While travelling from khatauli to delhi my fast-tag faced some technical issue.
The staff gathered began to use derogatory and abusive language with me and my mother and father as well.

The group of about 8 people threaten and also tried physical assault me which tore my shirt.

Such kind of behaviour is highly condemnable further i request the authority to kindly take the appropriate action in this matter.

I m also sharing the picture of few people which i capture.

It has been seen for a long time that on the slip road from Kharar to Kurali NH-205, near GBM Apartments, Nirwana greens and Jamuna apartments, there is always a puddle of sewerage water which leads to many road accidents. Local commuters especially pedestrians and bikers are in pain as many cars pass by so fast that they leave after pouring dirty water on them. Dear Team,

We are resistant at vadodara besides Kapurai Crossing over bridge.

We used to pass whole bridge for our work in day and night also.

Since last six months there no lighting on Kapurai bridge area, when we have complaint to MGVCL they asked us to complaint VMC, then they also asked us to complaint with L & T who has these contract. We don't have these companies address & contact number.

We are facing serious problems due to zero visibility specially in evening without lights.

We request you to kindly take immediate action to resolve the same.

Waiting is too long around 25 min at Bideibadkudar toll plaza situated on the way to Rourkela, Odisha.management of vehicles is very bad.worst toll gate in Odisha.

I've booked a monthly pass today, which should be for month as I've opted for monthly pass but they pass mentions from 28th Nov to 30 th Nov.
When I raised the issue with IHMCL authority they have blamed that we cannot help as you should change the date by your self.

My point is if I'm opting for monthly pass how can they give me a pass for 2 days at INR 1250.

When fastag recharged instantly at toll plaza, toll booth personnel stated it would take 15 minutes to update so give the cash . But later on got message for deduction through fastag also.

We are near to Dankuni tool plaza. It's almost 1 hoir now and not moving at all. Why this much poor service in so called national highway and they are charging huge amount off toll for this poor service. National highway must apologize for this and they should be penalized for this poor service at midnight. Called help line number, they also don't have any idea when this issue will resolve. shame shame shame national highway ministry.

I complaining again that me resi is near toll plaza around 2 km KATHUWAS .
These all toll employ always cut my toll by my fast tag and says we are not cutting your toll. they are doing again and again, i complaint before two months but no buddy wants to take any action, i think department also includes in this type of contractors. my details are below

Chennasamudram toll is on Bangalore Chennai Highway and the road condition is pathetic and very risk zone and i see the toll charge of Rs45 are still being deducted from Fastag. I read a news article earlier not to have a full fare or to waived off. Can the concerned dept look in to and see the money from public doesn't go in to drain and check whether the collections are still valid.

The three persons mentioned above have dug up the National Highway road and diverted it and the stones are also being removed from the National Highway.

We have complained about this to the officer and to no avail we request you to please take up the issue.

My residence is 7 km far from toll plaza in v.p.o bhavdin dist sirsa and i have to pay Rs 140 to even drive for 5 km on highway...this is wrong . And as local many works comes for which i have to cross toll plaza for even 2 km or 3 km . I even contacted to toll manager for pass but they never listens to me and i have told that i am from punjab area. Toll is near borber of punjab so why is this my problem that i live on border. Paying 140 for only 5 km driving on highway on daily basis is wrong and nobody doing nothing

Sir my truck MH11AL7494 was parked at my office parking but still On 23rd November I got message of toll deduction from anewadi toll plaza of satara district of state maharashtra of 455rs amount got deducted from my airtel fastag this things have happened before also for another truck at khed shivapur toll plaza of pune district of state maharashtra.

