I want to draw your attention that at toll plaza of khed shivapur we were forced to pay by cash even we had fastag on 15 november 2020. The workers on the toll plaza behaved so rudely they told that your fastag is not working but after paying in cash the amount was also deducted from the fastag account. Even after we tried to convience them that fasttag is working their group camed together and froced to pay us in cash. We believe that strict action will be taken against them. Just imagaine how many time they might be doing it in a day. My registered mobile number is [protected] on fastag account . I am also attaching the image of paid reciept at toll plazaand the screenshot of amount decucted from fastag account.

        We have small farm in bargi, where we grow vegetables and flowers. On the way to the place, a toll Bahoripar near Bargi, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh is situated. The distance is around 21 km from Jabalpur, but due to rules, the toll charges for personal car are Rs. 125 per day and Rs. 4300 monthly, which is way too much for regular mover. There shoud be a nominal monthly survival payment like other setups. The minimum distance should be 25 km from zero mile of the local city. This will be very helpful and a relief for people like us. If we pay 4300 monthly in toll + car expenses+fuel+driver/self then how will we manage? I requested again to please look into the matter and issue directive to provide relief to local citizen.

          During Oct 2020 I got a message from ICICI, that your fastag was deactivated. I have contacted them. They said that the fastag chip was damaged and apply for a new one. Accordingly, 25th Oct 2020, replaced my fastag chip and they charged Rs 100. Ok

          On 24th Nov 2020, again I got the same message that your fastag was deactivated. When I contact them, they said somebody approached for new chip and we issued the same and the original one was deactivated. How they issued new one to someone without proper documents. Or in this regard I never get any messages, On 20th and 24 Nov 2020, they deducted Rs 200/- (each day) from my account and NO information in this regard received.

          This is the way of their service. Please do the need ful

            My vehicle no is MH15 EB2047,
            While travelling toward Dhule through Baswant Pimpalgaon toll plaza
            If I go through cash window I need to pay only Rs.75 Considering the vehicle passing number
            However if I go through Fastag lane Rs 145 are getting deducted

            For same vehicle different toll are getting charged in Fastag and cash lane
            Please resolve

              On 23/11/2020 i crossed ban toll plaza and i was charged Rs. 140/- at 14:40 and i returned at 20:59 same day, again i was charged Rs.140 instead of Rs. 65/- as return journey charges Rs. 205/- vehicle no. JK14E5469 mobile no. [protected]

                Hello, Pallavpuram Area Flyover in Meerut Town o[censored]ttar Pradesh is under construction for almost more than one and half year and still there is no progress. No one knows when this flyover will be completed and currently there is alot of Traffic Jam due to this flyover construction. Please complete this flyover at the earliest and meantime please ask administration to deploy Traffic police overthere so that they could manage the traffic Jam. People are facing alot of problem in this area. Thankyou

                  My name is Harsh singh (journalist) was traveling form chhajarsi toll plaza NH9 on date of 24th of November 2020, at around 10:45 am, while I was waiting in the queue when my turn came at the counter, the person who was there assisting to the counter started misbehaving with me, and asking me for a toll of 250 rupee for one side instead of 125 which is the legal authorised amount by government. The person sitting on the lane no 5 counter and the one who is assisting him were very bullying and intimidating us for the money. This irresponsible behaviour of the staff is also disrespectful to NHAI.
                  Kindly look into the matter and change the staff.

                      Hi Sir/Madam,

                      Wrong FasTag charges to MH12 registered car at Khed Shivapur toll plaza.
                      1) Car No MH12 SE 4188
                      2) Charged Rs.95 for first travel
                      3) Charged Rs.50 for the return travel
                      4) No receipts were given in both the travels.
                      5) Amounts automatically deducted from my FasTag wallet

                      As MH12 registered vehicles are exempted at this toll plaza, these wrong charges shall be reversed.

                        I was told that there is low balance in my fastag account (while it was more than Rs 1000) as the machine was showing it. So I paid toll charges by cash, instead of arguing there. Afterwards, I received SMS mentioned that the Fastag was charged for the toll. This is clear case of cheating and misuse of the machinery to make people pay by cash instead of Fastag. Please find attached both references in the attachment.

