I waited at toll plaza for nearly 2-3 minutes, but still I was forced to pay the toll fee. As per new 10 seconds policy, customer must be let free without have to pay the toll fee if the wait time exceeds 10 seconds, i have mentioned the same to the toll authorities but I got rude replies like "get educated first" "do what ever you want, no one can pluck our hair" I told them I will complaint regarding this then I got "do what ever you want"...

Hi, yesterday(20.06.2021) evening I'm crossing the Kozhinjiipatti Plaza, that time I'm waiting in the toll line in too much time, then I'm asking him what happened, but he did not answer clearly and also he using a bad words, and I'm not arguing, because I'm a call taxi driver, customer also watching. I was travelling from Nizamabad to Hyderabad on 20th of June 2021.
I crossed toopran toll plaza near Hyderabad at around 9.54 to 9.58 PM in black colour Verna no TS07FZ0422.
There was traffic jam at toll plaza.
So I just asked about toll wave off rule on delay, On of goons over there just started threatening me and told me to take my vehicle back and complaint wherever i want to.

One of staff at Solapur Mohol toll plaza, was drunken, claimed his name as, Rafiq Attar, was also misbehaved with me, also tried to threaten me. The date is 20/6/21 at 10.00 pm...

I am stuck here since last 80 minutes due to ill management at Dafi toll plaza at Varanasi. If a non commercial vehicle having Fast Tag needs couple of hours to pass through a toll road, then whats the benefit to choose the toll road. I think this need to be investigated seriously....

Why do we have to pay 40 rs for a highway which is now no different than normal roads. Whom shall we raise our complaints to. Dear Sir,
I was travelling on NH3 on 19/06/2021 was charged extra Toll charges at the pimpalgaon baswant toll plaza i.e Rs.150/instead of Rs 40 as my vehicle is registered in same district .& Return deducted 75/- / instead of 20 /- .So every Nashik Vechical Excess Collection Rs.165/- .

Today (19.06.2021) I came from Balasore to Bhubaneswar by my car no. JH-09M-3857.
There were many diversion due on going construction of bridges. And the diverted roads are either 2 lane or in bad condition.

So, full toll tax paid in 4 toll plaza 50+60+85+125=Rs. 320 is not justified....

Khed Shivapur toll plaza is free for Pune vehicles however they often charge because we are using fast tag and according to them they can't exempt it.

I travelled many times from that toll and none of the time they followed the rule. They are completely looting people and no media or politician is speaking about it. Shame on them.
I see many people complaining about the same and not sure my complaint is going to make...

I have a fastag.. unfortunately i didn't check my balance.. when i entered toll gate.. there is an insufficient balance in my account.. i have done the recharge immediately.. it reflected in my fastag account.. but toll gate person is unable to scan. For that issue . They have made me to pay double amount for passing or to wait for 1 or 2 hours to wait. If NHAI can't use the right technology or the way o[censored]se . Dont implement cheap tricks...
