I have travelled from chennai to coimbatore on 29 nov. 2019 crossing various tolls and reached coimbatore the same day. On 21 jan 2019 when i top-up my fastag account l noticed that when the car tn31cz0860 is in home on 2 dec 2019 an amount of rs. 450 deducted from account and no intimation sent to me. I was charged rs.65 for this toll refusing me a return journey ticket. As a result, on my return thro this toll details as below, i again paid rs.65. While we are happy to pay for our consumption, while government tries to streamline things and benefit customers/citizens, who decides that people who pay cash will not be given return fare? These people are the thorn in the government's initiative to develop our country. The toll fare board still shows return ticket & price for it.

Dear sir,

This is in reference to accident incident happening on daily basis on mumbai-bangalore highway.

1) location : nh 48, punvale bazar, punawale, pimpri-chinchwad, maharashtra 411033

The drivers use to park heavy duty vehicles on the highway itself

2) location : nh 48, tathawade (Wakad shani mandir
), pimpri-chinchwad, maharashtra 411033

Public & private bus transport people use to stop the buses on high road itself they keep only one lane free to go out of three lanes which becomes the bottleneck for other traffic.

In both of the above cases citizens have to risk their lives.

I have attached some photographs which i captured today (23/01/2020) morning 7.30am.

Kindly address this issue on priority, we look forward to your response.

Navalur toll bluffs giving away different receipts after debiting.. Peak hours, nobody checks as its rush in the morning.
Yu realise when yu reach the next toll that yu are bluff.. Have a fast tag which s of no use they refuse to acknowledge. Just after the toll is my office and they are so stringent with the rules and just try fooling common people.

Toll gates in nh-16 from bhubaneswar to chillikapalem permitting vehicles without fast tag in fast tag lane. So vehicles with fast tag facing problems in toll gates in queue. Noone is there to check in toll gates. Failure project of fast tag from starting itself. Shame on the nhai company employees and supervisors and authorities. Only waste of money. Govt making the people fool.

This is to bring in your notice that toll staff at amoli toll plaza at bharatpur, rajasthan do mis behave and beaten driver just because of error in fasttag reading which is not in control of any one it is technical error, and diver also pay double toll amount due to the failure of tag reading, but staff beat him and do misbehave.

Sir it is folded request please take some strict action to stop these activities. These activities create insecure environment for the toll payers.

I am using axis bank issued fasttag, on 21/01/2020 my account got debited with two transactions 90+45 rupees respectively.

This is fraud committed by axis bank, since on few days earlier i have submitted a claim for double deduction. To harass me, they have done a manual transaction.

The complaint is pending since about one month. Their customer care number [protected] also does not work.

I had a bad experience of having to pay two single fares (Rs. 65+rs. 65) instead of return journey fare of rs. 95 at valavanthankottai nh 67 toll plaza in tamil nadu on saturday, 18/01/2020 in spite of repeated protests and the return journey happened within 2 hours.

On demanding an explanation, i was told by the toll booth operator that it is being done to encourage fastag compliance. Is this legal.

I am not aware of any government order to this effect. This is daylight robbery by toll booth operators

Dear Sir,

We would like to inform you that toll is charged twice one in cash and even from Fastag at the same time interval of approx one minute. When we arrived at the toll booth the scanner scanned the Fastag but the display showed that the Fastag is invalid then he printed a receipt which is attached below and charged from us Rs. 50.00 in cash which we paid when arrived home we checked that amount was also debited from account.

I want to register a complain regarding double deduction of my toll amount at about 11:38am and 11:44am of rupee 75 each with single entry at magar toll at 11:38am
While returning i got a deduction of rupee 35 from the same tall plaza
Over all it was my round off trip and i should got total toll tax of rupee 110
But i was charged 185 indian rupee
Plz look into the matter and rectify

Then they scan my fastag with their own personal equipment and told me that your car is blacklist and also told me that their is no money in your fastag and pay money in cash. I immediately show them balance in my fastag which was four times then their toll amount. Then they start harassing me by saying that give me money only in cash. Then i called concerned official on toll plaza at [protected] and told them entire story but no any reply from them. So please look into the matter seriously

Fastag not working properly at guduru toll plaza, staff debuting fastag accounts by manual scanning. It is taking so much time and extra charges are debited for to & pro journey took place in 24 hours of same day. Why it is implementing without having sufficient equipment. Today 20.1.2020 our tuck going to hazira while going from boriach toll plaza rs 350 deducted at 8.45 amfrom fast tag and while return back at 5.19 pm rs 170 is deducted from fast tag at boriach toll plaza gujarat means rs 520 toll collected return toll is 350 and total toll collected is 520 means extra rs 170 collected.

Same for bhagwada toll plaza rs 395 collected at 7.36 am while returning back at 6.30 pm rs 200 deducted again from fast tag means rs 200 extra collected
Please look up in this case and reverse amount to fast tag account.

I am traveling in my private car no. 6312 from sikandara to alwar on sikandara-bhiwadi mega Highway. I was charged a toll of rs. 55 instead of rs. 20 at mahuwa toll which is of a tampu Taxi, and when I object the staff misbehaved and told that we can charge whatever we want. On the same road at pichupura toll I was charged rs. 25 of pvt. car and on the same road in an hour how my vehicle of same number changed from private car to tampu taxi? I called the number[protected], on that number a mr. Manoj kumar post computer operator said that a private car and tampu taxi is the same thing and there is no difference between a private vehicle and a commercial vehicle. I want the resolution of my complaint of staff misbehaving and extra toll charge.I am attaching both the toll receipts for your reference.
