Address: Manoherbad

At manoherbad toll gate NH44 every time lot of time taking to pass the toll gate, then what is the use of fast tag. Yesterday also due to waiting 5 to 6 vehicles in front of me n number of horons passed the my vehicle and matter of 1min delay deducted one way charge in stead of two way deduction discount not reimbursement.
After lot of patience I am writing this complaint. Kindly rectify the system.

      I have faced a problem in Salaipudur NHAI Toll plaza. At around 8:50 I reached Toll plaza and I was made to wait for 15 mins and even after that there was no proper technical support provided and the staff had no proper response they we irresponsible. Because of somebodys fault I was made to wait for around 20 mins.
      We are using fastag to be quick and if it's even delayed then what's the advantage o[censored]sing fastag.
      Please do kindly see to the issue and kindly solve it.

        Money has been deducted from my fast tag account even my vehicle parked at home, i had raised complaint in icici fast tag but it has been rejected and closed without giving me investigation report, i had asked them to provide me cctv footage of my vehicle at toll plaza of the time when my fasttag account has been debited if my vehicle has crossed toll plaza, but they don't have answer on my query,

        Below are the complaint number i have been assigned from ICICI FASTTAG
        complaint ref. no. CMP[protected] for further correspondence with our Customer Care.

        Sms i have received from bank -
        Dear Customer, chargeback raised on vehicle number XXXXXXXX, trip number[protected] on[protected]:46:00, for an amount of Rs 60.00 is rejected post investigation.

        It should resolve and I should get my money back, please help me to get justice.

            Dear sir,
            Here I would like to draw your kind attention regarding the worse quality of road from Anjar To Varsamedi, Which is part of National Highway 341. There is usually an accident that occurs on each alternatively day after this rainy season. The road is totally washed after this rainy season, still, nothing has been done to repair it. Local authorities do not see this huge problem. According to them NHAI responsible for this.
            You have requested to look into this matter else many lives going on this road.

                I advise that my car regd No HR17A9900 was parked at VPO Kalali Teh Siwani Dist Bhiwani from 30.10.2020 approximately 18.45PM till now but Rs75/- deducted for crossing Mayyar Toll at 18.03.11PM on 31.10.2020 which is 70 kms away from my vehicle. My vehicle has not crossed the toll and refund the amount at the earliest. I also request to provide the CCTV footage of the toll plaza for crossing of my vehicle so as to avoid any future frauds.

                  I was crossing moradabad city coming from noida and going to champwat when the toll plaza at moradabd was traffic jammed for more than 20 minutes, there fast tag machines were not working and they were manually doing the toll, on my denial for paying toll on the basis of govt of india regulation of not paying toll when wait time was more than 3 minutes, , he said they did not have any such guideline, he did not let me go and made sure I waited another 5 minutes and I had to ultimately pay . my total wait time at the toll was 25 minutes

                        On 22 oct 2020 me and my family were travelling to our hometown (Himachal Pradesh), when we reached the murthal toll plaza there we saw that the cars, trucks and buses were violating the lines to get first in the line and this activity creates a lot of problem to the people who are coming in proper line. So after reaching the murthal toll plaza my father moved out of the car just to see that whether what is taking the cars so long to move. My father walked to the starting of the line just to help the drivers to move forward quickly because it was taking a lot of time as we were stucked in the toll plaza for more than 45 minutes. But when a staff member saw my father helping others to move forward so the toll staff started misbehaving with them and started blaming them with wrong allegation that he is helping people to move out of the toll without making them. 2 - 4 people started pulling them with their shirts without even noticing their age and my father also have vocal problem but still they didn’t stop doing misbehave. After that they call the police just to prove their point but the police also understood our point and and made them understand their mistake. But still they didn’t stop doing misbehave even my mother was also with us. This misbehave of them is unbearable. It is my humble request to take strict action against those goons.

                            We are residing at Vadodara city. Vasad village is just 25 kms away from vadodara. Now just for crossing toll tax before vasad, we have to pay toll tax of Nearly Rs 110 which is not at all logical. Atleast they should provide relaxation to Baroda cars because it is too costly to Pay Rs 110 for just 25 kms all the time. Plus it is difficult to manage for the people who are visiting vasad for atleast 10 to 15 days in a month.
                            Also, government should provide a LED at toll plaza which states Total expense for the road to be recovered and the collection that had actually made so that people come to know that by what time, toll plaza would be vacated.

                              This refer to my FASTag registered with my vehicle registration No PB08DN4855, on 1st Nov 2020 while crossing from Toll Plaza at Ghaggar on NH01 from Rajpura to Ambala, they claimed that My Fastag is BLACKLISTED & charged me for INR 150 (Double as penalty ) at 1136 hrs. Slip attached.Ticket No : 4A39E4582940C0

                              Refused to give me 2-way slip.

                              After that I checked with my bank & FASTag, it active with balance of INR 308.00

                              After few hours when I returned at 1434 hrs, on 1st Nov 2020, they again did the same & charged me for INR 150 Vide Ticket No : 5A[protected]

                              While asking for the supervisor, they asked me to wait & I waited for more than 20 minutes, but No one turned up.
                              No ONE was wearing MASK at Toll.

                              While asking for Complaint Book, they refused to provide the same.

                                  I was coming back from kedarnath yesterday i.e. 2nd early morning around 2:00 AM. At toll plaza while entering meerut after daurala, I saw that this guy was taking cash from every customer as fastag was not working may be so i have also offered cash at my turn. He asked double charge while saying it is fastag lane. So i told him that my car is having fastag and system is not working so he started abusing me and started threatning me. As i was alone and there was lot of toll workers around there i kept myself quit. Than he asked one person to scan my fastag and again started abusive language.
                                  I am in big trauma since that time. I am a common men and such kind of language i have never heard.
                                  Kindly take proper action please.

                                      The toll plaza near attibele is having long Quee in the morning hrs i.e from 7.30 to 9, we used to sand in line for 10 to 15 min to cross the gate and some not operating in such peak Hrs, the people around who work arrogance, behavior like goonds not answering in proper way. And same in evening unable to pass the vehicle. V.v.v. very careless.
                                      Once again they used the same hand gloves for day's to gether it turns yellow and black we feel the possibility of contaminations and some will never use gloves or sanitizer, one guy told never issue sanitizer and give glove once in full moon.
                                      Pl request you to kindly look into and do the needful.
