Hi, I'm staying within 15kms from toll gate and they are not issuing monthly pass for my vehicle. Rude behaviour from the toll collector as well. The charges is different everytime. How can we get the charges details online?...

I have purchase fastage from Canara bank, my car number (MH12KE5018) i have try to recharge my fastage throug phone pay but rechage process not complected.

There is always a problem at pudurpandiyapuram toll Plaza, on NH 45B Tuticorin . Yesterday it took almost 25 minutes to cross it, at 11:49am, whereas NHAI says that more than 3 minutes waiting time will let vehicles to pass free, but the staff didn't bother at all and using bad words. I am travelling from Gujarat to Mumbai with an active Fastag with 1249.28 balance registered on my car GJ05CS0787. Toll was showing insufficient balance, so they charged double with a wrong car number printed on receipt. Please check the attached photo.

My car having chasis no. MAT626350LKN50034 (NO. WAS APPLIED) HAVING FAST TAG customer ID 10414885. Baroda fast tag[protected] charged rs 105 on each day16/01/2021 and 18/01/2021, i. e. Rs 210, , while on these days due to kusan andolan these tolls were free, then why they charged.

Sir,

Last 3 months I have been continuously calling and sending mail to the PNB Fstag team to send my replacement FASTAG card and paid Rs 100 for replacement. I called more than 90 times and sent mail to [protected]@pnb.co.in and called 80 times to [protected].

But they are not considering and resolving my request, even they are not replying.

I really frustrated and disappointed by PNB Fastag worst...

On 03.02.2021 while going to Kolkata from Durgapur (W.B) I crossed Palsit Toll on NH#2 on my car bearing Regn No WB40U 4765 at 0856 am.The amount charged was Rs 85. But I returned on the same day i.e. on 03.02.2021, and I crossed the Palsit Toll on my return journey at 04:12pm and the amount deducted through my fastag was Rs 85 again instead of Rs 45.
