 in the interest of justice.

My vehicle no is RJ14CU1163. I crossed tatiyavas TOLL PLAZA today in evening. I have balance is my fastag account but the toll rejected it. I requested to the staff about my balance but they repeatedly denied it. In between the misbehaved me also. Then I had to pay double amount.

My payment has been deducted my paytm fastag but my car was not move my home.

Sir,

Today I was travelling through the said Plaza and collected Rs. 100 as toll fee even though I was having the balance in my Fast-Tag account. Statement attached. The fee receipt including the fine is attached herewith. Request refund the amount collected as I am having the fund for crossing the toll plaza. Further requested action against the staff present in the toll plaza, Kureepuzha Toll plaza, Kollam Dist, Kerala State on 25 Jun 2021
Early action and refund of the amount will be highly appreciated.
