Vehicle no mh12jm4983 passed though talagaon off east toll plaza on 29.12.2019 at time :19:13:58 rs.173 was deducted from fastage account, but same time talegaon toll plaza collected cash rs.173 claiming fastag not in operational mode. (Toll plaza trans. No.[protected]. Complaint on 1033 registered on 03.01.2020 at 16.08 pm, but no any sms received on cash return back.

Dear nhai,

I don't know whether the road maintenance investigation is going on regular or not.. If it goes means you might know about nh32 pavement damage near vandalur junction point. Usually it take 20 minutes to reach tambaram from guduvanchery. Now, due to heavy damage and non maintenance.. It takes more than 1hr to reach tambaram. Kindly look in to problem and make a good and safety roadways for the citizens.

As the machine cant read my fast tag card thae ask for paid cash i said ok but give me in writing that as my card whatever issue you face write it on back of slip
As i heard of deduction both way and i had blance also above from that plaza amount.
They started abusive talking and aggressive touching and saying paise nikal nagad kuch likhenge nahi - jaise hum log chor hai bina paise diye bhag rahe hai we need oly to ensure that no double charges deducted from my account.
Please help for this bad behaviour and check recording as we r with family they all cover over vehicle and we feel it very scary

I have called for emergency toll no 1033 for providing help since my car stuck up there at around 7.30 p. M. On 4.1.2020. They have just asked the location n car no. (At sehravan villafe) and no. Went busy. They didn't even ask name ir phone no. Further no help turn up n it was quite dark as no light is available on this route and being highway noone stopped for help. We were only two ladies asking for help

I am frequent traveller on mumbai _ pune express way.
My vehicle number is mh14cc2556 for which i procured fastag. Recharged. Current balance is rs 800/-
But at mumbai - pune express way toll post fastag is not working. I have to pay in cash.

No debits from my wallet account [protected] yet.

My fastag id is 34161fa8203288ac048acdc0 and fastag status appearing as active in my profile.

Sticker position is upper middle side of front glass.

Please look into it urgently. Please let me know, if there is anything to do from my side.

I have purchased fastag from nhai representatives from nh44 on the way from adilabad to hyderabad and applied on my vehicle. I have transferred rs. 500/- through apps.
When i am coming at toll gate, the tag is not readable. Every toll get i checked but not succeeded except one.
Please suggest next course of action to replace it.

My car was on the ernakulam thrissur nh stretch and when my car passed thru palyekara toll plaza they debited 0.00 rs for reasons unknown n when the car returned the amount deducted was a one way full amount.
I have received a message today thus:
Dear customer, icici bank fastag account linked to vrn kl70c4919 has been debited with rs 335.00 for dispute on trip number[protected] on[protected]:17:58.in case of discrepancy, please share rc copy and vehicle image by raising a complaint under dispute transaction/chargeback in fastag customer portal.
The messages i received on those two trips are as follows:
Message 1:dear customer, icici bank fastag linked vehicle no. Kl70c4919 has been debited with rs 0.00 on[protected]:46:03 for toll charges with trip number[protected] at paliyekkara toll plaza plaza on[protected]:37:43. Avl. Bal. Is rs 1496.86. Call [protected] in case of dispute. Call [protected] in case of dispute
Message 2:dear customer, icici bank fastag linked vehicle no. Kl70c4919 has been debited with rs 75.00 on[protected]:43:16 for toll charges with trip number[protected] at paliyekkara toll plaza plaza on[protected]:17:58. Avl. Bal. Is rs 1421.86. Call [protected] in case of dispute. Call [protected] in case of dispute
I don't understand wat dispute i ve caused. If i have more than enough money on my fastag it is the toll plaza's fault that they haven't deducted the amount n why am i fine for their employees fault?
I would like this to be resolved immediately and my fingers amount returned.

I was travelling to pune from old mumbai-pune road on dt. 28/12/2019. The toll charges of at lonawala toll plaza were deducted via fastag corectly. While crossing dehu road toll plaza the cashier denied fastag toll clearence and told me that fastag is not valid for "local area tolls". He collected rs. 35/- toll by cash and then only allowed me to cross the plaza. After passing the plaza i received sms of rs. 35/- toll charges deducted from my fastag account. Thus the toll plaza of dehu road pune are cheating and collecting double toll charges from passengers. Nhai requested to take the complaint seriously and take action on the toll plaza immediately.

