I have been charged Toll twice thru Paytm Fastag account as well as cash.
The toll counter person told me that the system is not accepting Fastag amount, hence I need to pay cash. Later on, when I checked my Paytm Fastag account, toll payment was also deducted from my account.

The concerned toll company is Beawar Pali Pindwara Tollway Ltd at Birami Toll Naka.
Please check as to why I was asked for cash even when toll payment was done in my Paytm Fastag account. Also, please organise such that these instances do not happen and incase of malpractice by Toll company, they are duly penalised.
In the meantime, please arrange for credit back into my Paytm Fastag account.
