My car registration number is HP 74 0001.
At ladowal toll plaza near Ludhiana (PB), New Contrector is not renew my car local pass. They are saying that my car is registered in other State.
Even I have provide him all documents ie my local address proof and car is registered in my name.Even they are not providing complaint register.
Please do needful.

Road is completely damaged between Mungeli (CG) to Borla (CG) via Pandariya and Pandatarai. Lot of POT Holes and no repairing work or new construction work is done. Please look into this.

Sir alignment of NH42 at kurabalakota mandel kurabalakota gramem syno 1061, 1060 was changed unofficially. By that change i have too loose my private land in double. it is benificial to officers safe guards. Please save justice me sir.

Im writing this to notify you that the jhajjar- gurgaon road via dhankot, chandu is in very poor condition, if you visit that road, you can find many patches which are dangerous for the commuters, im attching photo of the spot where i got hurt yesterday, i can share and come along with to show those places that required immediate repair of the road.

Also requesting for the road lighting, very helpful in the fog in the winters

NH 60 Nashik to Pune or pune to nashik.
Road condition at some areas was pathetic special in hill section. Vehicle get damage during these areas some how meet with accident. Who is accountable/responsible to repair this road conditions. As your highway police detect vehicle speed where road conditions are better is this making a joke from your side.

The road stretch of approx 7-8 Kms bypassing Rewari City is in very bad state. Full of potholes n broken badly. No repairs by the toll company. Road has now become dangerous for 2 wheelers.

At Toll Plaza TP01 Raipur on NH 14 (Section:Beawar to Sandia) Plaza manager is not accepting Identity card/ Movement order of an Assistant Commandant BSF and charged double fee(₹180) of my vehicle No. RJ-02 CE-6369 (Vitara Brezza)....

Tamilnadu kancheepuram to Sriperumbudur toll road quality too worst but toll road authority didn't consider and toll charges collecting charges.this's like robery from public.

On 06/11/2022, I had pay double charges of Toll tax at the said Toll plaza. Rs.85 was deducted from fastag (issued by Paytm). TxnId - 01000B[protected]. However, the barrier did not open. SMS of deduction was also not recieved in time. The operator manning the gate did not heed to my request and refused to open the gate. He insisted on making payment in CASH.

Having no option, I paid Rs.170 in cash. Details of payment are -

The said operator promised to return extra amount charged from me, if fastag deduction happens. On recieving SMS confirmation after sometime, I approached the said operator for refund. However, he very indifferently refused to listen and expressed his inability to do anything to resolve the issue.

Thus, I had to pay 3 times of the actual toll tax. And, there is absolutely no resolution to any grievance or difficulties being faced by the commuter.

Request you to resolve my issue and refund my money at the earliest.

Last Friday 4th Oct 2022 i had to attend one function from Roorkee to Raipur and crossed bhagwanpur TOLL PLAZA near about 8:20PM and back to Roorkee and gain crossed TOLL PLAZA near about 9:40PM and both time deduction Rs 50 both time, so how it is possible that both time Rs 50 deduction done and I got the message of deduction of two dates, 4th Oct and 5th Oct, so how this fake process executes, please take...

I'm living near (8km) Vallam (NH38) Toll Plaza in Vellore District, Tamil Nadu. I went to register my car FasTag for local pass concession but the person who works in this toll plaza saying that your vehicle comes under other RDO circle rather than Vellore RDO. So You will not get concession and if you want, take monthly pass. Also said this toll plaza rule is different from other toll plazas.

Why should I take monthly pass for passing this toll maximum 3 or 4 times in a month?

FYI, this Toll exist in Vellore (south) border and within 1km, Tiruvannamalai District starts.

Here my question is,
1. Is that each toll plaza having different rules and conditions/guidelines?
2. As per central toll plaza guidelines, we can get concession if you are living within 20kms circle. Is that still applicable for all over the India or rather considering RDO registration?
3. What is guidelines for those who stays in border of two districts?

Please clarify.

We have waited more than 30 min in toll gate. There is no proper structure at gutur toll gates . All the lorries are passing through all the tolls and the waiting period is almost 30 min as they have issues with lorries.kindly look into this issue immediately
As per rules no need to pay toll fee if we wait for much time..even though the toll people were harsh and the behavior was worst.kindly take action

Patches of NH 65 from Naldurg to Omerga is in very bad condition persisting for last so many years. No action taken shameless toll is collected for such bad road conditions. Several unfinished diversions works pending for want of money. No action plan for completing unfinished works. Need another 3 five year plans to complete a small portion of the important NH on from Pune to Hyderabad. I have been using thi sb road for the last 10 years. Please do something good.

The patches of highway from Naldurg to Omerga is in very bad condition. 10 inch deep patches without coverage several unfinished diversions for last 10 years. Shameless still for such road toll is collected. Particularly at Andur Jalkot villages public have erected unspecified number of speed breakers. Does NHAI have the will to complete these patches are keep them hanging for another 15 years. Do something fast and stop collecting toll.

On 03 November, 2022 around 05:30 P.M I along with my family members went to Sonipat from Bahadurgarh through Western Peripheral Expressway (KMP) . When I entered to WPE through Bahadurgarh Toll Plaza some Kinners came to near my car and demanding some money when I refused them, they giving me bad wishes like " Tera accident ho jaaye, Tera naash ho and also spitting towards me " above all activities recorded in Toll Plaza CCTV Camera. After listening above words my wife got panic and I also. In panic condition driving was very crucial.
So it's my humble request to NHAI Authority plz take serious legal action against such type of kinners and removed them from toll Plaza for a peaceful journey.

Hi Palwal tool has created huge jam as their half booth are closed while going to Delhi. I called to helpdesk 30 minutes back shared location however no solution..i have my small kid and wife with me and it's not safe...if we pay till we should be not facing such problems
