Today on 21 Feb while returning from haridwar I was asked at lachiwalla toll that fastag is not working thus payment was collected in cash.after few minutes an amount was deducted through paytm wallet fastag.

Dear sir/madam

Every day we are faceing unlimitrd suffering at dankuni and nibedita seeti toll plaza.kolkata. Every days we are paying huge toll but we are not geting value of our time. There is a vip lane . Police and athorized staff alwyas useing it at their convenient or what other couse i dont know. But i just i want to know what about us? We are paying what for ? What is the value of our time and many. I kown it will be send to trushbin and no solution will be given by anybody. Our administration is shameless. They work only for vote. Before vote they make such false commitments for common people. And after geting vote throgh them away amd make themselves vip.
I know i am not going to get any solution. Still i have right to raise voice against this rediculoius system. Againg shame on our administration

I am recidient pune, and my vehicle ( MH12SU9818) is exempted for toll at khed shivapur toll plaza, but everytime they deduct toll from fastag account. Toll offers saying that toll automatically deduct from fastag and fastag says toll deduction initiate from toll plaza only. So where we can get justice???

I just paid 105 rupees as toll to cross a distance of 35 kilometers..thats is 5 rupees per kilometer on toll alone. Im not even sure if this is legal but i would like to know abt it.

Route travelled : vyasarpadi to tambaran

Tolls paid : surapattu and porur

Amount : 60 and 45

105 rupees total

There is an exemption at toll plazas for central govt employees.my husband is working at Army services corps accounts office..there is no value for Army employee ID card.
Toll was collected at DHTL toll.
why the Army employee ID cards is not accepted in all tolls..why only few tolls are accepting. This means all tolls doesn't come under NHAi.
The facilities provided by government for Army service corps employees is not respected.
Kindly take action or provide the solution. Dont misguide the people.

My car regn. No. MH12LP2182 .I Travelled from Pune to Karad through NH4 on 12th February 21 and Karad to Pune on 16th February 21.On khed shivapur toll plaza, all cars having regn.no.MH12 And MH14 are exempted from paying tolls., But still my Fastag account has been debited Rs 95 and Rs 95 both ways. The detailed transactions copy is attached herewith for ready reference.
You are requested to refund my Rs 190/total IMMEDIATELY Please. Thanks.

We are having new vehicle whose RC has yet not received. Without RC the fast tag was not issued by the showroom. When we were crossing chhajarasi toll at hapur they charged us double toll despite telling that we haven't received the RC yet.Also they behaved rudely .

Kindly help us to get the amount refunded.

Today, 21.02.2021 I am traveling with my family via Pune Banglore highway. My Fastag account having balance up to Rs.900 but some of toll plaza having problems.

Main problem is, one of the toll plaza at "Anewadi NH-48", my Fast tag scan done, amount deducted from Fastag amount but operator taken 2 times amount as he said fastag not working.

I have toll plaza receipt and fastag statement of same time..

Please look into the matter, I required my additional amout return.

My Problem:
My fast tag has been kept on blocklisted either by NAHI or FastTag Authorities.

Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your kind notice that:

1.newly started toll 3 days back has started deducting charges from fastTag even before issuing the local monthly passes.

2.Also the cost of toll is too high for commuters living in 25km range. Seems like toll is collected for about 60km+ distance.

For efficient toll collection the toll cost should be distributed towards EACH END OF THE TOLL ROAD and not just one.

Please take notice of this and make toll cost reasonable for local commuters.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
We went to Dehradun from haridwar on 24/04/2021 with same day return. Therefore I was charged with Rs 85/- but after returning back on same day toll person said that Rs 45/- Will be charged for same day but next day I found that Rs 85/- has been deducted for date-25/04/2021 I haven't visited to toll on that date.

At "Mohania toll plaza" there is fastag option but my fastag is linked with "SBI" bank and the fastag counter have there with "ICICI" bank so they denied to take and we are asking for another option but they not answering... We are waiting for more than 3 hr...
So, please take an action about this.
