    my amount dual debit at mujras toll as on 21 Jan 2020 regular i am complaint for reverse the amount but still not reverse.

    I mail hdfc fast tag and global solution also and regularly follow up on twitter also but amount not recvd.

      Address: NH48 KHEDSHIVAPUR & ANEWADI

      I must be compensated towards continuous pain and suffering which may be perhaps for life time due to horrifying road conditions in spite of paying the toll charges which should have been waived off due to my physical disability certificate! The pain is continuing even today and sometimes very disturbing resulting in sleeping disorder!

        The NH3 six lane riad built between dewas and indore only a few years back has Large and dangerous potholes. Please conduct repairs and hold the contractor accountable.

          The road from Latur to Nanded has less roads but more potholes. The two and a half hour journey takes five hours. Passengers who come and go every day are suffering and the number of accidents has increased. However, the road should be repaired soon.

            I was going to vijayawada to Eluru on 12/11/20 returned with in 5 hours
            my fasttag was working and the account was debited at davulur plaza on both sides
            but at kalaparru plaza they said my vehicle black listed and collected cash on both sides
            i am having sufficient balance in fasttag account. i do not how at one plaza my account was working and other plsza it is black listed.
            they are purposefully collecting cash
            pl check and take appropriate action on kLaparru plaza

              Attibelen toll plaza is maintained very badly with mix of cash and fastag manually in all lanes to make all lanes slow moving lanes intentionally . As in other high way toll gates, the team at attibele do not manage the right track for fastag vehicles. The people managing the toll plaza ask vehicles to move to any lane irrespective of fastag is present or not . Fastag vehicles suffer very much due to long waiting time in fastag lanes.
              If the management is not able to manage the toll gate, it should be made free toll to avoid artificial traffic issues at the toll gate.

                Fast scanner not working in any lane, rude and arrogant behaviour of staff, threatened me to pay toll and made me drive reverse which was very dangerous experience for me and my family .
                Hope you to take the appropriate action against the authority.

                    Dear sir,
                    I have to lodge a complaint of Shrinagar toll plaza, NH 2.
                    Insipite of fasttag working fine and deducted the amount .. they have taken additional 210 rs as toll fees from us.
                    I am attaching the receipt for your reference .
                    Please look into the matter and initiate the refund of this amount.

                          Everywhere we pay toll for both side for 24 hours
                          But on Delhi jaipur toll why we have to pay 65 Rs every time even we are going 2 times to Delhi I am giving Rs 65 every time. It should be taken some action on this .

                            I have traveled by car (TN19E8116) from Thrissur to chennai on 10/11/2020 . In Coimbatore bypass there are 6 Toll plazas and the total toll charge for crossing this bypass is Rs.45. But they have charged Rs 90 from me by deducting from my Fastag. the details are given below

                            1. Madukkarai toll plaza on[protected] at 08:43:14.= Rs.17
                            2..Pollachi Cochin Toll Plaza toll plaza on[protected] at 08:46:48.= Rs. 0.0
                            3. Pollachi Salem Toll Plaza toll plaza on[protected] at 08:52:48. = Rs.45
                            4. Trichy Cochin toll plaza on[protected] at 09:07:32. = Rs.28
                            5. Trichy Cochin toll plaza on[protected] at 09:07:32.=Rs.0.0
                            6.Neelambur toll plaza on[protected] at 09:17:49 = Rs.0

                            They charged an extra amount of Rs.45 from me during this trip. Earlier in January 2020 also same kind of incident has been occured and I have a made a complaint but no action has been taken.

                              Traveling yesterday with my car MH12EM3298 which has SBI Fasttag. At Khed Shivapur Toll Plaza on NH4 my card was debited with 95/- on 10.11.2020 at 01.21.44pm. MH12 passing vehicles are exempted from toll at this toll plaza as per govt orders.
                              Why this injustice with Fasttag holders??????????

                                Why don't gave double way plaza charges on jagdalpur bastar toll plaza
                                They only offer single way toll if we want to come on only half an hour that also be not applicable they charge up and down single single way and charges is double on single single way
                                Please solve this issue fast

                                  Today my vehicle pass through Ghoti toll Naka in which my father travelling & they don't know about fasttag.
                                  When vehicle pass my fasttag debited but still toll collector ask money and collected RS. 110 from my father & handover receipt. Also handed toll receipt do not have full vehicle number.
                                  Request you pls help me for get my money back. Writing this email as might be many such fraud happen in Ghoti toll plaza

                                    As my vehicle with registration no. MH17BY1414 was running from Kurkumbh to Madurai at the IRB toll Plaza, Guilalu (Karnataka), they impound the documents of my vehicle, demanding for cash, though my vehicle is compiled with fastag. I request you to please take suitable action and do the needful. As the toll plaza don't have any right to impound the vehicle documents.
