Hi,
I travelled from chennai to kallakurechi on 13-jan-2020 and i paid the toll amount by cash in all toll plazas. But i have fast tag also and i have some minimum (100) rupees only. When i pass in vikravandi toll gate, i paid the amount by cash and the fast tag amount also deducted. So kindly return the same on or before 15-jan-2020. If you will not return the amount to my vallet, i won't pay the money when i will pass this same vikravandi toll gate in next time.

    महोदय, दिनांक १२-०१-२०२० को सायं लखनऊ से इलाहाबाद आते समय रास्ते में पड़ने वाले निगोहां थानांतर्गत ' दक्खिना शेखपुर ' टोल प्लाजा की Lane No. 5 के कर्मचारी रविंदर सिंह के द्वारा मेरी कार (UP32JU6455) पर fastag होने के बावजूद server नहीं होने का कारण बता टोल मांगा और मेरे द्वारा नकद देने से मना करने पर मुझसे अभद्रता की गई और मेरी कार सायं 3.15 से 3.47 तक टोल lane पर खड़ा रखा गया और बाद में दो बार टोल शुल्क काट लिया गया। टोल के कर्मचारी बेहद बदतमीजी से पेश आए ।
    Toll Plaza का क्रमांक 320034 है। उसके CCTV footage से घटना की जांच की का सकती है। मेरे द्वारा NHAI के toll free number 1033 par घटना की शिकायत दर्ज की गई। लेकिन कोई संतोषजनक कार्यवाही नहीं हुई। सादर

      Toll plaza - rajchandrapur, nivedita setu, dakshineswar, west bengal.

      Date - 13 - january-2020, time at around 9:15 am.
      Travelling from durgapur to kolkata. Due system malfunctioning the fastag reader was not working at lane number 6. Due to this, they kept the vehicles on hold for 15-20 minutes till the system was restored. Can they make vehicles due to their system fault? As per latest order, if there is any problem with fastag reader, they should allow the vehicles free. They were not aware of any such order. Moreover the toll plaza staffs were very arrogant.

      In fact during the entire journey on durgapur expressway today morning, everywhere a person was reading the fastags with manual handheld device from one gate to the other. Which also caused some delay.
      Kindly look into this.

      Nivedita Setu Toll Plaza before entering Kolkata is in a sate of mess. I was unfortunate to use it on 19th Feb 2020 at around 4:00 PM. Only two fast tag counters were manned out of the 4 or 5 fast tag counters and as usual there was long queue with cars jostling to get in to these two working lanes.
      Can NHAI get anything right?
      I think it is time that the Govt. of India takes some action on the NHAI officer in charge of ensuring proper functioning of this toll plaza.

        Dear authority,
        Today me and my family were going to andhra pradesh. I had to go to toilet, on the way i crossed 3 toll gates, in which none of them has cleanliness and not even proper basins and 2of them didn’t have water also, this is why we pay toll? Without even maintaining a clean toilet then why the name “swacha bharath” on all the boards, why should we pay toll then, to get infections?? I request you to take a sever action on this and respond to this

          I was travelling from pune to mumbai through national highway no - 48 on 12 january 2020 and encountered a toll near shilphata which is also known as taloja toll, with notification no - notif. No. S.0.1429 (E) dated : 5-9-06 and gst no - 27aaecs3575r1zj. I paid the toll through my debit card and was charged rs. 93.50 but the concerned person sitting at the billing counter gave me the receipt of rs.93 only.
          They must be cheating with everyone like this everyday. Thus i request to see into matter and assure that this shouldn't happen in near future.

            Thousands of devotees visit dakor ranchhodrayji mandir from vadodara every month. To go to dakor they have to cross vasna toll plaza and after crossing toll plaza just after 200mtr they have to turn down to service road. Thus they are just cross toll plaza but not utilize toll road. Eventhough toll authority collect toll tax of rs.120/- for single trip and 180/- for return trip from all vehicle owners which is not justified. There is no alternative way hence every one has to pay this tax even they are not utilizing toll road at all. Therefore you are kindly requested either to remove toll charges from people visiting dakor or provide alternative service road by which visitors can cross this toll plaza without paying toll charges.

              We were returning from ghaziabad on 13 jan, and at exit point waiting for turn to submit toll fees at between 2pm to 3 pm as fasttag was activated yet, as the rush in cash line was increasing a toll employee asked us to divert and go to last lane for exit, we with many others re routed to change lane for toll exit.
              But at exit point the employee said that it will be charged double as its fasttag lane, we told him that we were redirected from cash line by your colleagues, on that they created a mob and started misbehaving and bullying us like goons and started saying bad words, pushing us with my mom inside car.
              This kind of behaviour is just unacceptable, is this the way govt treats it's tax paying citizen.
              Those 70 rs does'nt hurt that much but this kind of behaviour and goon treatment with civilians is not the way a company should treat it's customer

                haladgao toll plaza collecting toll without completing the road

                It is a humble request that you should be taken care of normal people's time and money. Haladgao toll plaza which is located in between wardha and nagpur (Maharashtra). This toll is neither showing on toll map of nhai nor on the fastag app (Images are attached which is taken on 13/01/2020).                 I didnt revieve the fast tag msg immidiate

                Please look how can i get back my money

                Its a case of joya national highway toll

                They have charged two times

                One is by fast tag

                Second is by cash also cash recipt attached
                Please look the matter and resolve

                Its a cheating by toll employee

I have called to customer care of toll plaza and also to fastag bank axis bank. But they are playing as office office.
                  Please look into the matter and resolve the issue ASAP.

