On the way to nashik from pune after bota village at toll plaza, it taken 15 min for 2 cars to pass then driver in front of our car kindly asked employee for the problem, I have noticed he answered very harshly and ignored him after that.

I travelled from Wardha to Nagpur (Maharashtra) with Fastag sticker on car. When i reached toll they said your fastag balance is Zero but my account has balance Rs. 4000 INR.
But for other toll fastag works very well. Then why these people ask money....

I live in morbi city, gujarat. The highest per capita income city and tax payer city in India due to largest ceramic zone in India.
N8 National highway passing through my city Morbi, gujarat. But since last so many years unfortunately due to heavy corruption in appraoch road making and appraoch road repairing, we are facing so many problems like daily Traffic Jamm, serious accidents due to VERY VERY WORST QUALITY OF APPROACHE ROAD.
you can see the worst situation near trajper chokari to wankaner city in N8 national highway.
The corruption in road now attacks daily on our head when we traveling on this approach road.
Kindly go through the matter and take quick action to repair the road by 100% inspection and take action on contractors.

This is regarding Toll deducted on KOTA BYPASS of my vehicle RJ20CG4742(Rahul Jain) which belongs to kota itself. Earlier also i have raised complaint for the same. Customer care replied my vehicle is not registered on the respective toll that's why toll was deducting." Although no message was communicated to us by any means to register the vehicle on local toll so that we can take action regarding the same. Till Date Rs.715/- was deducted from fastag account which was NOT TO BE PAID"

Afterwords i have registered my vehicle on said toll only one month it was not deducted after that toll was deducting again.

Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis as it was deducting from the month of July and refund the disputed amount.

I have earlier also raise the compliant regarding the same but no action has been taken. Kindly revert on time to avoid the escalation.

Lights are not working because of that here it's easy for robbery few mobile were snatched and some two wheelers met with accident because National Highway 16 at GUMMIDIPOONDI besides society bank GUMMIDIPOONDI lights are not working

Toll plaza from Bangalore to Chintamani after hoskote is not accepting fast tag, they didn't even attending road repairs and they are not maintaining any compliant register. If we ask for compliant register they are behaving very rude

As per GoI Notification from a year or more back, local personal vehicles from Pune District (Vehicle Registration Nos starting with MH12 & MH14) is exempted from paying Toll at Khed Shivapur Toll Plaza on the Pune-Satara Road.

However, the toll operator is charging regular toll charges (Rs. 95/-) for local vehicles and ironically, the display at Toll Booth shows the car as EX (Exempted) - Rs. 0/- but I get a message after a long time about the deduction from our FasTag account.

When I raised a written complaint to the bank, in my case, PayTm has directed me to get in touch with the Toll Operator directly to get the issue resolved since PayTm says that it is the discretion of the Toll Operator to decide about exemption for local vehicles. It seems like everyone out there is hand-in-gloves in fleecing the common citizens of this country, who is already broken by the COVID Pandemic and is made to run from pillar-to-post.

My queries with PayTm FasTag has following ticket numbers:

Dear Sir,

Everytime from Fastag account double charges, INR 90/- is levied by L&T toll plazas located in Coimbatore bypass road.

While the amount should be INR 45/- as per toll rate.

Attaching screenshot, please take action against this theft in broad daylight!

They or not allowing our vehicle to pass through gate even after paying money.. they are simply creating problem to public unnecessarily.. take a impulsive action against them.. NH 50 kustagi to ilkal toll.. ty r simply wasting valuable time of public... Ty r creating problem... Ty don't know how to operate computer.. simply messing up with the public. Kindly take action.

I would to inform you that though the road is incomplete, we are being charged toll fees at NH12 Berhampore-Krishnanagar, west Bengal. In the website it is mentioned 141 kms, but that is false. The road is hardly in good condition and incomplete and also there is no discipline as both the road have vehicles moving up and down. It is very dangerous and Accidents happen but noone cares.

And also they never give return journey fees. They say that this facility is not available.

The toll plaza is not issuing two-way tickets and is still charging Rs. 70 for one way. When i asked they said because of Fast tag two way tickets will not be issued on Cash Payments.
If they dnt have two way then they should lower one way ticket price also

This is to bring to your notice that I have entered Eastern Peripheral Expressway from Dasna Toll Plaza on 05/01/2021 at 17:47:33 and took exit at Duhai Toll Plaza at 17:53:00.

I am a daily commuter and Toll Charges at this stretch is Rs.15 only while deduction has been done for Rs.155 from my FastTag account, excess amount of Rs.140.

Please investigate, reconcile and refund the excess toll charged at Duhai.

I am using the toll gate at sriperumpudur, chennai. all my vehicles are using fastag, I am finding the toll gate at sriperumpudur and ambattur tollgates which do not use their scan machines properly. Insoite of suffucuent balance in the fastag, they insist on cash and pickup a quarel with the drivers.
Please see that they are having their equipment properly and behave themselves properly to function a smooth flow of vehicles through the toll.They are more intrested in a fight than a smooth transit.

The toll collected from vehicles at Hejmady is Rs 35, which works around 73 paise per kilometre. The distance between Surathkal and Hemajady toll is just 16-km and the toll amount of Rs 55 is collected in Surathkal--which is around Rs 3.43 per km. T...

People are already protested for the same, please take necessary action against the robbery.

I have applied for Physically Challenged FASTAG on 29/02/2020 at RO Mumbai, NHAI but till now I have not received any FASTAG after laps of allmost 11 months.
Currently I have to face many problems at Toll plaza but no one seems bothered about this. Could any one Help me.

I entered the KMP expressway from Kundli and got down at Malwika plaza
I was wrongly charged Rs 205/- for the trip
Please reverse the charges as Kundli toll is not working due to Farmers agitation.

I travelled Sangli from Pune and crossed Tasawade toll plaza, Satara, Maharashtra 2 times. Both time I got charged for LCV instead of Car on Fastag. For Car charge is Rs. 75/-. For LCV Rs. 135/-.
