    Address: Delhi - Rohtak toll

    I was traveling from Gurugram to Rohtak and after leaving western express,

    When I reached on the toll on Delhi Rohtak highway (Rohad Toll), then executive at toll booth told me pay cash stating that my fast tag is blacklisted due to low balance, I paid cash and meanwhile I checked the balance that mine fast tag has Rs 675 balance in it.

    Due to which Rs 65 deducted from my fast tag as well as the executive took Rs 70 in cash from me as well.
    On asking the excutive started shouting and threatened me to pay the double money despite working fast tag.

    So I made the video of toll booth executive to state the reason for charging double money in cash despite working fast tag, then they took money from me and got separated.

    I couldn't run after them as I was with family and small kid of 6 months.

    It was as extreme mental harrasment by toll executive despite looting triple amount of toll charge ( single from fast tag and double in cash). And didn't even provide the pay slip for amount paid.

    I have video recording of complete incidence and will post it on all social media and news agency to guide the mass people that how this toll booth executive are working as goons and threatens people to take money illegally.

    I request NHAI to appoint some decent and educated executive to work so that they maintain the decorum and decency of working.

      I have a complaint against toll plaza 148B kitlana Charkhi Dadri. I am regular passenger of this road. When I cross the toll plaza, two line always closed at the time of 9:30AM to 10:10 AM. In afternoon when I cross the 2:20PM to 3:00 PM it is also close two line. When I ask to operator why you always closed the two lines, he says that operator Khana khane gya hua h but he always says this type of idea.Your operator take 20-30 minutes daily.i have pass for one month yet I always wait. When I asked complaint register, TOLL PLAZA Manager refuse to provider me the complaint register and said that you may complaint on online mode. Please resolve our problem.
      I have an other complaint also, that my residence is only 10km but they made my monthly car pass forcefully last five months.
      I hope you solve my problems and issues. I shall be very thankful this act of kindness.

        Toll fee has been raised a lot (increased up to 140%) from last week of October'2020
        Example: For Car/Jeep - Previous ₹ 25/-, Present ₹ 60/-
        Toll Plaza Location: NH-30 Badava Toll Plaza, Andhra Pradesh (55 KM from Vijayawada)
        this is not reasonable / acceptable
        hence, please action to decrease the toll fee

          The Omalur (Tamilnadu) national highway toll person charged LCV category toll (135 Rs) for our light vehicle Traveller 10 seater Force ( less than 7000kg) vehicle .
          This is so frustrating action from national higway authority, we would like to take action and need refund along with compensation.

              Condition of Pune Satara road is worst and road construction work is not fully completed still you allowed contractor to collect toll on this highway, your Minister only make big talk but don't do anything about this highway.

                Respected sir/ madam
                We appreciate the introduction of Fastag in our highways to streamline toll collection. Today, on 28 Nov 2020, as we in our car passed the Hejmadi tollgate, Karnataka, at 8 am, the Fastag sensor was not functioning, and none of the workers at toll gate were responding, all were busy counting money, causing a block at the toll gate for 10 minutes. We felt really helpless calling for assistance, but nobody responded. It was a real bad experience, with all the vehicles behind us honking all along because of the delay. It may perhaps be an insignificant issue to the NHAI, but please do take a note of this issue.

                  In Banswara Ratlam road toll payment collect, but the road condition not Good, no monitoring the road turning signals available or not, and sign board of road bump not available, bump also very sharp and very frequent.

                    This was the 8th time in 2 months that there scanner for fastag didn't works..They say that it is blacklisted despite of having Rs 600 in account.
                    Then they behave like a goon and ask for toll.
                    Also there is a huge traffic always at this toll..They have untrained staff
                    Government is promoting cashless and fastag and there system didn't works..
                    Pathetic, cash was better than fastag seems like that

                      Please refund this PENALITY CHARGED .

                        I traveled on Pune Bangalore Highway on 25 and 26 th Nov. 2020 in my Car registration number MH 12.

