3/4 times the same issue has happend
Please check last month and current month transaction on the bandra worli toll booth it seems that within 24 hrs return discount not applied here or some issue

    I have been working at Mahindra city for the past 2 years and staying at a rental house in Chengelpet and my residence is in Chennai (TN18), I have been using monthly pass for two years.

    Suddenly today they stopped my monthly pass and argue that only TN19 registered vehicles are allowed for monthly pass.

    My travel in NHAI is just 6km and I need to pay an amount closer to a liter petrol cost which is unfair.

    Whom so ever concerned, kindly support us and whoever are suffering with such ossue as on 05th Apr 2021

      We are common people...We are poor people, We went for Narmada Parikrama at 5th april 2021 at about16:02 PM, at Mohtara Toll Plaza, the toll plaza cash collecter took double payment for single journey for a tata sumo car for paying money through cash.We then and then called to 1033 tell him to show the written rule where it is written that if any passenger for a single journey paying money in cash not using FAST TAG like app then what is the reason for taking double payment?

          I was taking my wife A.Sangeetha who has been nominated as Presiding Officer in Sangagiri assembly constituency in our car TN30BC 4144 today 5.4.21. At Vaiguntham/Sangagiri toll plaza though we shown her election appointment order, staff told they didn't receive any instruction about toll exemption for election duty staff today. The same toll plaza have provided toll exemption for the election training classes on 28.3.21 and 3.4.21. I argued with them citing it but they didn't accept and toll amount Rs60/- was deducted at 10.40 am. Kindly take necessary action.

            We are going to our native place with family along with 6 month baby by a car having Registration No.MH43BU6121. We reached Patas Toll Plaza around 12. p.m. on[protected]. while paying toll we have shown them our ID’s, but they informed that it will not allowed. Then we asked them to scan the fashtag and remit the requisite amount for passing the toll. After scanning, they informed that the fashtag account was not having enough balance, they asked us to recharge or pay double toll (they insisted to pay double toll). but we have chosen the recharge the fashtag option. therefore we have taken the vehicle back and recharge the fashtag. Once recharge is done, when we asked for scan they informed that it will take 20 min to validate. Therefore again we take the vehicle back side and wait for further 20 min.

            After completion of 25 min, we move forward the vehicle in the same lane for scanning, and at that they informed us that your fashtag not recharge, We informed them we have done the recharge; even we have shown them the statement of the fashtag. Then they told us that your fashtag was become invalid due to some invalid chassis no. updated against your regn no. and today the issue cannot be resolved. It will take two days time. This should be not happened in the regular ways. We seek acknowledgement for invalidity of fashtag. They denied to provide the same. Again they insisted us to pay double toll. We again and again asking them for alternative options, but the behavior and intention are looking vicious. We asked for nearby fashtag counter, they told it is 1 km from the toll plaza and nearby. But you have to pay toll first thereafter you can go. Then at that time we and toll plaza people have some arguments. They not allowing us to get any option. We are travelling with small baby and the baby keep crying throughout this scenario. The man with heavy body and voice directly come to our window and keep shouting on us loudly. Being women we got scared. Many toll plaza people gathered and keep arguing with us. One of the guy came and asked whose vehicle is this. We told them it is none of your business. The look like we stole vehicle, which is wrong.The lady who is seating at the counter was viciously smiling by looking at us. There was no humanity. Even we asked whether we can go and just check about the fashtag invalidity. We asked their name, but they are not telling. Asked for Toll Supervisor/ manager, but he didn’t come. They didn’t allow us. They indulge that if we stand there, they will imposed penalty on us. Many times without scanning, they kept fighting with us. They was least supportive. Even we told if you could informed us at first time about invalidity we will not waste time for all above things. Don’t know for some reason they was not in the favours that we will go in simple way. Their intention was clearly shows that they want to harass us. With no other option, we concluded to pay double toll. This is actual harassment. Photo of man and receipt is attached herewith.

            Thereafter we cross check about fashtag recharge and its validity, it was up to date. While returning back on 30 march, 2021 our fashtag was smoothly working without any hassle. The SMS received was attached herewith. Therefore it is clear that the Patas Toll people want to harass us. Their should be strict action against these people. If there is no resolution, will take legal recourse against them.

