My vehicle no is wb68w 3568 with fastag no 34131fa 82026c 81c021 a5fe0. When my vehicle crossed palsit toll plaza and dankuni toll plaza they have collected cash rs 125 each on 13.01.2020. At 08.14 am at palsit plaza & at 9.06 am at dankuni plaza. I had purchased fastag from icici bank. Which was blacklisted due to low balance. My vehicle no mh43u5859 tag no21496833 customer id 11135532 i had closed it on 13/12/2019 after making all payment as well as i have received a refund. But they have not cleared blacklisted no on nhai portal. Therefore i can not apply a fast tag from other bank as icici have blacklisted it. Thousands of devotees visit dakor ranchhodrayji mandir from vadodara every month. To go to dakor they have to cross vasna toll plaza and after crossing toll plaza just after 200mtr they have to turn down to service road. Thus they are just cross toll plaza but not utilize toll road. Eventhough toll authority collect toll tax of rs.120/- for single trip and 180/- for return trip from all vehicle owners which is not justified. There is no alternative...

We were returning from ghaziabad on 13 jan, and at exit point waiting for turn to submit toll fees at between 2pm to 3 pm as fasttag was activated yet, as the rush in cash line was increasing a toll employee asked us to divert and go to last lane for exit, we with many others re routed to change lane for toll exit.

Toll plaza of Kota Bypass deducted toll fee from my fastag account on 11th January 2020. My vehicle registration number is RJ20 CG 1223. Which is free for this toll. I have called to customer care of toll plaza and also to fastag bank axis bank. But they are playing as office office.

In ban toll plaza there is only one lane for fastag users and four lanes for cash transaction users and a heavy jam on this toll plaza. I request to you kindly take action in this matter. I'm registered a complaint about non delivery of online fast tag registered with axis bank on 27.12.2019. But yet i didn't received any response from the said bank and also yet no fast tag.
