Dear sir, if same amount will get deducted for return journey from fastag account on tolls then this s just loot of public by toll plazas. They send messages late regarding deductions & not display deducted amount on led screens at plaza.
Kindly see the above screenshots of deducted amount for the return journey is same within 12 hrs. This is simply loot as message come late regarding deductions till then plazas done their loot as one may not return again to complain for extra charges. Please look into the matter. Kindly deposit extra deducted amount.

    My car number is cg10v7996, i crossed bhojpuri toll plaza on 15 february 2020 from bhojpuri toll plaza and toll plaza was charged me rs 80 via fastag.

    Cg10 and cg04 car number was declared charged only rs 40 by nhai, but bhojpuri toll plaza charged me rs 80. So please take strict action on bhojpuri toll plaza. This is very bad service by bhojpuri toll plaza

    In our Bilaspur Chhattisgarh, Bhojpuri toll naka has started, which is not operational in any condition, it is our misfortune that our government has given a contract to a company which has started toll toll even without completing its work. On the way to Bilaspur to Raipur, many times my vehicle has to be driven in the opposite direction.
    A lot of over bridge work is still pending or has been damaged which has not been inaugurated and the toll barrier has been started. Our state high officials are requested that the toll stop should be stopped immediately.
            Otherwise, a petition has to be filed on behalf of the public in the High Court

      My vehicle is 12 +driver seating capacity. And vehicle class is maxi cab. As nhai fees rules it has been car, van, jeep, catagory. Nh1 and nh8 toll plaza follow it but nh9 toll plaza fastag use lcv catagory same vehicle. I think that all nhai toll plaza rules are same. I bought it from paytm but they don't know about it. They have change vehicle catagory time to time with out any notification.

        On landhari toll plaza, they are doing fraud onname of toll. I cross 2 times toll plaza. And they charged 75+75 each side.
        I told them that in 24 hours i[censored] come back, toll will be charged half. 75+38
        But they told me they will charge full each side. They told this is rule after 15 january 2020.
        This is all recorded their cam also.
        Please check they r doing fraud with customer. Please registered my complaint. My mobile number is [protected]. My name is abhinav from sirsa.

          I had asked for two way toll ticket and paid inr 55. He did not inform us that it's two way instead he gave a ticket. Trusting that toll executive we came back after work to the same toll after 2 hours. We were not allowed to go directly and they said you have to pay again. When we asked them that why we were not told before. They said a notice has been put didn't you see. But they have inform people who don't travel frequently on that toll. And we were angry on them because this is the way they loot people without information. I don't know this will be taken seriously. My duty was to bring it to notice of govt.

            Hi sir/mam,

            We were travelling from pune to mahabaleshawar by a rented cab and at khed shivapur pune maharashtra toll plaza the person incharge refused to give the return toll ticket and asked us to buy a new one on our return as the return ticket is of rs. 140 while the single ticket is rs. 95 and this way they would make more money. Is cheating the common people justified?

                I am a professor in government college, sargaon and used to cross bhojpuri toll plaza located at raipur-bilaspur road (Nh 200) near sargaon. It has been started recently. As per the suggestion of plaza staff, i purchased a fastag near the plaza. They also activated the fastag. Further, they issued a pass at the cost of rs. 265/-which is valid till 29, february, 2020. It needs to mention that neither receipt of the amount paid nor the pass in physical form was given to me. I was simply told that now you can cross the toll easily.
                Inspite of that i am facing serious problem while csossing the plaza. The camera and other devices hardly recognize my vehicle. Sometimes it recognizes properly but many times it does not.
                Sir, i am a government official. I can not wait at plaza for 25-30 minutes. Please do something.

                  This is in line with my earlier complaint: dist/mnpn/2020/17192 on aaple sarkar portal. We, residents at gera's isle royale are suffering due to multiple issues. 1. Metro camp set up leading to sanitation and hygiene issues. 2. Metro camp bringing in heavy vehicles like cranes, excavators and trucks, buses to park as well as to transport people. 3. Latest issue is the chandnichowk flyover work that is happening are dumping their rubble somewhere inside the hills, passing through isle royale complex at kokatewasti, near chandnichowk, pvpit college. 4. As such, we do not have proper access roads, and yet these roads are used by the heavy machinery by flyover project as well as metro project and even those kaccha roads are in very bad state. 5. We buy water from tankers (As we are not yet given water connection owing to road development delays), but to reduce pollution we are sprinklinkg water all over the road, problem is not our creation, we cannot spend on this wasteful expenses. We, residents took this place to be away from pollution and traffic, but these vehicles (Almost 80-100 heavy vehicles) passing by leaving pollution, dust and sound pollution 24* 7 is creating lot of issues. There are residents who suffer from allergies and other ailments and is creating more issues for them. What we need is : 1. The rubble disposal should happen from other roads, if it is a legal approved process 2. Metro camp should not be allowed to bring in heavy vehicles and park (They are receding the green cover, adding pollution). 3. Metro camp should be shifted as soon as possible, as we are tired of sanitation issues and other issues. We are continuously complaining to the authorities and we do not get any relief of all these problems. It is not done any more. Enough of all these. Please look into this and sort this problems asap, or we may have to escalate it to the higher authorities.

