Today 20.1.2020 our tuck going to hazira while going from boriach toll plaza rs 350 deducted at 8.45 amfrom fast tag and while return back at 5.19 pm rs 170 is deducted from fast tag at boriach toll plaza gujarat means rs 520 toll collected return toll is 350 and total toll collected is 520 means extra rs 170 collected.

Same for bhagwada toll plaza rs 395 collected at 7.36 am while returning back at 6.30 pm rs 200 deducted again from fast tag means rs 200 extra collected
Please look up in this case and reverse amount to fast tag account.

I am traveling in my private car no. 6312 from sikandara to alwar on sikandara-bhiwadi mega Highway. I was charged a toll of rs. 55 instead of rs. 20 at mahuwa toll which is of a tampu Taxi, and when I object the staff misbehaved and told that we can charge whatever we want. On the same road at pichupura toll I was charged rs. 25 of pvt. car and on the same road in an hour how my vehicle of same number changed from private car to tampu taxi? I called the number[protected], on that number a mr. Manoj kumar post computer operator said that a private car and tampu taxi is the same thing and there is no difference between a private vehicle and a commercial vehicle. I want the resolution of my complaint of staff misbehaving and extra toll charge.I am attaching both the toll receipts for your reference.

I am coming from meerut (UP) to Muzaffarnagar (UP) via WUPTL Plaza at sivaya (Meerut UP). at[protected] time 5.30PM. my car have HDFC Fast tag (wallet ID- [protected]) When my car reach at collection point Toll employees told me that my fast tag is blacklisted because of no fund available in Fast tag.they told me to go in cash line and pay double. when i told them that i my fast tag have around 1000/- balance they misbehave with me and told to pay immediately double of toll. i reverse my car and go to another fast tag lane. they again come there and abusing my driver and scolding loudly. i again intervene and told to show the message of blacklisted. then they again demand double toll. after my insist to show the blacklist message, another employee come and say ok give normal toll and i pay normal toll there. but later i found that toll is already deducted from my fast tag and they also collected toll in cash from me. i have receipt of cash toll and toll deducted from my account. both are same time and date for same vehicle. i want to complaint about double deduction of toll and also want to complaint about behavior of toll employees. they behave like bouncers.

On 18/01/2020 @03:57 pm amount of rs 50 charges for my car has been deducted through fastag but next day on 19/01/2020 @ in between of07:40 am to 07:55 am i entered in lane and operator said pay cash because you have insufficient balance in account then i paid rs 50 and no slip given by him but i checked later i had rs 130 balance in my fastag wallet but in evening while returning on 19/01/2020 @05:05 pm again rs 50 deducted through fastag at kurali toll plaza

On friday 17 jan 2020 at patas toll plaza, my car is having active fastag with sufficient balance, but scanner was unable to read and they forcefully collected double amount rs. 140.00. And also they are putting wrong/incorrect vehicle no on receipt.
As per national highway fee determination of rates and collection amendment rule 2018 gsr 427e 07.05.2018 of the national highways authority of india (Nhai) clarifies that — if the fastag for your car isn’t properly detected by the reading machines in different lanes at toll plazas, you do not need to pay any toll at all for that particular trip.

The employee are not enough educated at toll plaza they dont know the rule, so request you to take action on this to get refund my extra amount.

I ordered fastag from airtel payments bank. The order is shipped. Even after 7 days i haven't recieved it. A normal delivery to my area takes 3-4 days but yet not delivered.
The no given for customer care is not working.
This is totally a way to frustrate customer.

I would like to get this issue to your immediate attention. On jan 1, 2020, i traveled from kalamassery to high court junction via container terminal road. Initially rs. 50 was debited from my fastag account for one side journey at 4:30 pm, which is correct.

But exactly after 1 hour at 05:30 pm, again rs 50 was deducted from my fastag account, during this time i was stuck in traffic block at high court junction. This is an unauthorized transaction done by the same container terminal toll plaza. Can you please necessary action to get the rs 50 refunded/credited back to my fastag account.

I hope the fastag was implemented for the benefit of both customer and the nhai. Now it looks like the toll plaza is debiting the amount as per their convenience. Looking forward for quick and positive response.

Please find the attached fastag report from 25 dec to jan 14 for the vehicle # kl-39-l-5134. The issue reported is for the transaction dated 1st jan 2020. The first transaction is genuine, but the second one is not. I need the refund for the same.
The way the toll plaza is cheating people, there should be strict action taken against the toll plaza, so that in future no one else faces this kind of issues while using the national highway roads.

Respected sir, i am daily commuter and travel via kherki daula toll plaza narne:mcepl krn.42 toll, delhi-gurugram section. Kherki daula toll plaza narne:mcepl krn.42 toll, delhi-gurugram section is charging penalty for low fastag balance. Commuters are forced to pay rs.130 with penalty even after having valid fastag because of low balance. Toll plaza manager has been informed but no response. I official informed them by sending details but they are completely unaware about rules, in fact there is regular misbehaviour of toll plaza agents. Please take appropriate action to stop illegal extortion.

We are coming from khammam trying to reach vijayawada on personal purpose.
We are unaware of fast tag rules.
At chillakallu toll plaza we are stopped for nearly 50 min for toll fee.
Actually no certain sign boards available in route or near toll plaza.
Fast tag vehicles and non fast tag are allowed in different lanes.
As we are unaware of that we entered into fast tag lane and having maximum number of vehicles behind, the employes near toll entrance treated us with filthy language and stopped us for 50 min with one side arguments.
Finally they let us to non fast tag lane.
We lost our time and appointed time in vijayawada.
Please consider this issue seriously.

