Sir, while crossing rohad toll plaza travelling via my car bearing number hp15a8434 inappropriate amount of rs60 was deducted instead of rs35 while crossing the same plaza second time within a period of 1 hr which is well within the stipulated alloted duration for round trip, details are attached, kindly look in to the matter, pls respond and take necessary action, thankyou.

Toll plaza on nh 547 near jungawani, is not allowing vehicles to pay two sided charges as it will be cheaper as compare to two separate charges. One sided charge is 70 and two sided charges is 115 but they are enforcing users to pay separately 70-70 rupees on both time.
Please check this with the toll plaza and allow users to pay for both side. I can even mail fastag statement showing two separate deduction of 70-70 rupees

I am from indian army and had hired civil truck for transportation of my household goods on move on permanent posting and even though the driver was carrying exemption certificate as per section 1580 of indian toll act 1991, mr sandeep choudhary at nimbahera toll plaza forcibly charged unauthorized toll tax from driver, with proud claim that he has been doing this earlier as well. He refused to give any contact details of his superiors or produce any documents to further his claim. He also demanded that the officer whose luggage was going should have been traveling with the truck, which clearly meant that he was not aware of any policies or the indian toll act.
Request take necessary disciplinary action against the firm and the individual and please inform me of the action so taken.

I am using fastag purchased from hdfc bank.

Last week i made a trip to andhra pradesh from 02/03/2020 to 03/03/2020 by using my car tn 57 ad 9083.

On 05/03/2020, i received a message from fastag deducting rs. 450 from my fastag account. On that date, i am not making any trip.

The message was received from fastag as below

Your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 450 for adjustment entry on 03/5/2020 7:33:55 pm. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 20 - hdfc bank ltd.

I have also checked with bank & fastag statement showing rs 450 deducted from toll as manual debit.

Kindly revoke the wrongly deducted amount and credit the same in my fastag account and i have also sent you the wallet statement in an attached format for your reference and followup.

Please note that it is not mentioning the transaction date & time for the debit amount of rs.450/- in that wallet statement enclosed herewith.

I am a resident near nh 9 ghaziabad. I work in noida and lots of others also from past few months we are facing very difficuilty in our daily travel routine
We need to use underpass just after hindon river bridge towards ghaziabad but the underpass in close and we cannot take u turn to get access for our colony due to this situation the u turn in around 7-8 kms from our side that takes hours to reach our colony because of traffic and we face some dangerous accident due to this issue kindly solve this issue asap

Performed return journey through luharali toll plaza with car fastag id 34161fa820328e4005765be0 in a span of four hours but the same was deducted twice for full amount of rs 115 from each side in place of one and half journey. How and when the excess amount deducted would be refunded to my fastag account. Unfortunately number of fastags are being deducted wrongly in such manner pl take the corrective measures.

Dear nhai,

Am sivakumar from coimbatore (Tn 57 au 9441), when ever am crossing the salem to cochin toll at the l&t bypass, there was three toll gate and we need to pay 45 rs for all this three toll gates. But with the fast tag they are taking each toll gate 45rs, if we are asking about this there is no any response also. You can check my attachment for the details. May other city peoples are also crossing there, they don't know about this charges. So there is huge amount scam is happening in this toll gate. For the same if we are asking to the toll gate, there is no any proper response also. They asking us to contact toll gate authority.

Sir/madam, i baught fastag threw pnb bank online in nov, 2019 which bank deliverd to me on jan of 2020. When i used this in toll it show blacklisted. Icomplaint it regarding blacklist pnb fastag customer care they said your card is active but again it show blacklist than i again recharge with rs 200 on 28/02/2020 and now balance is rs.270 but again it show black list by toll plaza. I contact again customer care regarding this issue. They said you contact toll for that issue than i again contact toll plaza they shown me your vehicle is not shown in npci mapper. I again contact pnb fastag customer support. Now they said your vehicle number is entered with space (Hp15a1606 which is recorded as hp15a 1606). For this correction you have to e-mail pnb head office. I try to email that issue to pnb but theri email box is full no email delivered to them i again contact customer care for this they said you try again they will got your email so i composed mail again and again in next day. Now more than five days no action has been taken by bank. I visited to bank in meanwhile but staff who headed fastag was absent i again visited that bank bank said he will return after holi festival. Now i will again visit to that bank let c what happen but it is too much harrasment for customer. Late delivered fastag, too many call to customer support again and again visiting to toll plaza again and again email to bank but no respond till now.