Fasttag didn't worked, lady was completely ignorant. We waited for 10 min and everyone was honking. Later one person came with handgun to scan it.
She was cometely non cooperative and was asking to pay by cash. I have snap captured and attached video clip below.

This is on pune solapur road and i guess it was first booth from pune near to kurkumbh

While going to tijara on jan 1st, 2020 from gurgaon, i was passing through kherkidaula toll. Due to fastag scanning malfunctioning i paid cash. But later amount deducted from my paytm account as well. Kindly look into it and refund the amount to my fastag account with vehicle hr26da5375.

These two toll plaza i. E khokhraj (161, 850 nh 19) and handia 239, 950 nh-19, charging 200 for single journey, when i enquired for complain book he charged only 45 but khokhraj misbehaves and takes rs. 200 for single journey manager shows list where i recognized charges rs. 45 only. These two toll plaza forces for 200 slip
Please enquire abouts their activities and intimate for further steps.

We traveled from silvassa to rani paasing many tolls in gujarat and rajasthan. We came across biawar-pali-pindwara toll nameds as tp04 uthaman. At this toll we were charged double the toll inspite govt have extended the deadline for fastags. Have attached the toll slip with this complaint. We request u to take proper action & stop this curroption.

My car has fastag through which they deducted ₹75/-, for one way, on my return journey they again deducted ₹75/- (Rule of same day, within 24 hrs return journey didn't applied and i was overcharged)

No any return conssession! This is against the rule of nhai and court.

Please take action to said toll plaza as early as possible, and refund my amount as i am attaching photo of deduction receipts with this email. Otherwise i have to choose different way.

I bought fastag from airtel on 27th nov 2019. I used it on my way from jaipur to delhi and back from delhi to jaipur on same day. After that my fastag became inactive showing vehicle mismatch. I called up airtel customer care and also send them email. My case is still not solved and 20 days have passed. The case number is 4465675.
Please help me and get my fastag activated.

I was travelling in my own car from mumbai to pune and ended in cash only tall booth and i payed rs.173 in cash receipt attached at khalapur toll plaza and at talegaon toll plaza i was in cash/ecr toll booth and i showed the cash toll receipt but when i checked the fast tag wallet associated with kotak
Bank mobile number [protected] vehicle number mh14fx1411 i can see another amount was deducted transaction id [protected] amount rs 173.00
Even after showing toll receipt which is fraud as per me, i am not sure how many consumers are getting cheated like me and end up paying double toll which they should not. I even try to raise a complain with bank but i have not received any reply for the same.

We usually travel from bangalore to chittoor and we have nearly 4-5 toll gates in between.
Every toll gate accept the ex-service man id card and doesn't charge, where as the hoskote toll gate charges 70 rupees, while coming and returning.

70 rupees is not a big deal, but need an explanation that why this happens at one particular toll gate.

While we asked the same question to the authority at the plaza, he replied "government have raised a rule" however it completely out of my understanding that why would government give instructions to one particular plaza to charge ex-service man vehicle.

Expecting an immediate response on this.

Sir i m from katni madhyapradesh, i m crane service provider.we r facing major issues about the toll rates charging by toll situated at majhagawan @km 16.580 section katni -shahdol-anoopur they are charging there rates daily by my operators when they are passing through the toll.If my operators ask about rates the peoples standing at toll ready to fight with them.Sir its my humble request to take necessary action against them we are facing too much problems.

I travelled from Talegaon to Khopoli (Maharashtra) on 31.12.2019 and toll charges paid was Rs.173.

While returning back on 01.01.2020 from Khopoli to talegaon, I crossed Khalapur toll plaza on expressway, old Mumbai Pune highway toll plaza at Khanapur and Talegaon toll plaza on expressway.
The toll charges were 173, 115, 173 (total 461) respectively.

There is no consideration of previously paid toll charges among 3 toll plazas even I informed at toll plaza about my previous toll charges.
It seems toll plazas cheating with passengers using fastag.

Please check and resolve it on priority.

I have purchased Fastag form Axis Bank Online portal. All the details of my Fastag is given below:

I am trying since 3 weeks but i didn't get any response from their customer care No[protected] and sent many mail on etc.[protected]@axisbank.com.
There is a problem during scanning of Fastag at Toll by scanner and scanning gun. It shows “Invalid Tag” . please let me know the reason and IHMCL helpline suggested to call your axis bank customer care for related issue, they can’t help any more in this regard. I also visited Axis bank brance many times but didn't get any response.
please help me short out this issue as immediately.