                    In ban toll plaza there is only one lane for fastag users and four lanes for cash transaction users and a heavy jam on this toll plaza. I request to you kindly take action in this matter. There is no facility for fastag users and it's a harassment for fastag users. Also fastag users is waiting in a long que to pass through the ban toll plaza. Kindly take a necessary action in this matter.

                      I am travelling from moradabad to delhi on delhi meerut express the toll plaza comes and there was a jam of 2 hours around 5000 car stopped there in jam because of toll plaza government applied fast tag rule but there scanner not working and take more time by cash so there no reliable result of fast tag. According to nhai rules there is one rule is that if any vehicle is wait for 3 minutes for toll there toll fee will free.. That rule is made for not occurring traffic on toll plaza but they are not follow any rule... I was go toh the operator of toll plaza i told about rules but they denying me and talking about there muscles power so no one talk everyone wait for our turn... Its our humble request to see this issue and kindly resolve this problem so no one suffer bu the same

                        Indian army persons are exempted from paying toll while moving in personal cars.
                        However some toll especially near chandigarh are charging toll.
                        Pls help. For. The same
                        As as per 1901 toll tax letter
                        All army persons are exempted but still some toll are quoting some. Letter from panchkula office of 03 jan 2020 and refusing to allow mov without paying toll
                        Indian army doing service to country and these are small gestures towards them

                          I had travelled to gujarat between 24 dec 2019 and 28 dec2019 my fastag account bal was rupees 2155 two thousand one hundred fifty all the toll that we passed i got sms for the amount debited on 1 jan 2020 i got a debit entry of rs 325three twenty five rupees as adjustment entry this is not the first time this type of adjustment entry is debited to my fastag account earlier also rupees 50 got debited twice i fail to understand that when at all toll plaza my fastag got debited than why is this adjustment entry debited for rupees three hundred twenty request you to immediately refund the same client id with hdfcfastag[protected]
                          If not i may have escalate the matter to your ombudsman nhai ministry of road transport earlier email regarding rupees fifty have not been replied by you

                              On 11.1.2020 while passing through the bara toll plaza at 56.160km on nh-56, i paid rs 80 in cash (Ticket no.[protected]) at the cash lane (Booth no. B17) but an additional rs 80 was deducted from my fastag balance as per the following sms received:

                              [baroda fastag ac linked to vehicle no up78bk9927 is debited by rs.80.00 for toll charges at bara toll plaza on[protected]:11:39. Avl bal. Rs.45.00.]
                              Kindly do the needful for the return of the additional unauthorized deducted amount back to my fastag balance

                                Recently fastag is introduced in l&t byepass at coimbatore.

                                Normally for one way it is rs.17/- from trichy road to avinashi bypass. But in the fastag it is debiting at both entry and exit and debiting rs.34/- in total.

                                Even if we take cash tickets, they are charging through fastag. This is simply fraudulent and cheating the users by debiting for a short distance twice.

                                I have complained about this in their office, but no action is initiated till now.

                                Fastag Multiple debit on L&T Coimbatore bypass.
                                On 7th March 2021 I travelled from Bangalore to Coimbatore and I was charged
                                17 at Neelambur Toll
                                28 at Trichy Cochin Toll
                                And
                                45 again at Pollachi Salem Toll

                                I was charged double for the amount for this two line bypass which have series of 6 Tolls all together .
                                This is not the first time I face over debit issue from these toll.
                                For my previous complaint I registered in Icici etoll there was no resolution and overtime I was reluctant to followup.

                                I am sure that I am not the only victim.
                                Hope some measures will come soon from authorities to end the 'Highway Scam'

                                This what daily happened to commercial vehicles running through this road often deducting double for single passing for single pass Up to l&t road they are charging 198/- and again they will charge 127/- and 71/- no one can control them or no rules can affect them...this not happening only for me...it's happening for most of the commercial vehicles.

                                  Today i travelled from jaipur to delhi. At daulatpura toll plaza in rajasthan i crossed toll plaza and amount was deducted from my fast tag account. As i have crossed the toll i was stopped and called back stating there is some issue with the reading of tag. The staff took details of my tag and vehicle number. After some time i got message of deduction of toll fees of same toll plaza thrice with different different transaction id’s.
                                  This is open loot by the toll operating company. Kindly look into the matter as i presume that same is been done with other users also.
