So many speed breaker build on NH761 belhe jejuri road, don't think this app are legal as no spreed breaker Building guidelines followed, traval time slowed by 30 minutes, some places 5-6 speed breaker within 300 MTR, need to take action on priority. Look speed breaker build as per instruction of local person without any survey

This is to bring to your notice that an fruit seller as acquired footpath in Chikkajala Junction where there is U turn due to which pedestrian is walking in highway which is leading to traffic and accidents.. Now even Metro work is going on in this road..

This request is on NH44, Chikkajala Junction where an fruit seller as acquired footpath due to which there is no way for pedestrian to walk..
Since this is Junction vehicles come from 3 sides since there is U turn here and one side Metro work is going on ... Due to this there is traffic and people may die since they need to walk on highway due to no Footpath..
Please look into this and support so that people can walk on footpath to avoid traffic and accidents...

Actual toll fare for LMV at NH48 Hebbalu toll is 60rs but 120rs deducted from my fastag. This happens for 2 times.

As per dirn from higher HQ and Army Act 1901, army pers are exempted from paying toll tax on production of their Identity Card. However same was denied and alot of time was wasted at Malewadi Bhokarwadi Tollway Pvt Ltd near Aurangabad. The name of Toll operator was Mr Shailesh Kulkarni

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am residing around 1 km from the 352028/Agnampadi Toll Plaza. The toll plaza manager refuses to issue me a monthly pass for my car even after I have showed him my electricity bill for my flat (which I own and live in).

As per the toll plaza manager says that my vehicle needs to be registered within 20 kms of the Toll Plaza and not anyone residing within 20 kms of the toll plaza.

The Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Shri Nitin Gadkari in a written reply in the Rajya Sabha had mentioned that "Such pass shall be issued only if such driver, owner and person in charge of such mechanical vehicle resides within a distance of twenty kilometers from the fee plaza"

Even after showing a copy of the information given by the Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Shri Nitin Gadkari to the Toll Plaza Manager, he refused to provide me with a monthly toll plaza pass.

Request you to take up the issue with the Toll Plaza and resolve it at the earliest as I am facing huge financial burden as I pass through the Agnampudi Toll Plaza many times a day and have to take a long diversion just to avoid the toll fare.

We have requested and submitted all the required document 5 times a\to the Authority of Banajodi (Padmapur) ( BOT (Toll) )134.380 - NH-215 in Odisha, for turning on the local discount for the vehicle OD09X8488, OD09X8474. All the documents are submitted before 15days.

The official of the toll plaza is not Turing on the discount, where they always delaying the process with useless cause like computer not working, officer is not available and come on office time etc etc. Can you please look into the issues?

I traveled on Nuh toll plaza from Palwal to Nuh on 02.03.2023 at around 08.00 PM. When I entered on toll plaza and asked that pls captured my fastag but they said yes recorded and when I exited from Nuh exit point and the toll cost is 45 for my journey but they charged Rs. 200 INR on 04.03.2023 for whole journey from my fastag account. Pls help me to get my money back and take necessary action because they are doing these things unnecessary.

The workers working at toll plaza Narwana misbehaved with me and my family.
Due to some people who were not ready to pay toll on toll plaza.
I waited long enough for the matter to settle, but after few minutes they asked me to change the lane when I refused to pay the toll as I had been waiting too long in the queue they were not ready to cooperate. One of the employees instead of asking me politely was quite rude, he started having offensive argument. It was not a matter of money it's matter of how they deal with the people around them, their duty was to serve us not to degrade us. I would ask authorities to take some strict action.

I am Rasik Maru resident of Rajkot Gujarat.
I live in that area of Rajkot, near which National Highway 8-B passes.
The work is going on here for the last 2/3 years and is about to be completed now.
I have full confidence that you and all our engineers have done a very good job.
But I have been discussing with the people who live and use this road for the last 2/3 years and I also live across this road and use this road a lot. I am giving a suggestion. I am giving you a suggestion. It is not my ability. I am a common man. But the hard work that you all are doing to build this road with your clever intellect is ultimately for the common man sir. And I am a common citizen. So, I am giving a suggestion for a common citizen to have a convenient system. If it is too much, sorry.

