Dear Sir/madam,

As mentioned in subject, we are residence of Gangtoli mode nearby NH 707. Where subordinate company named rudnav infre pvt Ltd is working. Since last 6-8 months our water supply is totally disturbed and nothing has done from company so far to resume out water supply. We have approched everyone to get this done but no one has given resopnse.
So finally I am weighting this complain, kindly look into this if you can..

        Sir.
        I am Dhananjay from Mandi distt.. My home is near to the NH (kiratpur to Nerchowk).
        5months. A go our old route to our home was been terminated by the KMC working under NHAI .
        And. They have comstructed a RCC breast wall infront of our home. Now we have no route to be left to Road

        Plz help us ..

        We have patient at home its being too difficult for my family to survive in such nature.

        I request u to plz provide us road and terminate that RCC wall from infront of our house.

          We were travelling from Nipani to Goa using NH48 and NH548H via amboli, the condition of the road is so pathetic that it take 4 hours to cover a distance of 150 kms which ideally should not take more than 2.5 hours. The road is full of potholes and considering GOa is a popular tourist destination, daily lot of vehicles are using it and with these roads the additional time is consumed and vehicle is also damaged. Please look into it

              As per the circular issued by NHAI in 26th May, 2021 if vehicle has to wait for more than 10 seconds or if queue exceeds 100M no payment of toll tax to be made for smoother functioning of fastag but still amount was deducted from my account on vadodara highway toll plaza while returning from Ahmedabad to Surat where i had to wait for 30 minutes in the queue. We tried to ask for the information from the officer but he misguided us and deny to listen to us. Hereby attached is the video of the same. So please investigate into the matter and Please refund my amount of ₹ 125 which was allegedly debited on account of fraud.

                I have two light commercial vehicles registered in Chennai and it transports goods from Chennai to nellore and to Chennai all the five toll gates in between Chennai and nellore are charging additional amount without showing any valid reason as I produced all the documents while taking fastag, this is happening for longtime and I have need charged more than 10000 rs per month by toll gate people

                    I was charged Rs 385/- for Alto Car HP563604 at toll plaza Jat Guwana Haryana on 28th October 2022 01:23PM by Fasttag id 34161FA820328E400F5EC780. I think the fee of Rs 385/- for trucks. Kindly refund the excess amount charged from me to my fast Tag.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      1. The vehicle enrolled under Wallet ID: [protected] had a Reg No. MH40KR6829 (Nagpur Rural RTO) is a Maruti Suzuki Wagon-R, Which is definitely a light Vehicle and not a Higher Vehicle Class.
                      2. At the time of registration with Axis Bank, the RC was provided to the bank and from inception no dispute was raised by any Toll Plaza Regarding Vehicle Class.
                      3. I crossed Patanswangi Toll Plaza (Nagpur-Bhopal Highway) on[protected] Time :- 06:23:21. For this Rs.95 was already being debited from my account.
                      4. Inspite of this Axis bank had been Debited for Rs.235 towards Adjustment on[protected].
                      5.regarding this i wrote to axis cutomer care and theu assured me through email that money will be refundedwitinn12 days, but till date no refund was initiated.
                      so i am kindly requesting you to solve this issue.

                        I travelled Nagpur to Amravati on 27 October 2022 . The toll operator said that my fasttag was blacklisted. After this the toll tax operator took Rs. 55 more saying that my tag was blacklisted . This payment was done via cash to the operator. Further even after insisting on cash paid receipt, he did not give proper receipt against the same. To our surprise, the money was deducted on subsequent toll plazas (Karanja and Nandgaon), which proves that our tag was not blacklisted.
                        So, I request you to refund my money and take strict action against the toll operator.

                          No road left to drive due to large potholes along mumbai kolhapur highway service rid near hinjewadi bridge on both sides. Please save lives or people will die by going inside this large holes. This holes are their from long time . But I see total negligence .

                            Big pot holes are on service road of stretch along mumbai kolhapur highway near hinjewadi bridge area on both sides of highway. The service road is unusable and every 6 month work is done. I was in Australia where they take guarantee of road for 10 years . What are we building roads with . Stop sending rockets to moon, first let's learn how to build roads that can stay good for more than a year.
                            Big potholes . Cars are getting damaged . Many cars went inside holes . This holes are there from almost a month now. Still no official has either put safety barricade or even come to help . I think what might happen is someone will die their for real. Please save lives .

                              At 06;42 hrs of today (26/10/2022), When did I start to move my vehicle (BR11X3388) after paying toll at Bhagalpur (bihar) toll . The toll operator did down the barrier pipe before my exit. Due to his mistake, A long scratch on right glass arm has been made. Please view the recorded camera video set on Toll booth.
                              Proof of Toll Payment - Paid Rs 20.0 toll for BR11X3388 at Bhagalpur Toll plaza. TxnId: 0010032210260642530394.
                              Time of Payment - 06:42 Hrs of 26/10/2022.
                              I am attaching here the photo of my vehicle, Scratched Right front glass Arm and the toll-operator.
                              I call & met with toll manager ( phone number - [protected] & [protected]
                              ) and demanded my damaged & repair cost. But He is not ready to pay.

                                It is Brought to your attention that the toll plazas under NHAI are deducting double money from the buses of Faridkot depot through Fastag every day by day and causing a lot of loss to PRTC .So you are requested to Refund the Double deductions of Date[protected] upto[protected] immediately and Strictly instructions should be given to the tolls in advance that no double deductions should be made again

                                  There is a huge drain running along SH82 on either side in CHINNASANDRA VILLAGE OF CHINTAMANI TALUK. The drain is completely filled with mud, waste and dirt, even though informed in grama panchayat many times there is no action taken. We request you kindly look in to this matter, because there is a foul smell coming from this drain in front of our houses, also there is increase in mosquitoes. Due to increase in mosquitoes many people in our village including my mother suffered from dengue.

                                    This is to bring to the kind notice of the concerned authorities about the rude and arrogant behavior of the toll staff.

                                    On 22nd October 2022 evening around 7.30 pm, we were returning back to Bangalore from Tirupathi and at the Mahasamudram toll plaza near chittor, there was some issue with my fastag and the toll staff were so rude, arrogant and hasty with their language and behavior that we felt we were talking to some local goonda gang.

                                    It's high time that the concerned wake up and give proper training to the staff as it's from the public money that all these people are making a living and we do expect some basic courtesy and politeness when dealing with public.

                                    Hope this reaches to the right people and they will take necessary action.

                                      SV Puram Toll Plaza has not completed Road and not even maintained partially completed Road, not even 1 KM Road maintained as per Highway Authority Rules, Paying a toll fee of 80 rupees per car is worthless on badly maintained highways, one-way roads that are closed in certain locations due to incomplete road work, incomplete bridges, speed bumps that are imperceptible, and inadequate maintenance along the sides of the road. There is a need for the NHAI to intervene.

                                        Drunked toll plaza employee of faridabad sarai badarpur toll is in drunk position doing misbehaviour and calling the local Gundas, abusing and threatening to murder . All these threatening are recorded in my camera.
