Yesterday on 30th November 2020 at 06:35 pm i have crossed Ajgain Toll Plaza on Lucknow, Kanpur highway on my car UP32 KK 5008 . At the time of crossing the Plaza the toll clerk told me that my Fast tag balance is low so i have to pay cash for this and he charged Rs 75/= through ticket no [protected] and issued a receipt of the same .
Later on i received a message on my fast tag account that the same amount has been deducted for the same amount.
Please investigate the matter and do the needful.

TodayI was stopped at Mulund-Thane East toll naka in Thane ststimg fastag is blacklisted. I had sufficient balance in my checked and confirmed with Bank. This is a harrasment they carry on to generate cash. This needs to be stopped. My vehicle number MH04JB5713 crossed toll naka at 7.27 am today.

At Dhulagori Toll Plaza on NH-06 under NHAI, it has been observed that due poor and inefficient management of Staff on duty there is huge jam being created at the entry lane.
All lane are served for truck and multiaxel commercial vehicles causing huge difficulty for small vehicles. Lane earmarked for small Vehicle also being blocked by large commercial vehicles including trucks. No toll plaza employees take initiative to manage it with professional proficiency.
I being a doctor unable to get early exit due to such unprofessional mode of toll plaza operation by the employee. They don't bother to request for better care.

Sir, today ie 30 Nov 2020 I had crossed Paliyekkara toll plaza in salem-kochi highway.Morning I have told them that I require two way pas of Rs.55 as displayed in NHAI fixed rate in holding at plaza.They refused and asked to take single journey.I have clearly told them that I will be returning in 5 to 6 hours or so.Eventhough they denied my request and I have to take Rs.40 costs single journey travel.On my way back also they again charged 40 rs.
Both time I had to wait 20 min at booth.Sir this is brutal behaviour to public and simply looting our money, kindly look into it

Sir, on 26.11.2020 I was coming from Bharat pur to Mathura via Amoli toll plaza I having fast teg when I reached toll.in L-2
at that time fast teg not working and toll cashier told me give us the cash ur.tag is not working I gave him Rs. 40/- in cash and get it receipt no/Trans ID:[protected],[protected]:11:35 vehicle no is DL3CCA3436
But, after some time I got the message on my mobile that I have again charged Rs-40/- vide receipt no.FT[protected]

Fastag account (Customer ID:[protected]; vechile no: TN20 BV3141 ) is active from the bank side but when scanned in toll plazas, it is showing insufficient balance/ blacklist. This happened fro the past two travels (29/11/2020 to 30/11/2020, and 31/10/2020). Sufficient balance has been maintained, but still showing blacklisted. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible to continue using my fastag

At toll milk majra, staff of that toll told us that fastag of your car is blacklisted and take double toll in cash. After some time I got a message of deducting Rs 80 from the same toll on 30/11/2020 at 5 pm. My vehicle no. Is HR06AQ5974 and transaction by Vehicle MQ3NFG81SJC191702. In total I got a loss of Rs 160 on that toll. Please refund my money back in the fastag .

This is big scam, deducted amount from fastag and also collected cash this is double charge and it happened when travelling from Gadag to Mundaragi Karnataka, also when I called NHAI toll freed number 1033 they are not recognizing the toll plaza itself this is big scam in the name for toll plaza, im also attaching photocopies of both receipt & fastag account, hope I will get my refund back

While going from Patna to Ranchi or Ranchi to Patna I pass through Pundag toll plaza where from two times I have seen that they deduct my money from fast- tag even after giving my toll tax in cash. They say fast tag machine is not working and I have to pay tax in cash. After sometimes I receive message that Rs 105 has been deducted. This has happened two times at that only Pundag toll plaza. I request You to please do something on my complaint or give my money back. I'm uploading the image of deduction message I get with Taxation id

NH275 (earlier SH-88) is broken almost every100-200m between Mysore and Hunsur. Very deep holes are there. Many a times drivers take sudden turn to avoid holes which is very dangerous. I am attaching some photos. Condition is worse at other than shown places in photos. Plz make necessary arrangements for immediate repair of the road. Thank you

There is no fastag facility in NH65 narketpally to addanki highway. Why it is not implemented as you say from jan1 it is compulsory.