As i was travelling from lucknow, there is toll which comes in between lucknow and raibareli. I was in the fast tag lane (2nd lane from the centre), there were two vehicles ahead of me. There was some issue with fast tag system so i kept on waiting when i went to ask the toll officer (Rakesh singh) that why are you not informing the people behind to change the lane to that he replied nothing can be done, you have to wait and he misbehaved with me. I usually face the same issue whenever i pass through this particular toll. The very purpose o[censored]sing fast tag is not getting fulfilled because of staff you keep.
I request you to follow up on the situation and take required action for the toll officer and give me some update on the following situation.

On 7/3/2020 assing through tollway o their toll gates crashed on our vehichle. Because of it our car got damaged and it will cost us about 50 thousand. Mr. Choudhury, manager of png tollway, pimpalgaon, nasik gave assurance that they will pay all the expenses and we have that in writing. But now after hearing the amount the is refusing. So please take strict action.

As i was crossing the mahuwan toll plaza from my car, an employee of the toll plaza broke the front mirror and rear mirror of my car with something heavy because the barrier did not fall while the fast tag is on my car. And toll money has also been deducted from fasttag's account. Now who is responsible for this loss and who will compensate for it.

I wish to bring this to your notice, the nh 46 service road (Chennai - banglore nh, g v s fuel station service road and lkm shed service road) has illegally encroached by unauthorized people. Kindly take action to remove the illegal encroachment and to make use of the said service road by common people, which is not been able to be used by the motorist. This action will highly reduce the traffic congestion

1. That the applicant has taken fastag from SBI with vehicle no. UP80CA6765 and on 01.02.2020 when I was going from Lucknow to Ayodhya and entered in Ahmadpur toll plaza toll tax Rs.90 was debited with transaction ID[protected]-0000000010407012391791 timing 10:00:18 and when reached Raunahi toll plaza again toll tax Rs.95 was debited with transaction ID[protected]-0000000010306012584866, on 15.02.2020 when I was going from Lucknow to Ayodhya and entered in Ahmadpur toll plaza toll tax Rs.90 was debited with transaction ID[protected]-0000000010407012391791 timing 10:00:18 and when reached Raunahi toll plaza again toll tax Rs.95 was debited with transaction ID[protected]-0000000010306012584866 and on 29.02.2020 when I was going from Lucknow to Ayodhya and entered in Ahmadpur toll plaza toll tax Rs.90 was debited with transaction ID[protected]-0000000010407012420395 timing 10:13:13 and when reached Raunahi toll plaza again toll tax Rs.95 was debited with transaction ID[protected]-0000000010306012746692. (It is being done since year 2017 when manually toll tax was collected some receipt is available which will be produced at the time of need) regarding which applicant has made complaint through mail but again on 07.03.2020 when I was going from Lucknow to Ayodhya and entered in Ahmadpur toll plaza toll tax Rs.90 was debited with transaction ID[protected]-0000000010406011685049 timing 10:16:08 and when reached Raunahi toll plaza again toll tax Rs.95 was debited with transaction ID[protected]-0000003070170320110604.

2. That it is further submitted that “THE NATIONAL HIGHWAYS (RATE OF FEE) RULES, 1977, provide the fee structure which is being quoted for kind perusal-
Rule-3 (2) The fee under sub-rule (1) for projects involving conversion into four-lanes of. existing two-lane of national highways shall not exceed the capping rates given below at June 1997 prices, namely:- 1. Car or Jeep or Van Rs.0.40 per km. 2. Light commercial vehicles Rs.0.70 per km 3. Truck or Bus Rs.1.40 per km 4. Heavy construction machinery and earthmoving equipment Rs.3.00 per km 1.

Similarly Rule 7 of THE NATIONAL HIGHWAYS (FEES FOR THE USE OF NATIONAL HIGHWAYS SECTION AND PERMANENT BRIDGE-PUBLIC FUNDED PROJECT) RULES, 1997 provides mode of collection which is being reproduced for kind perusal-
“7. Mode of collection of fee in case of departmental fee collection.-(1) Every driver, owner or person incharge of a mechanical vehicle shall, before crossing the National Highway Section or permanent bridge or having crossed it, stop his vehicle at the cross bar and pay the fee leviable in respect of the vehicles at the fee collection booths. The Fee Inspector shall in return, prepare a receipt in duplicate in Form A and hand over one copy of the receipt to the driver or owner or person incharge of the mechanical vehicle.

