I passed from trichy road to pollachi road on lt by pass road and again back after 4 hours. My tag was scanned both at the entry at trichy road and again at exit at pollachi road, on my return trip i was sacnned at entry point at pollachi road and again at exit point at trichy road. I was charged twice at entry as well as at exit points on both trips. That is rs45 at entry point and again rs45 at exit point. But if i pay cash it is only rs 45 per trip.

I have travelled on nh48 on 02/02/2020 from davanagere to bangalore, at your toll plaz karjeevanahalli has deducted fee thrice against my fast tag no.34161fa820328aa204df8a80 issued to my vehicle no ka 04 ms4562

1. One deducted vide no. Tid-ft[protected] rs. 80/- deducted on the same day
2. Ans again deducted vide id no. Tid[protected] rs. 355/- dated 02/02/2020 deducted & massage received on 06/02/2020
Kindly revert this amount immediately.

I am a local residence @ nigdi and my vehicle is registered in mh14...

While crossing toll at moshi (On pune - nasik road), those employees suddenly stop the car and ask to pay for toll... While mh14 passing vehicles passes without toll normally... Can some one provide information on exact rules for exemption on toll fee on this toll??

Hope some one in government is responsible to provide such clarity and avoid harassment of people due to lack of information.

I am narender singh, resident of prithla teh & distt - palwal haryana (121102). We are using service line for u-turn from prithla-dhatir road to prithla-sehrala road, on this service road people do not have footpath. As i know, nhai reserves some area near road for people using cycles & for walking and we can also use sewer line for same purpose.
Main issue is, people who have shops and homes near service line occupied space for footpath forcefully. Even they have walls or their goodies on sewer line, so people with cycles or walking on service line and its quite difficult to drive a car on same road.
I hope you will take a strong action to footpath space occupied in prithla, it can make our life easy. Also we can avoid accidents around it. Thank you!

Sir,
I am living in tri nagar delhi near toll plaza and are exempted for paying toll at gharaunda toll plaza by presenting my paytm fast tag as per policy of toll plaza. 2/2/2020 rs 125 was deducted from my fast tag account registered with my mob no [protected] vehicle no dl8cy6898. I have shown my rc at toll booth to concerning operater during my journey up & down, on 2/2/2020 nothing information was given to me by operator about deducting toll charges from my fast tag account
You are hereby kindly requested to please refund my money to my fast tag account

Today, i paid for return journey which is valid for 24 hrs at shahjahanpur toll plaza (₹200) but when i returned the worker at shahjahanpur toll plaza additionally deducted the toll from my hdfc fast tag (₹135) wallet unnecessarily. Please provide my amount (₹135) asap! Or else unwillingly i would have to go for a legal action.

Dear sir,
When i was crossing bassi toll plaza on 3feb. 2020 by my car rj20 ce 1368, in lane l05 at bssi toll plaza, i was forced to pay by cash though my fastag account is having sufficient balance in fastag, that results in deduction of toll tax twice. My cash transition id [protected] of amount 75 rs at at 11.04.28 am and from my fast tag account the same amount of 75 rs has been debited from my fasttag hdfc account on 10.59.29 am.
I think that’s a technical problem.
So please refund my money asap in my fast tag account.
Please process this action asap.

Also automatically paid rs. 60 to toll fastag on feb 2, 2020 15:36:51 with ref: [protected].
Toll guy did not tell me deduction from fast tag and charged cash from me.

In the way of aligarh to bulandshahr condition of road is so bad, road of highway is totally damaged. People is now so panic so many vehicles pass through this road, any mishappening could be happened, accordingly condition of road charges of toll is so high
Kindly pass this message to the concern authority so that problem of this highway could be resolved.

Ne1 ahd to baroda thire is two entry and exit.
One is from ctm and another is from sp ring road

If we go through from 1st single jurney charges will 110 from second 105

If we go with return journey 160/- + 5 or 10 extra for taking exit and entry from separate tall

Now as per my last visit on 27th jan 2019

No any return discount is apply on my fastag and paytm executive say you can complaint to nhai for the same we can not do anything

I was charged twice while passing through toll plaza at pahammawlein, guwahati shillong road, meghalaya on feb1, 2020 as per following smss :

Kindly refund the extra amount charged and take necessary action so that other motorists are not charged extra in future.