I have travelled to Nizamabad from Hyderabad on 28th Nov the toll fee has automatically deducted, when checked I see the toll also got deducted on 29th. I even did not received any Messages to the amounts deducted for these. Request you kindly to look into the issue and do the needful.

Today on crossing jodhpur Pali toll ...i shown my defence card and certificate of duty while going from personal car ...their staff Rahul misbehave and said ...tu kon h...jana h to pay krna pdega...when I asked about manger he said I am supervisor..i took a receipt and went to control room..talked to Mr Sushil...he said he is in compulsion...you should be in uniform...then I asked about complaint book he denied and given lame excuses and I have to wait there for 40 min ...just for lodging complaint...then I talked to their Gm Muthu Kumar he said sir...you have to come in uniform...he was not ready to listen...the disrespect they have shown to a defence personnel was not acceptable...this anti defence problem is with both tolls of jodhpur Pali road..except this all tolls of Rajasthan pays due respect to soldiers...please take strict action against these goons working on tolls...who are not following toll act1901.

I received the fastag for my new car on 5 th September 2020, around 1 pm via courier.
The night before the receipt of fastag, an amount of 95₹ was deducted, while the courier guy was travelling across L&T toll plaza located near Vadodara.
I raised a complaint to Paytm for which they approached you to settle the issue for refund. But instead of refundind, again 445 ₹ were deducted from my fastag account for so called discrepancy...

I am traveling pune to satara trough marwadi toll ashok jagdale denied ti give a return toll because of he said only fastag car allows return toll kindly clarify otherwise I have to be file complaint against toll plaza

We were travelling from Delhi to our home town Rajasthan on 25th November, 2020, at Badarpur, toll we have been asked to submit double toll in cash for non-functioning of Fastag but in reality my fastag was working and deducted the toll tax as well, but the staff asked us to submit the tax in double, he took double tax from us in cash and simultaneously my fastag was also charged for the toll. He also marked my car number wrong in slip; my car number is DL9CAP1563 but he wrote 1553 in slip, when asked that my car number is wrong in slip he replied, now it has been printed so can't change, don't worry, nothing will happen its a manual error.

When i received a message from fastag about the deduction of the toll tax at badarpur toll plaza, then i realized that i have been cheated. I am supporting my complaint with both the charging slips i.e. slip received in hard copy from toll plaza and sms received from Fastag .

Kindly look into this matter and resolved the case.

I need a strict action against the staff so that they could not cheat others as well as my money back which i have been charged extra.

For Pune public toll is free still after showing my aadhar card they are doing FASTag entries.

I was traveling from Gurugram to Rohtak and after leaving western express,

When I reached on the toll on Delhi Rohtak highway (Rohad Toll), then executive at toll booth told me pay cash stating that my fast tag is blacklisted due to low balance, I paid cash and meanwhile I checked the balance that mine fast tag has Rs 675 balance in it.

Due to which Rs 65 deducted from my fast tag as well as the executive took Rs 70 in cash from me as well.
On asking the excutive started shouting and threatened me to pay the double money despite working fast tag.

So I made the video of toll booth executive to state the reason for charging double money in cash despite working fast tag, then they took money from me and got separated.

I couldn't run after them as I was with family and small kid of 6 months.

It was as extreme mental harrasment by toll executive despite looting triple amount of toll charge ( single from fast tag and double in cash). And didn't even provide the pay slip for amount paid.

I have video recording of complete incidence and will post it on all social media and news agency to guide the mass people that how this toll booth executive are working as goons and threatens people to take money illegally.

I request NHAI to appoint some decent and educated executive to work so that they maintain the decorum and decency of working.
