(सर्विस लेन) पर पूर्व की भाँति जोड़े जाने के
सम्बंध में।
महोदय जी,
उक्त विषय के संबंध में अवगत कराना है कि शांति नगर वार्ड संख्या - 27( निकट दया फार्म हाउस) एक मुख्य आबादी क्षेत्र मार्ग है, जिससे बहुत सी गलियां जुड़ती हैं, जोकि पूर्व में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग - 24 पर जुड़ा हुआ था, परन्तु नया राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग (दिल्ली - मेरठ - एक्सप्रेस-वे) बन जाने के कारणवश उक्त मार्ग को राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर जुड़ने का निर्माण कार्य अभी शेष है, जिसमें सिर्फ राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के सर्विस लेन से ढलान के निर्माण का कार्य होना हैं, उक्त मार्ग पर दुर्घटनाएं आए दिन होती रहती है जिसकी खबर कई बार अमर उजाला में भी आए दिन (अखबार की कटिंग की प्रति संलग्न) प्रकाशित होती रहती हैं। कृपया उक्त मुख्य मार्ग को डारेक्ट अन्य मार्गों की भाँति दिल्ली - मेरठ - एक्स्प्रेसवे -(राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग- 09) के सर्विस रोड पर निकालने/जोड़ने की कृपा करें। आपकी अति कृपा होगी ।

I travelled through state high way from Kota (Rajasthan) to Itawa (Rajasthan). There was a toll plaza near Barod village. I asked them to collect toll by Fastag but they refused. It’s complete violation of government rules. Since government made it mandatory to have Fastag service on every toll plaza.

एनएच 154 ए जो की हिमाचल प्रदेश के चंबा ज़िला में 23 किलोमीटर रोड के निर्माण का कर कर रही कंपनी है, जो चंबा से बग्गा सड़क कि चौड़ाई का कार्य कर रही है, जिसका कार्य एनएच विभाग ज़िला चंबा Hppwd देख रही है
मान्यवर कंपनी ने मुझे कार्य दिया था कॉन्ट्रैक्टर के तौर पर मैंने कार्य किया अब जब पेमेंट देने की बारी आई है तो कंपनी के प्रतिनिधि पेमेंट देने के लिए आजकल आजकल कर रहे है ऐसा करते करते बहुत समय हो चुका है,
यह सभी कॉन्ट्रैक्टर के साथ ऐसा ही करते आए है तभी कोई भी इनके साथ कार्य नहीं करता मान्यवर महोदय कृपा कर कंपनी के खिलाफ उचित से उचित कार्यवाही अमल में लाए ताकि भविष्य में फिर ऐसा कंपनी किसी कॉन्ट्रैक्टर के साथ ना करे

Sub: Complaint regarding NH6 Nagpur – Bhandara road damge, inefficient working of fastag sensors and total mismanagement at Mathni toll plaza

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I am working with a company situated at Village Kharbi Taluka Dist. Bhandara and my residence is at Nagpur. I have to do daily to & fro Nagpur – Bhandara. Nagpur to Bhandara road is very much damaged and bumpy at so many places. Also there is routine problem of non performance of Fastag sensing sensors. Daily we are suffering from huge traffic jam due to mismanagement of Mathni toll authority. Almost time they keep 2 gates closed. Reason unknown. You are requested to kindly look in to matter and arrange to resolve complaint. Also request you to kindly waiver toll for persons who do daily to & fro Nagpur - Bhandara

SN Complaint - Effects on Road users
1 Nagpur to Bhandara road is very much damaged and bumpy - Observing routine accidents due to damaged bumpy road. Delay in travelling . It is a very serious concern as create thereat to human life
2 Problem of non performance of Fastag sensing sensors -
It is our routine that we have to pass time at Mathni toll due to nonperformance of fastag sensors. Most of the times there is huge trafic jam which creates pollution, loss of fuel, Delay in joining duties.
3 Total mismanagement at Mathni toll plaza - Mathni Toll authorities should immediately repair road, keep all gates open and take immediate action under the situation of non performance of Fastag sensors

Respect sir i am owing a vehicle bearing no ap39gm2150 which has been registered with rta machilipatanm of krishna district with an hypothication to sbi.

