Sir, please publish fully functional 24/7 customer care toll free number at all toll plazas. The number "1033" which is shared as 24/7 customer care number of nhai as per many portals is not functional.

Also provide a option for travelers to pay cash at toll plazas to recharge fast tag. These are very basic & essential things than installing hundreds of huge display boards near toll plazas, most of which are poorly maintained / broken / is of least significance to passers by as no one reads so much information in so many boards.

At Hiwargaon Pawasa, sangamner dust.Ahmednagar local vehicles exempted for toll but amount deducted from fasttag.No one from toll plaza taking responsibilities for the same. I have suffered last two times. Also at toll plaza at time of rush more than two lanes closedown giving nonsense reasons.

    Agra development authority, rahankalan toll plaza, kuberpur to fatehabad section, extracted cash from me as toll telling fastag was not working, and amount got debited from my fastag account too leading to double charging me. Moreover, they are allowing non-fastag vehicles also in fastag lane, and not charging the prescribed penalty for non-fastag vehicles getting in fastag lane.

          Dear nhai,

          It has been observed that since more than an year there is a construction work in progress in nh4 (Pb road) from chitradurga till hubli. There are many diversions and the service roads are not maintained well. There are hundreds of humps which will increase the travel time.in this situation all the tolls are collecting full toll fee. When i asked hebbalu toll, the answer from the toll plaza employees are very rude. Toll supervisor also does not have any information on the same. Kindly stop collecting the toll till the road construction completes.

            National highway no.7 nagpur to hyderabad road at. Wadki. District yavatmal maharashtra. Not arrange street lights on overbridge..in night many accidents on overbridge. Please verify highway authority. At night the criminal mindness take action bad and harmful on people. This unsocial bad activity not good for residential and people. So people request to nhai and government of india.

              I have a four wheeler having registration no. UP14 CL3762. I purchased a IHMCL fastag from chhajarsi toll plaza, which damaged in changing process of broken windshield. I made fastag close request by fastag app login and also complaints so many times on your customer care no. i.e. 1033 but every time i got false and not satisfactory reply from your end. Each and every person told me new story every time and put my call on hold and thereafter disconnect the same. Due to this, I have to struggle in cash line on various toll plaza in long queue. It causes wastage of my time and money both. I got very frustrated due to their behaviour and now want to put my complaint through this channel.
              So deactivate my fastag and refund the money at the earliest.

                Sir, we had faced problem with weighting machine of department at above mentioned place. Even could say there is definite issue with the same.
                As per the rules and regulation we had confirmed the weight of vehicles with goods at the weight bridge of locality before leaving, when we had to pass through this area and as per rule of highway we have to confirm the weight of the same, where i have find unexpected increases in the weight. Evermore they didn't allowe us to saw the documents and prove the weight done before, and forced to pay ten times amount as a penalties.

                Kindly pay gentle attention to the issue,

                  Time: around 10.30 am

                  I approached the pallikonda toll plaza with a valid fastag on my vehicle, bearing registration number ka51mn6600. The fastag scanner couldn't scan my fastag for reasons unknown to me. I was asked to pay cash instead. National highway fee determination of rates and collection amendment rule 2018 gsr 427e 07.05.2018, states that vehicles are allowed to travel toll-free if fastag machines installed at toll plaza lanes fail to scan it. I showed the same to the toll plaza operators and the toll plaza manager. My fastag has been successfully scanned at other toll plazas as well and i showed the details of those transactions and the active status of my fastag. However they argued with me stating that it was my responsibility to fix issues with my fastag and forced me to pay cash. I lost about 30 minutes in this incident, and i eventually had to pay cash to pass through the toll plaza. This is violation of the rule stated above and the toll plaza operators and/or manager are not the authorized persons to determine any action other than what has been clearly stated in the rule.                     My vehicle num is dl14cc6194. I recharged my wallet with 433 ruppes through my fastag app. Recharge was successful through upi payment of bank punjab national bank.. The transaction id is upi/[protected]/p2m/ihmcl. [protected]@axisbank/ihmcl.. Amount debited from my account and my wallet bal is still same as before.. Pls refund my amount in my account or in fastag wallet.