We never travelled through mettupatti toll plaza by our car, but my fastag was charged rs.50 saying that we crossed mettupatti toll plaza which is on salem ulundurpet highway, on 31st jan 2020 at around 10.45pm.. While our car was in our parking space the whole time.. And we talked to the bank helpline number where we got our fastag, and they say it is no way possible.. And we also enquired about it in another toll plaza, where even they say it is never possible.. How can this happen???

In the way of aligarh to Bulandshahr condition of road is so terrible, highway is totally damaged, so many times tyre was damaged, travelling of this highway is like MAUT KA KUA.
People is so panic now because it's so long time now of damaged road so many vehicles pass through this road, some mishappenings could be happened any time

I have used toll road (Vadodara - amdavad express way) with my vehical vide no. Gj06le9028 from vadodara entry point to amdavad at 16.09.05 on dt.01/02/2020 using fast tag (Hdfc bank) at toll road booth rs.110/- have been cut from my account.
On my return journey to vadodara on same day i. E (On 01/02/2020) at 22.35.36 from sardar patel ring road entry point (Toll plaza) unfortunately there rs 105/-toll charge has been cut.
In above case, no benefit of return journey within 24 hours has given to me. Why?
Please do needful in the matter and give me the benefit of return journey as per rule. And revert the excess charges levied by the company that i have paid because of to cut the toll charge is not in your control. Other wise i have to take further action with other governmental authority.

This Happens A Lot Of Time With Me And More Peeps Staying In Kalyan. Peeps Staying In Kalyan With Reg City No (MH 05) Has Rights To Pay No Toll While Returning From Nashik Side If We Are Coming From Nearby City Still The Tolls Workers Charge Rs 100 After Explaining The Procedure Too. Many Times While Traveling To Shahapur I Have To Pay Rs 100 Every Damn Time Which Is High Price Where I Don't Want To Go To Nashik. The NHAI Should Add Up New Toll Amount Of Somewhere Between 20/30 Rs Of Shahpur/Asangaon Stop.

Mentioned toll plaza refuses to make my local pass for the toll as i am residents of kaiserganj.
My vehicle is registered with up-32 while mentioned toll is up-40.
Fair point raised by manager that it can't be entertained as your number is not from bahraich district but same time on the same registration (Up_32) number he is giving local pass to more than a dozen vehicles.
If rules are different for mr plz let me know.

While crossing toll plaza at sawleshwar on pune-solapur highway, my fast tag was showed black listed.
I have paid two tolls just before this plaza and it worked well.
I had balance of around 750 in the account and still it didnt work.
I was asked to pay double the amount at plaza and there was very rude behaviour by supervisor of the toll plaza.
So this is the way of corruption and looting double money because of system issues.

Please help me with complaint against supervisor and return the extra amount back to my account.

I have a 'paytm fastag' on my vehicle no. Tn82 f 8627. Tag is active and have a balance of rs. 675.00. On 01/02/2020, i crossed through 'nemili sriprumbudur” toll plaza (Km37. 800nh-4) at nh 4) through automatic gate and an amount of rs. 30.00 was deducted in my paytm app.

But the gate didn't opened, and the staff told that your card is blacklisted, may be due to low balance. I showed the active status of my 'tag' on the paytm fastag website, where it was showing the status as 'active' and balance as rs. 675.00 in addition to the 'security amount' of rs. 150.00 also. But they force me to pay the cash rs. 60 by cash and attached is the receipt/
I can’t understand, why i was made to pay cash, when i had an active fastag. I paid cash to avoid further in convenience to other fellow motorists, who were in a long queue. Actually i would have been allowed to pass the plaza, when there is a system problem. So, please return the amount of rs. 60 that you collected cash unnecessarily.

With reference to above subject while i am coming from tembhurni dist solapur towards pune in sardewadi & patas toll plaza they collect cash from us due to system issue also my fasttag balance also deducted from my account. They collect double toll charges from us. Kindly request you do need full action please. Toll plaza will collect both double toll tax fastag & cash both