We are the residence of nandigama having all relevant proofs of our local status .

The keesra toll plaza which is on nh 65 where our residence in near by below 8km .

The toll plaza official strongly denying and not even given application for local discount to my vehicle and stating that my vehicle was not registered with local rta .

As per discount rules of nhai and agreement with nhai and toll plaza we are eligible for local discount.
Hence we request to you guide the keesra toll plaza officels about my local discount of my vehicle .

Yesterday on 13/6/21 ban toll plaza . Evening time huge rush of vehicles and about 5-6 minutes of waiting in line i have a video proof in which timing mentioned according to government rules after 1 min in line no toll deduction but they tolled everyone and when i asked that i am in line about 5 minutes they said i didnot know about this they called police and harrass . And they asked i you want money back then go to hell and use so many bad language so please I request you to take action about this. And refund my money

While proceeding from Lucknow to Gorakhpur on official duty despite showing I card and explaining that I was going on officail duty was charged toll tax on Gorakhpur highway. The staff their insisted on showing proof of official duty which I fell is beyond their mandate and humilating that I have to produce official duty detailment document which is classfied document to a toll tax employees.

Recently we crossed a toll tax plaza koyla Delhi highway near bilaspur (N.H 9) . After the procedure as we were crossing the stopper of the toll plaza suddenly the stopper(boom) fell on our car causing a huge dent on it.

This is highly negligent on the part of the authorities to not maintain the system up to date.

Dear sir/ Madam.
My complaint is about NH 532 Salem to cuddalore road.
There was an huge damage in NH 532 between veppur to periyanesulur. This road is damaged and not yet repaired for last 10 months.
The damage was very big and multiple accidents happened due to this damage among one was very serious 4 dead in one major accident at that spot.
Sir please I request you to take an immediate and severe action against this and please do it before loosing many lives. Sir please, please.. Damage was in worst condition. I hereby attache the video and photo please review it..

Sir, I have a fast tag on my car reg. no. DL10 CJ 2586. But from the very first day its not working. It shows blacklisted. I have more the RS 800 in my NHAI wallet. I have complaint several times on call center but no solution provided due to this I have to pay double the toll tax at every toll collection both. I am not able to get new fast tag because the old one is already attached to my car no. Please look in this matter and issue me the new fast tag or guide me where i can solution of my problem.

Kindly refer to the above details. I was traveling from Thanjavur to Trichy on the above date. The vehicle that I was traveling was made to wait unnecessarily for over 10 minutes in one of the gates (think gate no 5). The incident continued for a few more vehicles as well. When inquired, the male attendant did not respond well. Kindly look into this and try to avoid undue delay happening at the toll.

I am one of the state Govt. Employee. I am travelling from Narketpally to Suryapet on the way one toll plaza is there. I show my ID card but the staff not allow and charge me. I am officer rank level working as a Anayltical officer in intelligence department, Telangana State. Please rectify and issue orders to tall toll plaza

The staff's behavior of toll plaza situated at Hathinala, Sonbhadra district was very rude and they hold up vehicles for long time without doing anything as 3 staffs were only chatting. After asking about delay they behave rudely and said that they don't have any orders regarding non-payment of toll because of delay of more than 10 seconds and threatened to seize vehicle in case of non-payment.

I had to wait for more that 3 minutes at the Gangrar Toll booth and when I asked the toll manager to wave off the charges as per the rules he didn't agree and I still had to pay the charges. I should be reimbursed for this

A lot of trees has been cut for the asian highway project in siliguri medical stretch, this has done a lot of ecological damage to the vicinity of the highway but not a single tree has been planted alongside the highway to restore the ecological imbalance.

As mentioned in subject my Maruti Suzuki Swift car travelled from chalisgaon to aurangabad.And at hatnoor toll plaza at lane no L3 toll charged 2 times (Rs.90 each, total 180 Rs. in place of only 90 Rs.).So I want to refund my money Rs 90 back .
The person who is at toll plaza is taking cash also and again the money is deducting from fast tag also.

No 100 metre line at this toll plaza. Also there is no 10 second rule for each car. It takes minutes for one car.