                        MH 12 registered cars are exempted from payment of toll at Khed Shivapur Toll post.

                        As a matter of fact LED display shown *_Not Paid_*. But money got deducted from my FAST TAG Account.

                        This is cheating. A fraud practice at the naka.
                        This can not happen unless some top officials are involved in the scam.

                        Please let me know how I get money back.

                        I would like otherwise to bring the fraud to the notice of Honerable Minister of Road Transport Shri Nitin Gadkari ji.

                        Double charging of toll at ghoti toll plaza on 12.11.2020. I have visited at ghoti toll plaza regarding doubel charging of toll at arjualli toll and ghoti toll for vehicle no mh04de4660. On 12.11.2020 due to have traffic congetion, at arjunalli toll, they have opened mumbai bound booth no 4 for diversion of traffic towards ghoti. However while visitng at ghoti, mr.Swapnil kale expalined and agreed thati have charged twicely. This is a system flaws and gliteches at arjunalli toll plaza for charging of wrong toll on vehicles towards ghoti going through booth no. 4. My request to nhai to carry full pledged system audit of said toll from the date of activation of fastag.
                        My vehicle no. is MH04DW4660 as earlier I have mentioned mh04de4660. Earlier posting of comments I have mention vehicle no. mh04de4660. Correct vehicle no. is MH04DW4660

                          This is with regard to over charging of toll fee. On 23.11.2020 I have traveled through Timmalapura toll Plaza of NH 50. Booth no/lane no. 12 of the toll Plaza has cash/Fasttag board and toll fee Rs. 70 was mentioned there. Upon entering the lane, toll person asked to pay double the toll fee Rs. 140/-. As per the guidelines of the Ministry of Road and Transportation Govt. Of India, double the toll fee need to be collected from the Non-fasttag or Blacklisted tag vehicle who enters the exclusive Fasttag lane. The undersigned vehicle entered in the Cash/Fasttag marked lane and paid the double the toll fee as demanded by the toll person.
                          In view of above, I kindly request you to investigate the illigally collected double toll fee, Which is against the stipulated guidelines. A receipt containing the details of toll fee collected, date and time of travel, lane no. name of the toll Plaza and contractors name is enclosed herewith for further investigation and needful action at your end please.

                            For your kind information my grievance is not for the transaction on dt.02.11.2020. My grievance is regarding transaction dt.01.11.2020 at 05:20 PM(Screenshot attached and transaction highlighted). The transaction(dt.02.11.2020) you are taking about is an another fresh transaction of same amount.
                            Therefore you are once again requested to go through the fact and reverse the transaction on dt. 01.11.2020 at 05:20PM of amtt. Rs. 277.47 only.

                                  Incident date 13.11.2020
                                  Time 4.30 to 5.00 Pm

                                  This is to inform you that My car bearing no.OD02AB1325 was in waiting in lane suddenly one Truck bearing No.OD04M7272 hit my vehicle from side resulting mirror broken and Tyre brusted along with scratch in Fender.The incident took place at the present of the security guards of the toll plaza who were standing there doing nothing to pass the vehicles. After the incident there is no help from the security guards .After half an hour two vehicle got separated from each other by me.There after I informed the local police station about the incident..The damage caused because of the negligence of the Toll plaza security staffs.Please make an enquiry of the incident from the CCTV footage and do the needful.Please find attached some photographs of the incident.

                                    I want to draw your attention that at toll plaza of khed shivapur we were forced to pay by cash even we had fastag on 15 november 2020. The workers on the toll plaza behaved so rudely they told that your fastag is not working but after paying in cash the amount was also deducted from the fastag account. Even after we tried to convience them that fasttag is working their group camed together and froced to pay us in cash. We believe that strict action will be taken against them. Just imagaine how many time they might be doing it in a day. My registered mobile number is [protected] on fastag account . I am also attaching the image of paid reciept at toll plazaand the screenshot of amount decucted from fastag account.