आज दिनांक 21 नवंबर 2022 को मैं दिल्ली मथुरा हाईवे पर स्तिथ कर्मन टोल प्लाजा से गुजर रहा था मेरी गाड़ी का फ़ास्ट टैग काम नहीं कर रहा था। मैने टोल स्टाफ से मेरी गाड़ी का (फास्ट टैग काम ना करने के कारण) नगद में दो गुना पैसे देकर रिटर्न स्लिप भी देने को कहा। उन्होंने कहा कि रिटर्न जर्नी की स्लिप हम नहीं दे सकते ये NHAI ने बंद कर दी है। जबकि टोल केबिन के बाहर रिटर्न जर्नी का शुल्क भी लिखा हुआ था। उसके बाद उनके शिफ्ट इंचार्ज ने भी यही बात कही की रिटर्न पर्ची देना बंद कर दिया है। मेरे बार बार कहने पर वो बदतमीजी पर उतर आया। मैने उसके मना करने पर सिंगल जर्नी का भुगतान किया। क्या आप बता सकते हैं की रिटर्न जर्नी NHAI द्वारा बंद कर दी गई है। अगर नहीं तो क्या आप कृपा करके इन स्टाफ पर कोई कार्यवाही करेंगे। में इस घटना का वीडियो रिकार्डिंग भी अटैच कर रहा हूं। आपसे न्याय की उम्मीद करता हूं।

I have not received any amount towards interest due thereon since starting. While enquiring for the same you have sent me INTEREST PAYMENT ELECTRONIC PAYMENT ADVICE regarding payment of interest. I have also gone through with the said advice and found that account number mentioned in that advice is different from my account number, which I have informed you vide Application Form and also the account from which I have made payment to NHAI. I have also provide the cancelled cheque for your record.

Since account no is different is your INTEREST PAYMENT ELECTRONIC PAYMENT ADVICE therefore no amount has been credited to my account.

I request you kindly make payment of interest due on bonds along with interest accrued on unpaid amount till date.

Your early action will be highly appreciated.

On Delhi meerut expressway, it i supposed to take toll of 155+85 for the day. but from my wallet 155+155 is cut for so many days.

Request you to please look into the matter.

The relevant docx files are attached per the email. Please check it and immediately deactivate the Fastag Tag.

IDFC is not helping me to close my Fastag. Their customer care keeps on telling me to email them.
But none of my emails get replied not I am getting called bank.
My emails are either getting ignored or neglected. What shall I do now?

Fastag was activated in our vehicle without our permission and without any information or KYC documents.
Fastag is active without my vehicle's documentation. is acting illegally.
Only HDFC Bank Fastag is used in our vehicle, so why has a third party activated the first bank Fastag?

I have traveled on 15.11.22 around 9.52 am and return on 12.26 pm but amount deducted on 16.11.22

I returned back from Nagpur to Yavatmal before 12 midnight so they must have diduct Rs 50.00 only on same return day before midnight

Please refund me Rs 45.00

On 12/11/2022, I was travelling on KMP in my vehicle HR 20W4620, on Palwal and Dasna toll plaza, I was deducted 45 Rs and 160 Rs, but on my way back dated 15/11/2022, on Dasna toll booth, the scanner was not working, and hence I was handed over an entry slip, and on Chaajjunagar toll booth, Rs 265 were deducted.
I am incapable to understand whether it was a deliberate mistake, or a human error. it is a day light robbery, and hence the unjustified amount must be returned.
Kindly look into the matter.

I would like to inform you that at anand entry point on express highway no.1 (ahemedabad-vadodara) when i was passing through the entry point from anand entry point my fastag wallet Id had 204 rupees balance despite that they showed insufficient balance and after that one guy standing side to check window told me that if you carry my one passanger and drop him at vadodara tall plaza you will be exempted. i refused to lift that person and i credited my wallet ID with 500 rupees and then passed through tall. after such incident the guy who was standing next to window verbally harrased me. this all incident took place on 14/11/2022 at around 8.20 AM, This guys forced the customer to sit their passenger by cheating. so please take note of it and concerne the responsible authority

Hi Sir,
I have bought a 2nd hand car from Karnal. Now car has been transferred on my name. I have the RC document. The first owner has left the county and I am unable to contact him. I called coustomer care they are saying that first owner need to close his fast tag records first then I can buy a new fast tag. I am paying double toll on every toll everyday. Not getting any postive response from NHAI. Please help me Sir. Please.