Today evening there was totql mismanagement and chaos at toll plaza. No queuq were managed and everyone entered wrong queue. Fast tag dedicated li be not maintianed or accessible. Had to wait for 35 minutes to pass thru the toll counter. Lot and miss management and none to monitor or take action to resolve the traffic jam.
Cars / buses/ trucks were simply standing and wasting time and fuel for more then 34 minutes

Mr. Bhagel manager at bhatwada toll at piplod gujarat lifted hand... When i raised my voice as he could not handle the traffic on 17/01/2020 time 21:00hrs i was with my family who has give them right to raise hands n talk on their top of voice with customers... I had to wait for more then 30min even they close toll booths at night... For what r u charging when ur booths are not working... Everytime managers at bhatwada fight with customers n do dadageri... They tell do anything u like no one can tell us anything... What is this... Going on...

15 minutes back as i entered soso khurd toll plaza
Fastag lane, my vehicle no. Jh05by1402 showed the "blacklist fastag" error message. However i had recharged my fastag on 16th jan 2020 and the status showed active with inr 230 tag balance. On showing my fast tag balance in my app the collection agent at the window misbehaved and denied any help. Kindly look into this matter for the inconvenience caused.

This is to inform and address an issue regarding the implementations of fast tags system which was suppose to reduce the traffic jams.
The area that we need to report an issue is of bagwada national highway 48 (Gujarat). There are drums placed in middle of the roads, just before the tolls which is causing more traffic jams than usual and also there are high chances for accidents to take place.

Today - 18 jan 2020 at 7.15 am while travelling from pune to mumbai, at talegaon toll plaza, the system debited my fastag wallet by rs 173/- but message displayed on terminal at the toll plaza was "insufficient balance" and i was asked to pay the toll in cash which i paid rs 230/- (For return journey). As though i knew there is sufficient balance in my wallet, i was using fastag for the first time and thought that the fastag was not activated yet (I had sent an e-mail to axis bank for activation but had not received any reply). Hence i paid the toll in cash. After some some when i received an email intimation for the debit of rs 173 in the wallet i realised the double payment of the toll.

Attached are the e-mail intimation for the debit of rs 173 and receipt for cash payment of rs 230/- please note that the time on both the transactions is exact same.

Request you to refund the toll amount of rs 173 by crediting it to the same wallet

I was traveling with my family from chikmagalur to bangalore and at last toll before nice road toll, nellamangla toll, few goons, jumped the lane, overtook our vehicle unethically and went ahead. On confronting, they abused and gathered from different vehicles and started threating and misbehaving. It went on to even racial comments for them to be local and us being outsiders. The nhai authority at the scene did nothing more than helping them fled away from the scene. They even didn't call the police, and when we called, they tried and settle the matter without taking any action against the miscreants. One of them even snatched my phone and the other pushed my mother and this all happened right in front of the nhai staff. Vehicle number and time of the incident is below: ka 41 z 4110; date 17th january 2020 07:00 pm - 7:45 pm. Please check video recording from toll plaza for details.
I would appreciate if our organization is strong enough to take any action against the miscreants and the officials there, for not taking an action right then. If we don't take action now, we are supporting such indiscipline acts and such offensive behaviour.

Hello, I want to complaint against tollplaza on Rajkot Porbandar Highway, today I stack in tollplaza traffic for 15 min, I also trying to approach toll plaza officer, staff talk very rudely and said toll plaza runs by their own rules. I am very disappointed what's happened on highways, there was three toll plaza on Rajkot Porbandar Highway on is located near Rajkot, second one is located at near pithadiya and third toll plaza located at duniyani. And also dumiyani toll plaza fares very high that matches with expressway toll plaza. I am trying complaint online beacuse today there s hope to solve this problem very earlier asap.

I always come up with situations where, toll plaza personnel are allowing the vehicles without the fastag id also to pass through the dedicated fastag lane. I would like to say that this is the murder of the main purpose of getting fastag.
The reason we always get from the toll plaza personnel is, they are allowing the heavy traffic on that particular day.

This cannot be accepted as a reason because, irrespective of traffic situations (Less traffic or heavy traffic), the people who have paid the stipulated amount and got the fastag should only be allowed in this dedicated lane.
The main purpose of getting fastag id is, we need not wait in long queues in any toll plazas.

The fastag lanes at milk majra toll plaza, jagadhri highway are never in working condition due to which jam and chaos is created at toll plaza and a lot of time is wasted. Attendents behave rudely. Only the cash machine lane is working in which there is long que since other fast tag lanes dont work. Attendents also dont respond properly. Cars have to turn back and come in other lanes due to which a lot of time is wasted.

I applied for lrp and they came for verification after 15 days and they said come and collect pass on 17/01/2020 in perungudi toll plaza, chennai.

I went at 2.30 pm to collect the pass. One guy is working there. I asked for pass. He said today is holiday.. Come on tuesday. But he s working inside. He was very rude and not even give respect.

These guys earning money from us. We pay taxes. They dont answer properly and they wont ready to do their job alos.

I dont know why these departments are working this much lazy.

In tamilnadu, a village near udumalai named pethampatti, local area people receiving money from vehicles in the name of sunga vari (Toll tax in english) as 50rs per vehicle. If asked thry say they have took temple tender for parking and 3kms govt road for 10 days. They are illegally forcing people to pay money for non toll areas. Please look into this and make people pay only at toll booth.