My genuine concern is that if our fashtag was invalid, then how can the amount is remitted after two days at different toll plaza, even we have not done anything to validate the fashtag. Whether it is really invalid or they have given the excuses to harass us. The fashtag was not scanned properly but the cost of that borne by us. Whose fault is this.
            Even we are ready to pay toll at usual rate. We have done all the possible ways.             I am MD Jaweed Alam, from Odisha. Today my lcv (407) 6wheelers goes to cuttack from bhadrak. Panikoili toll plaza had charged 340 rps from my fastag. Pls kindly Sir survey the complain and oblidge.

                On dated 05.04.2021 I availed journey by LMV car UK08AS1144 on NH-334 Toll through Bahadarabaad toll plaza. Being a resident within 15 KM, this toll is free to me as per guidelines issued by that Toll.
                I showed my adhaar card to concern person though she deducted Rs 85 from my AXIS fastag wallet.
                Statement of WALLED ID [protected], copy of RC & Adhaar card are attached for your kind consideration.
                Hence you are humbly requested please credit my wallet by Rs. 85.00 soon.

                  My parents were traveling today from Puri to bhubaneswar on their car OR 02 BS 7897. On pipli toll plaza at 7 pm 4th April 2021, the collector does some tricks and says the fast tag doesn't have balance and charge them double money. My father who is a senior citizens, does know the technicalities of this and paid the money and informed me. When I check my wallet ID, it is active and it has 300 rupees and toll prize was only 115.

                  I even call the toll plaza. Now they are giving the excuse of some issue with rf ID. I make them aware of the NHAI guidelines but all in vain The toll plaza is targeting senior citizens and charging double money

                  My fast tag Customer Id is[protected] and Wallet Id is [protected]. Fast tag is with HDFC Bank Limited

                    I did not use my vehicle on 22 feb and 03 mar 2021 but rs. 145 and 155 has been deducted respectively by airtel payment app .Complaints file with airtel apyment bank on 26 feb reference no 8806361 and 8983997 but no refund has been made till date

                      My name is Madhusudan Agrawal and I am from Chohtan, Distt: Barmer, Rajasthan.
                      I would like to draw your attention towards the condition of a Toll Plaza Name: Sinhaniya @114275 on NH 925.
                      This Toll Plaza covers the section from KM 80 to KM 136.520. This Plaza do not have Fastag option for vehicles. Still we have to stop to pay our toll. One side Central Govt has made Compulsory the vehicles for Fastag and other side this toll plaza itself do not have Fastag services. They are denying that we do not have that option.
                      So kindly check it out and do the needful.

                        Today I went to ghy from mangaldai crossing the Madanpur tool plaza. when i entered they collected ₹ 105/ from my fast tag account. when i come back from ghy again they collected ₹=60/. Why they deduted two times. I paid ₹165. let me know what is the actual tax should paid by me at tool plaza. my vehicle no. is AS 01EF2223

                          We are having main road and and earlier it is connected with the colony. Now, the national highway is in progress or under construction and by doing this it is disconnecting the colony from the from Main Road. Alternatively provided Road is very narrow and having traffic moment issues. This highway is connecting Udaipur Pindwara highway to Ahmedabad bypass.

                          location is Zinc Complex, Darbari village Udaipur district, Rajasthan state.
                          We still waiting for response, as entrance of our colony is block, before work start there is 30 feet wide road . So kindly take action .

                              Visited athur toll plaza near tindivanam. Only 2/4 lanes working. When asked, we are greeted with highly rude and uncouth staff. Takes 1 hour to cross this toll.

                                I was charged toll charges + penalty (RS.120) in Paranur toll gate, Near Chennai citing blacklist fastag even though amount was debited properly from my Equitas bank fastag. I would like to get this amount refunded back.

                                  Today i received a SMS from SBI that an amount of Rs.70/- has been deducted at AROLI TOLL as per the details written below. I am copy pasting the message which i received.

                                  SBI FASTag Acc ending with 93B80 VRN: RJ20CD7706 debited Rs.70 Toll Charges at Aroli on 04-Apr-2021 08:35:13 AM Bal Rs.25.25

                                  This is an illegal deduction as I live in Kota ( Rajasthan). Me and my family are at home with my Car Hyundai Xcent No. RJ 20 CD 7706 PARKED IN MY BUILDING AT GROUND FLOOR.
                                  How can this amount be deducted from my fast tag balance as I had not moved out of my city KOTA since february 2021.
                                  Please help me.

                                    Since the Government of India and NHAI has made it mandatory to have Fast tag in the vehicles but at Jewar toll plaza, Yamuna Expressway is still collecting manually with cash and after asking about the fast tag provisions they said there is no such facility there. Also i want to know untill what date the toll charges would be charged at Jewar toll plaza.
