As per nhai
Indian army persons are exempted from paying toll while moving in personal cars.
However some toll especially near chandigarh are charging toll.

No fastag lines @nice road all 9 tolls - bangalore (Bangalore express outer ring road), they will allow only cash or cards

Every day take to pass toll minimum 20 to 30 minutes. Some time more than 30 minutes.

I'm registered a complaint about non delivery of online fast tag registered with axis bank on 27.12.2019. But yet i didn't received any response from the said bank and also yet no fast tag. Kindly take necessary step to resolve the issue at the earliest. Anticipating early reply/action by your good office in this regard.

On 11.1.2020 while passing through the bara toll plaza at 56.160km on nh-56, i paid rs 80 in cash (Ticket no.[protected]) at the cash lane (Booth no. B17) but an additional rs 80 was deducted from my fastag balance as per the following sms received:

Recently fastag is introduced in l&t byepass at coimbatore.

Normally for one way it is rs.17/- from trichy road to avinashi bypass. But in the fastag it is debiting at both entry and exit and debiting rs.34/- in total.

Even if we take cash tickets, they are charging through fastag. This is simply fraudulent and cheating the users by debiting for a short distance twice.

I have complained about this...

Today i travelled from jaipur to delhi. At daulatpura toll plaza in rajasthan i crossed toll plaza and amount was deducted from my fast tag account. As i have crossed the toll i was stopped and called back stating there is some issue with the reading of tag. The staff took details of my tag and vehicle number. After some time i got message of deduction of toll fees of same toll plaza thrice with different different transaction id’s. br...

Today, 11.01.20. Saturday, crossed panipat national highway, toll plaza, ambulance driver ignored me and i told, i am not well, i need first aid,. But they could not any efforts to help me and said kindly put the complaint.
I called 1033, and that person listend my problem and cut the phone without any registerion of my complaint. Kindly take the action against ambulance driver. Panipat nh

Hello sir i just bought the pastag on december 12th through airtel app. They said it would be available in fourteen working days. But days after they said i still haven't got a pastag. The government's concession deadline for the pastag ends. I will be greatly affected so i humbly request you to take appropriate action as soon as i get the pastag.

Dear sir vanagiri toll plaza stap and all works change first this stap telling is one vehicle owner is my brother so he is not coming in que (Line) he is telling people not any more questions so please change or quiet the stap he is supported local member... There was a large queue of 2 kms at toll plaza of samakhiyali kutch - national highway 8a. More than 45 minutes was being wasted at toll plaza.
After application of fast tag, there should be faster process of toll tax payment, but here it's totally opposite, before compulsion of fast tag, there was no queue for tax payment.
Kindly check as to what is wrong at the toll plaza as huge time and fuel is being wasted of public at...

Sir myself serving in indian armed forces, going to chirawa. Toll collected near surajgarh (Raghunathpura village) from defence serving personal. It's highly shameless for government (Which support indian army) and toll collector. When i called customer care they also supporting them and advice me to pay toll. Please tell me it's free for defence serving personal or not? If free then what is the procedure to complain for them...

I have a fastag on my four wheeler car but i waited more than 10 minutes to cross the ronahi toll plaza at nh28 because of for what i don't know. Management destroyed my precious time after i had a fastag so i want to reverse my toll charges which they have deducted from my fastag wallet because fastag means no time to kill or destroy on toll plaza.....

My dad have two heavy 6 wheeler vehicles so we applied fastag via icici imobile 25th november on as we had visited bank first but they were not having stickers for 6 wheeler so they asked us to order online, we received both the stickers on 3rd december but after few days i. E on 18thdec one of our vehicle sticker got blacklisted so when we called icici bank executive he informed us by error from their end instead of providing 6 wheeler truck...

My vehicle number is gj15cg8076. I was charged twice for single journey although i returned within 24 hours at nasik-sinnar toll plaza on 28/12/2019. Also on 30/12/2019 while i passes the bagwada toll plaza i was charged a single journey fare while i am supposed to get free access over there as my car is registered in valsad rto.
Kindly provide refund for the amount i have been charged.

Dappar toll plaza - we are pass holders to travel ambala to derabassi but now a days beside fast-tag provision is in progress for reducing waiting time but still facing hurdles with it a lot.
Please consider on a urgent basis and priority to give preference to other vehicles if someone backlist comes in queue, why other wait for it's clearance