                    Time: around 10.30 am

                    I approached the pallikonda toll plaza with a valid fastag on my vehicle, bearing registration number ka51mn6600. The fastag scanner couldn't scan my fastag for reasons unknown to me. I was asked to pay cash instead. National highway fee determination of rates and collection amendment rule 2018 gsr 427e 07.05.2018, states that vehicles are allowed to travel toll-free if fastag machines installed at toll plaza lanes fail to scan it. I showed the same to the toll plaza operators and the toll plaza manager. My fastag has been successfully scanned at other toll plazas as well and i showed the details of those transactions and the active status of my fastag. However they argued with me stating that it was my responsibility to fix issues with my fastag and forced me to pay cash. I lost about 30 minutes in this incident, and i eventually had to pay cash to pass through the toll plaza. This is violation of the rule stated above and the toll plaza operators and/or manager are not the authorized persons to determine any action other than what has been clearly stated in the rule.                     This has not been resolved because I have no clue what action has been taken. This complaint has been wrongfully marked as resolved.
                    I was going to mumbai on 8 February 2020 as I was near the navsari as boriach toll plaza the toll department denied to give the return toll they say that the rules has changed and the national highway authority has shut down the return toll. They take our double money now.

                      On[protected] double amount has been deducted by fastag reader on rohad toll plaza for my car with registered number hr-24-v-6925.

                      The payment has been deducted second time after 20 seconds of first transaction.

                      On the very same day, i have registered a complain in this regard on nhai customer care.

                      I have called on customer care and they said, its a double deduction case and your money will be refunded automatically in your nhai digital wallet with in next 48 hours.

                      But after 17 days of wrong transaction money is not refunded.

                      Even i have sent my complain on one whatsapp number ([protected]) shared by customer care, but no response at this platform also.

                      I called on customer care so many times to know the status of my complain. But the response from executives were not positive. Even they were not ready to listen any issue and said it will take time, we can not help you out any more. I asked the madam who was on call to transfer my call to some senior executives, she talked rudely and said, we have told you it will take time and further, we can't transfer your call as our senior executives are not free for this complain.

                      I have attached the screenshots of transactions and messages received on my registered mobile number for these transactions.

                      It is clear with the time of transactions that money has been deducted twice in 20 seconds of time.

                      I request you to please refund the extra amount deducted from my nhai wallet.

                      Moreover, its not about the money which has been deducted, it is about the system of digital payments at toll plazas and support from customer care in case of any concern.

                      How can we be assured that next time the same thing will not happen?

                      During my recent visit to rohtak on Saturday while passing through Ramayan toll plaza hisar(Haryana) the employee (Suresh- booth no-4) misbehaved while complaining of slow working of fast tag but instead of listening he started behaving eraticly & this was realy a non prfessional behaviour, kindly look into the matter & do the needfull.

                        fraud about nhai rohad toll plaza

                        My car no. Is dl2can7581, i was going from delhi to rohtak on dt 09/02/2020 by my car.

                        On rohad toll plaza, toll person said that your fastag is not in working so you have to pay cash rs. 120/- instead of 60/-. I asked him why it's not working and balance is also available in this fastag but he said that i can't do anything, you have to pay. Because i was in hurry and the car behind me was blowing horn again and again, i paid...

                        We have purchased fast tag from http://www.fastagservices.in/ in january by paying rs 600 from google pay. It was delivered in 2 days. But no support to activate the same. The number [protected] was not connecting. No response if we send mail to [protected]@fastagservices.in. Its a sbi fast tag and if we call sbi they told us to contact the agent. Total 600 loss and no support.
                        Yesterday 13-Feb-2020 received SMS from sbi with fast tag username and password. Hope its activated.
                        Seems like fastag is going to be mandatory in near future on all major expressway.
                        But its very sad to see it to be very slow as it took one hour to pass through khopoli toll at 1:20 PM
                        Kindly do something to improve the services.
                        purchased fastag from http://www.fastagservices.in/ in Jan 2021 1st week ... fastag not activated and customer care no [protected] is not working...when I called customer care number they said no details in banking system and I am not able to activate my fastags...cheated of Rs 700/-

                          All the toll booths are open for cash counters and fast tag. So for fastag users has to wait in a queue instead of smooth operation.
                          They should at least keep 50% right booths dedicated only for fastag and gradually increase.
                          For now seems like no use of taking fastag on this highway.

                          Also the toll prices have increased so much that it seems an harassment for paying the toll looking at the condition of road since last 5 to 8 years. Tolls were around rs.40 which has now increased till rs.95 instead of reducing it.

                              We are from andhra pradesh kurnool district mantralayam, one of the toll plaza at out neareat town mugathi toll plaza on nh 167, we have facing a lot of trouble with your contracter which is maintaining the toll plaza daily thousands of vehicles running on this way but your contractor opened only single lane, and not maintaining fastag lane, the government has says mandatory convert all lanes barring one in each direction into fastag lanes jan 15 onwards. And also the employees of the toll plaza rude behavior of the costumers, kindly requesting you to check and do action on contractor.

                                    Please take action on the contractors who are making roads between bellary and tekkalakote. Roads are so bad. No proper diversions, no service roads actually there is no such so called tar road it's jus full of pot holes. And it's been an year in same condition.

                                    Would request concerned officers to take strick action against the contractors.

                                    Looking forward for better...

                                    My fastag had a balance of rs.80/- and the manesar toll plaza denied to take the fastag entry and said you have to pay cash and also of double i. E., rs.130.
                                    While coming from jaipur just prior to this toll had charged me rs.135 in cash which is the actual cost of the toll.
                                    But manesar toll plaza is charging extra toll while in cash to all the customer.
                                    This is not fare to the general public when the govt. Has given the notification then why toll plaza is charging double tax.
                                    On my travel to Himmatnagar on dtd. 26.01.2020, the operator lady at Kathpur Toll Plaza Km 472.035 - NH-8 in Gujarat conveyed that due to Fastag, Return pass wont be issued and I had to buy Single Journey pass for Up and Down in single day

                                    On date 6/02/2020 unnecessary toll deducted from my fastage account while passing through hanging bridge toll plaza over chambal river in kota city.
                                    This was unnecessary because my car number RJ08CA9645 and a cars having number RJ08 OR RJ20 are exempted from toll tex.