(2) Toll collection shall be done only at one place within a distance of 80 kms. from a point at the beginning of first National Highway Section or approach of entry of the first permanent bridge to be crossed under the jurisdiction of the same executing agency, regardless of number of projects falling within the length in order to facilitate free and unhindered movement of traffic. Where it is not feasible to do so, the number of collection point shall be kept minimum and shall be decided with the approval of Central Government. The fee may be collected from the driver, owner or person incharge of a vehicle on the first National Highway Section or permanent bridge which is intended to be crossed by such vehicle. The driver, owner or person incharge of the vehicle holding the receipt of such payment, shall be allowed to pass through other Sections and bridges of such Highway unhindered after showing the receipt to the Fee Inspector posted on other sections or bridges. Details of such Sections and bridges shall be displayed at a conspicuous place near the fees collection booths of the Sections or bridges covered under this sub-rule legibly written or printed in English, Hindi and the regional language of the area in which such sections or bridges are situated.

3. That as per NH Rule toll tax will be 40 paisa per kms but at the toll plaza excess toll tax are being charged twice although distance of Ahamadpur toll plaza to Raunahi toll plaza is about 56 kms only which is violation of the Rules.

4. That in spite of complete mechanism provided in the aforesaid Rules instead of implementing the Rules and norms given in it at the toll plaza continuously irregularity being committed by the authority concerned with the help of fastag provider regarding which I has made several complaint through mail but till date nothing has been done in the matter.

Wherefore, it is requested kindly take appropriate steps/Action for implementing the Rules and norms given in it and also refund the amount excess taken by toll plaza.
It is further requested that applicant using NH since year 2017 on each Saturday except 2nd Saturday of each month and excess toll tax are being taken from the applicant. So do needful to secure the right of applicant and refund excess money taken at toll plaza, failing which having left no option applicant will perforce to knock the door of Hon'ble Court for which you will be responsible.

Incident happened on chollang toll Punjab, their system was not able to scan fastag. your workers don’t even know how to behave with travellers travelling with families. He said either remove it or pay cash. Please find attachment for more clarification that he is misbehaving rather than solving problem.

I have got Fast tag for my vehicle TN 37 DF 1693. Further, I have taken a monthly pass for the Kaniyur Toll.

A few minutes back, I received a message from my Bank that my aforesaid vehicle has crossed the Kaniyur Toll at 16:20:59.

I have not travelled today anywhere and my vehicle is very much at my home. Shocked to receive a message.
Pl look into the matter and apprise me the correct position.

Sir there is no board showing that bike is not allowed, but traffic police cut the challan of bikes which is not good. All other toll roads are free for bike. I am very disappointed when i have to pay challan for no reason because of police dadagiri. They told us pay challan here for 500 otherwise pay at court for 5000. Noone want to do any discussion with police because everyone know their behaviour that's why they cut the challan anywhere...

Sir, i served in indian coast guard, and i was in uniform with i card. The operator denying for exemption and not give reply in respectable way as instructed in nhai letter and he charges toll fees from me. Toll amont 85, toll name - anantram toll plaza, ticket no[protected], date & time - 07/03/2020 14:30:51. Please clarify that, if defence is exempted with uniform and i card, than that toll plaza operator should know the proper things for smoth functioning at sensitive place.

Dear sir, we faced a worst experience on[protected].05 pm, at tangatur toll plaza, prakasam district, andhhra pradesh.

After tag validation, the barrel was gone up, we just moved from the place and suddenly the barrel automatically came down. We afraid ourselves and we suddenly stop the vehicle and aksed them what is the reason, their answer is not good and there is no responsible person available.

The other bad thing is the amount was deducted two times, from my account.

We felt this is not correct, where the government was restricting for the fast tag, why the nhai was taking care these all things.

20th february 2020, i had received a message from the hdfc bank and inr 335 has been deduct as adjustment of fastag as which was wrong.
I had send mail and called in customer care service many time but they have no solution of my complaint.

In sultanpur district there is asroga toll on lucknow highway. Only two lanes at the toll works regularly
One for cash and other for fastag.
At the toll there is 4 more lane which remains closed always, which find problem for public always. No one is there to listen on this topic
Kindly look at this matter, and resolve such issues on tolls which will help in saving time