On one side of the highway overbridge i.e. towards Kotharia chowkdi and on the other side towards Vawadi where the road is facing. Where the vehicle alights or climbs across the road. There is a diversion circle nearby which connects the surrounding local area. Two roads exit the local area 100/200 meters ahead of the Kotharia Chowk side road of this overbridge. These local roads are named Bolbala Main Road Rajkot and Swati Park Main Road Rajkot. And these two local roads are connected to the service road of National Highway 8-B. If a circle is constructed there, the common citizen will not have to travel 1/2 km to reach the highway and the fuel will be saved and pollution will also be reduced. There will be no more traffic and precious fuel will also be saved along with human time.

Similarly, on the road side of the Vawadi side of the same overbridge, where vehicles board and alight, an 80-foot road emerges from the Vawadi Industrial Area, which connects to the service road of the highway. Even by making a small circle there, a common citizen will not have to walk 1/2 km.

In short, it would be very good if a circle is made near all the sides of this highway bridge to get on or off it. Because at present one has to walk under the bridge. Please do something satisfactory in this regard.

Respected sir/madam, i am a resident of assam.Condition of National highway 15 is very worst.From mangaldai to dhekiajuli road condition is very worst and dangerous for driving and riding.

Paneli Service road to Rafadesvar Service Road for got to Jodhpur to Morbi.. that service road crossing design is not properly… so, please review it and take action in that because too much accident chance in that…

Please take action urgent… Because of service road crossing design mistake traffic police take fine too much…

Sir NH458 ROAD FROM MERTA TO ROL VIA DEGANA is damaged from six months after its manufacturing, but no body is looking into this matter. We face lot of problems while driving. I think this is fully corrupted road pls make a committee to investigate this road and make this road again. It will not restore with patch work.

Due to poor maintenance in Nager coil toll road 3 cars type got damaged .take necessary action to avoid accident

I am a armed forces personnel, I was traveling from Trivendrum to my duty station in my personal vehicle NO. MP07CK0727, i happen to cross ETTURVATTAM TOLL PLAZA near Tirunelveli Tamil Nadu, their toll staff shouts at me and talks to me in very rude manner, when I reached at toll i show them my service ID card but they kept on saying that toll is not exempted in private vehicle, whereas i also show him a service letter from airforce HQ regarding toll exemption for service personnel, in which It was clearly mentioned that toll exemption will be provided to all armed forces personnel as discussed with MORTHS in month of OCT 22, but he kept on showing some old letter from NHAI from 2019 regarding no toll exemption in private vehicle and kept on saying we have not received any latest letter from NHAI, however I paid toll plus penalty for not having charged fastag still toll employee shots at me and talk to me in very rude behaviour, he also show me a what's app group in which they kept a record of all such cases. I don't know from which side problem started either from airforce HQ or NHAI but their are hundreds of service personnel who faces same problem as me at this toll plaza. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful for future ease for soldier who serves this country with full dedication and such toll plaza employees don't even respect them properly.

I would like to inform you as i am a resident of Raigarh chhattisgarh 496001 and there is a toll in jhalmala and i have shop after the toll near NTPC LARA and i have visited the toll complex for issuing of monthly pass and as i have registered No of my vehicle in ambikapur CG 15DX8899 IN name of Satish Agrawal and i am providing adhar card of Satish agrawal with local address already they have made pass of many vehicles with same process and they are denying the pass kindly look into the matter as i cant pay 100 rs per visit of my shop contact no -[protected] vehicle no : CG15DX8899

Gharaunda Toll Plaza
We had to pay the toll even when the line was way more than 100 mtrs and on reaching counter when told that this is against law no body was ready to listen as theat governments order dont mean anything

Today[protected] at around 15:00 Hr I was crossing the Maithi Toll Plaza, Bihar ( Between Darbhanga and Muzaffarpur). At toll no 7, The Fastag id of one of the car was not working. Despite of charging him double toll and releasing the way the toll person was negotiating with us to take back our vehicle and go to another lane. I was 3rd in the lane and despite of having fastag I had to wait there for around 20-25 minutes. I have attached photographs of toll plaza and the vehicle which had the issue. This is really annoying that because of any other's mistakes the others had to suffer and the main culprit goes as it is. You may check the CCTV footage for your convenience. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action for the same
