Khed shivapur Toll plaza fare is exempted for locals but the amount 95 rs deducted by fast tag.
So please refund it to me.

I have Fastag of Axis Bank but from last month they are deducting amount from my account manually. Even if the Toll charges being deducted still manual debit has been taken place

I have crossed bhavdeen till plaza and amount Rs 60 deducted through fast tag (as per pic attached) inreturn the toll agent asked me that there is no balance in your fast tag but my wallet shows balance . And they deduct the Rs 60 downward my journey manually (As per attachment) while as per rule the amount will be 30 Rs . And they also misbehave with us .
So you are requested to take proper action so that NHAI's reputation will continue.

Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 60 for transaction by Vehicle HR24R2626 at Toll Bhavdeen Plaza on[protected]T14:40:34. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 74.5 - HDFC Bank Ltd.

The NHAI Road near the Puzhal jail has big pathholes and it causes traffic jam and vehicles get damaged due to bad roads. The roads needs to be repaired at the earliest to avoid any accidents due to bad roads.

At Songir, Dist.- Dhule NHAI toll plaza there is no benefit as fast tag. We have to stay approx 1 hour to pay toll although we have fast tag. Kindly stop this shameful behaviour as you getting strict about cashless promotion. On toll plaza I haven’t seen till time that they have opened all lanes. So why government wasted land. Just think on youeself and stop this shame thing. This is now for 09/12/2020

Kundagol to Hubli road, at Shrewada village toll plaza was opened.
It is private toll plaza and they are not accepting the Fast tag at this tool plaza and they preferred only cash as toll money.

If we consumers told like Govt has made Fast tag as mandatory and then they will tell ok we will accept fast tag, but at this toll plaza they are overcharging for the Fast tag consumers,

At this toll plaza, for both way toll charge is Rs 40 in the board they mentioned, For cash they will take Rs40 as toll charge for both ways,
But for fast tag users they are charging Rs 45 for both ways for Fast tag users.

Kindly take the immediate action and do surprise visit to this toll gate.

For few vehicles they are taking the charges and not giving the cash receipt. Please do the enquire

I am at gabhana toll plaza . Card swipe machine is not available here . Your cash collector behaviour very rude ....

On the same day I have been deducted twice from thandikhui toll plaza. I want my money back as soon as possible

Last day i was travled indore to dahod when i go to nh 47 at datigaw toll plasa deduct my 120 rupees as a toll tax but today when i comw back they are deduct only 55 rs why it is please check it my mob number is [protected]

The toll person showed an outdated letter and asked us to pay toll fee although the car belongs to and was driven by a serving army personnel. He was impolite and neglected the fact that defense servants are exempted from paying toll fee. He didn't even consider looking at the updated letter dated 11 may 2020 we had.

At Kannegala Toll Plaza between Gundlupet and Sulthanbathery in Karnataka, only one booth maintained and no drive through facility for FAST TAGGED vehicles, This cause lot of delay and I had to wait on line on 7 Dec2020 at 06pm while driving to Gundlupet from Sulthanbathery. The employee on desk was very rude and told one has to wait and go. Then what is the vision for lesser time spent at tolls with fast tag and No difference to fast tag or pay cash? too bad experience.
Kindly look into and do needful to make journey comfortable with advanced technology.

Yesterday i travelled from changsari to kolkata.i travelld these places by the National highway 31 .when i travelled i have seen lack of road safety.At Rangia some people farming on the national highway 31 There are havy jungle above the divider on national highway 31 .which havy jungle start from Rangia to nalbari.if havy Jungle have not cut in recent time than their will be a huge accident take place.road marking are illegible.it is dangerous for human .And also there are huge digged over the national highway 31 .which digged i saw from Rangia to Barpeta road.Who is responsible ?is Assam government responsible?is national highway authority responsible? Than who?why toll gate collecting tax from us ?in what reason toll gate is collecting tax from us?they collecting tax from us but why they don't repair this ?Do needful immediately .

NH HIGHWAYS-2, NOW NH-19, ALL STREET LIGHT FROM BADARPUR (NEW DELHI) TO Ballabgarh (Haryana) About 18 kms. all light ARE NOT WORKING FROM LAST ONE YEAR. NO ONE SINGLE LIGHT IS ON.
In winder session it is very danger for drive in night.

Despite being fast tagged, the vehicle is stopped and scanned. Blockers are given as an excuse for not having a fast tag scan, fear of damage when the vehicle collides. On speaking, the quarrel with the customer is resolved.

This is to inform that on 6-12-20 I passed toll plaza Kamkole near Zaheerabad at 10:36 and Rs 95/- were deducted and while returning from the same toll plaza at around 14:15 the plaza computer system had some kinda glitch, it seems it was showing that the vehicle has just passed and there should be some 10 minutes difference between consecutive passing( what a idiocy) however it was more than 3 hours had lapsed, I was made to go back and enter other lane where the same problem occurred, and the toll collecting clerk was very rude and completely unprofessional, I think definitely disciplinary action should be taken against such ill cultured persons, I had to waste nearly 40 minutes even with Fastag, only because poor maintenance of software and ignorant staff handling the plaza.
As we are made to shell out heavy amounts at every toll plazas, some at very short distances and some roads even not at-least patched up.Hope such incidents are taken seriously and solved on your front.

Barriers at lucknow kanpur toll are not automatic. The person on duty closed the barrier before car passage. This caused the barrier to strike against car front mirror. The mirror is broken now. Let me know who will pay for this??

The people are working for NHAI maintanance are not doing their job properly.

The Rubble are spread over the North Side of Below the Skyway, on G.T. Road at Namajpur, Gopigang SRN Bhadohi. But no PWD worker or contractor is taking care of it,

This is causing many Accidents Daily,
My sincere request to concerned department / Person to take strong action to make this Good National Highways part from so Dangerous Accidental Zone.

Sir, I would like to bring to your notice the bad condition of the NH new laying road in our area (Nagarjuna Sagar road to Konda Mallepally to Devarakonda of Nalgonda district Telangana through this letter.
There are heaps of road material on both sides of the road this newly laid NH road worst than village service roads improper camber, using less Bituminous. also there no using gravel filling or cutting, there are without removing old Bt simply filling with wet mix aggregate on old improper compaction Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I travelled from jodhpur to jaipur and come back within 24 hour by my car rj19cj9705 on 6.12.2020.
At jaipur & kishangarh plaza toll company has charged full for return journey also. The detail are as follow.

Please do the needful action and refund me the extra payment deducted by toll plaza authority.