                      As per the fee rules nhai 2008 the spacing between two adjacent toll plazas should be 60 km. But in my town why we have to pay in 5 toll that is in between 100kms? Why the navayoga company looting people. Why we have to pay tolls 4 times with in 100kms. What is the solution for this? Still the road construction are not finshed

Why the NAVAYOGA COMPANY looting people. Why we have to pay tolls 4 times with in 100kms. What is the solution for this? Still the road construction are not finshed

                        I am jayant puranik id: [protected] have travelled from mumbai to nasik on date 15 feb 2016 and passed arjunalli toll plaza at 17:36 where fast tag has taken rs. 110.00 and after crossing ghoti toll plaza on same continued road on same day at 19:06 again ghoti toll plaza has charged me rs. 110.00 which is incorrect. The double charged rs.110.00 should immediately refunded to my attached tag account and also requested to escalate the said complaint to concerned road authorities to stop this type of deliberate mistakes and i will be exempted from toll in my entire life tenure in future as penalty to wrong taxation done to me and to control this type of mistake in future.

                          I have travelled through bhagan toll plaza on 16.2.2020. Automatic gate were not working and operator came with hand hold device. Even after making me wait for 10 min he said the machine was not reading. Later on after reaching home i fine that double amount has been deducted for vehicle no. Dl1cs 0515. The message read as under.
                          Paid rs. 70 for vehicle reg. No. Dl1cs0151 at bhagan toll plaza on[protected] t 17.21.33. For future reference toll txn id :0000000000000005548046.
                          This is rajan from vallioor. I crossed through Nanguneri tollgate to Tirunelveli and comeback to vallioor.
                          They are not giving return tickets from the tollgate. I lost 45 rupees because I took 2 Single tickets each 90. If return available It will cost 135. Rs. Plz do some action on it . Thanks

                            My vichele no is rj 20 cb 7560. I have a fastag on my vichele. When i passed from mandana toll plaza, my fastag is active, cash amount has been taken rs 50 by toll cabin man by said that your fastag is blocklisted, but amount of rs.50 has been also deduct from fastag.. Its a blackmailing of toll plaza to take money in access...
                            Why i will pay 2 times money when i am passing one time..

                            FASTag lanes are not used in Bihar (Saidpur Patedha Toll Booth), people not having FASTag are not fined and people using FASTag facing lot of problems such as waiting long in the queue.

                            Date 11 Feb 2020 around 7.30 PM.

                            Satara anewadi toll plaza fasttag lane is faulty, not able to scan fasttag installed in the car. Toll plaza staff forced to pay in cash.
                            These people language is so rude and rubbish sound like goons around local area.

                              Today we are going to pali to sojat city. On the way beawer pali pindwara tollway ltd came. We are demanding return toll receipt they are denied to give us return receipt and they are take two time inside toll tax within 5 hours. And also denied to give return slip. We are ready to pay return receipt toll amount. But they say we are not allow return toll tax receipt. Matlab aane jane ka sath me receipt nahi kata. If they give us return receipt we save २० rupees.

                                Respectful person, i am writing this complaint because we faced a issue in the krishnagiri toll, there is no any intimation like there be penality if we pass in the fast tag lane with cash other than fast tag card. Unknowingly we went to the lane and gave cash the person is putting penalty and giving the pass... That was rigid she simply telling u came i. This lane so putting fine.. If we had said there will be penalty we would have taken reverse and came in cash lane.. Please check and do needful
                                I have been charged toll twice while driving from Mumbai to Pune on Mumbai-Pune Expressway. Both the transaction were made through Fastag.

                                  Despite having fastag, i had to give que behind other cars. No seperate que for cash group. When i complained that staff misbehaved with me. You should open lane half for only cash and half for only fast tag. This is valid advice i gave to them, but they racted wrongly and unnecessarily. A service provider should be sober and proper behaved. But i had suffered time loss, harassment and misbehaviour. Take action please.

                                    I am working in indian army & crossed dahar toll on[protected] and the toll members not exempted my car toll (Car no. Hr14n-6907) and deducted my rs.90/- amount from my account. And there way of talking of line staff is bad.
                                    So being a military person in working position, i requested to please refund my amount and proper guide the staff about way of talking.

                                      While going from amritsar to chiddan toll plaza no prices are written on the cash lane and when asked for return receipt the guy told no return is available on this toll. This is really sad that people are going to watch bsf border programs and just few kms after the border starts, the corruption is going on.
                                      They are literally harrasing people.

                                        Sir,. My vehicle no. Is cg04ms6948, having balance of above rs. 499/-, when reached pithora toll plaza, the monitor showed black listed. Even after request it was not accepted and checked. I had to pay rs. 135/-. Then i was allowed to move forward. Our lot of time was waisted and i had to pay again even after maintaining the balance. It shows something is fraudulent. I request to transfer my paid amount in my fast track a/c else i will have to request higher authorities.