                            I was travelling from gwalior to ghatigao to & from charges mentioned were rs.95 i asked the vendor to give me to & fro ticket for rs.95 he said only 1 way to be given for 65 rs. I request you to take some action if they contiue to charge like this which is unethical at their end.

                              I'm a govt employee in PHED department and also a local duty worker in same area.
                              toll agent deny to accept my card and charged me
                              I use every day same toll any use my card but today I visited and toll agent said that your card is not accepted and charged me.
                              if my card is not acceptable then why they accepted my card daily basis before that.

                                Sir,
                                I, Bhupesh Sharma, Advocate, District and Session Courts, Sector 12, Faridabad, Haryana submit that I along with my wife was going to Barsana & Goverdhan on Saturday, 21 Nov 2020. I reached & entered Lane no.10 at Srinagar Toll Plaza, Sarai Khatela, Palwal at 07:50 AM in my car bearing registration no. UK 07 W 5199.
                                The Lane no.10 Toll Booth Cashier said that your Fast Tag is not working and he asked me to pay cash of Rs.105/- and as per his direction, I paid him Rs. 105/- cash which he entered in his cash book also. The cashier did not give me any cash receipt but the same time after paying the cash to the toll booth cashier, I received SMS from Paytm Fast Tag about deduction of Toll of Rs.105/-. I showed the SMS to Toll Booth Cashier and requested him to return my cash of Rs.105. The toll booth cashier ignored the SMS and did not return my cash inspite of my repeated requests and also did not issue any cash receipt to me. Instead of refunding my cash of Rs.105/- the toll booth cashier started threatening me for dire consequences if I further ask for cash or cash receipt. Meantime to impose pressure on me he also called Shift Incharge and he also started supporting his toll booth cashier. Both these persons refused to return my cash and also to issue any cash receipt and also threatened me for dire consequences and also said to me “do whatever you can do” we will not refund your money.
                                After this incident by keeping my car aside, I checked website of toll plaza to find out contact numbers of senior officials. I got one number of Manoj Bansal from Mohd. Safi, Ex-employee of Toll Plaza. I contacted to Sh. Manoj Bansal on his mobile. He also started shouting and fighting that why I am telephoning him and cut the phone immediately.
                                This is a clear case of cheating, extorting double toll, and threatening for dire consequences on asking for refund and for cash receipt. Therefore, I request you take immediate cognizance of such a offence at public place/National Highway and arrange to investigate the matter immediately so that they may not repeat such or similar acts in future with other persons.

                                    I have travelled by my vehicle MH03AZ6776 from Pune to Mumbai by NH48 on 24th October 2020.
                                    At Dehuroad toll plaza at 07:21:12 I have paid RS:135 cash for Dehuroad NH48 to SHILPHATA TR.NO.[protected] receipt attached. Even after RS:41 and RS:40 deducted from my fastag at DEHUROAD and KUSEGAON respectively. Find attached screen shots. Kindly arrange to refund RS:81 on SOS basis.

                                      Eastern Peripheral Expressway Toll Plaza

                                      Toll Plaza had a malfunction and was not able to identify the FASTags for multiple cars due to which there was a traffic jam.

                                      My FASTag was active but they said it is not working and forced me to pay 400 Rs in cash, without any receipt. I asked for receipt and i was told to take the car back but there were so many cars behind me in the queue. After spending 15 minutes and left with no option, I had to pay 400 cash without the receipt as i had two years kid with me.

                                      Basically, toll attendants were forcing almost every other car to pay in cash thrice the amount.

                                        I have made Online Payment of Rs.1250/- through the payment link https://rzp.io/l/UjyiOVTNgr on 09.11.2020 and as per the mail advice received from [protected]@buyfastag.org. I submitted all Documents viz RC Book Copy and Aaadhar Card Copy etc., on 11.11.2020 for the above said email id. Till date there is no response from them and while contacting in their mobile No :[protected] they are not giving proper reply and sometimes they are not picking up the phone.

                                        I am enclosing the Payment details and mail received from them in this regard.
