Hi Team,

I am using HDFC fast tag. My wallet id is [protected]. More than applicable amount has been deducted from my fast tag account since my last two rides. Will you please check and find out the root cause for this. Also request you to kindly initiate the refund process for this account.

During journey on dated 04/06/19 At 00:30:57 at Dasna Toll Exit on Eastern peripheral express way, toll operator asked cash as his Fastag unit/system not working. hence we paid cash and get receipt which is attached here. after reaching home I got message for deduction of toll at same plaza by Fastag ( msg Attached).
This is matter of fraud and cheating by toll operator. you are requested to enquire this and revert my amount deducted by fastag on Dasna exit toll .

I traveled Eastern Peripheral Expressway on 28th May 2019. I was coming from Ludhiana & enter on expressway from Kundli. I exited expressway at Chaiysa toll. Toll guy asked me to pay Rs. 175. I gave him Rs.180 but he didn't refund Rs. 5 & gave me toll slip of Rs. 40 with vehicle no. PB35&3415. He showed wrong entry point of vehicle. There was an ambulance behind my vehicle. I was in Maruti Swift car. It was evening time & I was with family. Considering safety of female family member & it was going to be dark & I supposed to cross village area. So left the situation there & move ahead. But I feel cheated there & Toll guys are doing cheating deliberately to customer & Government as well. Please look into seriously.
Approximately time at toll was in between 6:45 to 7:10 pm.
I hope you will take strict action on this & will stop this illegal theft to customer & government. I am attaching the toll slip which I got for your ready reference. You can take an idea who issued this toll slip.

Dear Sir / Madam

In the toll gate of Pipili at NH- 316 (Puri Bhubaneswar-highway) they don't accept the 12 hours rule, that's implmented by the hon'able minister. My village is near by and even for 1 hour, I have to pay full 2 way charges. Upon asking they say "'the 12 hours rule is not implmented in Pipili toll gate".

Please do something.

We were traveling from baghpat to delhi through Easterm peripheral highway they charged us through fast tag and they misbehaved with us by saying that my fast tag is blacklisted and they forced us to charge by taking cash and made us wait for 15 - 20 min on toll plaza.
You can verify it with going through the cctv installed there.
This caused us high inconvenience and trauma.
Both mentally and monetary.
Kindly look into the matter and oblige.
I will also take this case to consumer court also.

i am a resident of Ambala (Haryana). yesterday i was travelling to Panipat and when i was coming from Panipat to Ambala, the toll person charged Double money from me. As he said that there is no money in your Fast Tag and then i gave him Money.(Ticket no. 452E608D513061, Booth & Operation 06 & 00845, Date & time 22.05.2019 17:35, Vehicle No HR 01 AR 7327). i am attaching the following screen shots with this complaint, Please refund the extra debited amount.

Have noticed quite often that at the Kamote ( Mumbai Panvel ) Toll gate a few of the lanes are closed with PLASTIC ROAD seperation barriers due to non Functional toll computers . And one Mr Deviprasad toll operator was arrogant enough to say go and complain and do what you want .
As per the NHAI guidelines 'ALL GATES MUST BE OPERATIONAL "

The Kamote toll was closed few yrs ago, however toll is being collected from trucks.EXCEPT 2 free lanes for Cars the other toll gates are operational to collect toll from trucks . this should be the other way around considering the number of trucks to the actual number of cars passing through that toll
The issue is that during weak ends Saturday Sunday the cars traffic piles up and to add to that they perpetually have one or Two toll gates shut . When i asked them Mr Deviprasad the so called operator says that the computers are not working . Thats non of our ( Public ) business if its not working they should be peanalised as per the guidelines why should the public suffer .
I wish i had a recording to post on social media to bring this out .

Kindly act on same in the interest of all those using the toll ways .

Sir i would like to raise your attention towards the increasing number of accidents at NH1 day by day due to lack of maintenance. The part where these accident happens falls between Rajpura and Ambala near Gaggal Heri village some kilometres before Shanbhu Village toll plaza. Obviously there are no lights over there so its difficult for the new drivers as a part of highway is left unmaintained since the highway was made by the contractor. One accident daily happens there during night time. The highway is straight but there is a sudden diversion which the drivers are not able to get and thus their vehicles rush unto the concrete. Practically it is not possible for a car travelling about 80-100 km/hr usually to take such quick diversions in just 20-30 metres as there is just a single diversion board which comes in visibility when the vehicle light falls on it. The number of accidents are increasing day by day and no solution is being made. It is really a important concern. I request you to please contact with the contractor and get the part fixed.

I'm Sambath Kumar the serving soldier of Indian Army and also I'm from Kallakurichi when I'm moving by a car from Kallakurichi to Villuparam there was double toll fee needed to pay in between the short distance. Distance between Kallakurichi and Sengurichi is 36 km but should need to pay double tax why this kind of roll should be followed by a toll service

The total highway is under repairing, every here and there is diversion. More than 70% road is rough. There is huge queue at toll plaza and due to repairing heavy traffic is there. Hence from any angle it is not worth for paying toll for it. The complaint form provided is also not have Sr no, it seems duplicate complaint book.
I think as long as repairing work is under progress. toll should not be charged.

In Mettupati toll plaza, Salem, amount was charged manually quoting Fastag account was blocklisted eventhough we used it just an hour ago, then we paid rs 50. Later we got message that my Fastag account was also debited the return amount rs 25

While returning within 1 and half hr, i have paid manually for single journey and later charged in Fastag for return journey, totally of rs 75

This is not the first time in this toll plaza. There will be a problem in this toll plaza.

We are very disappointed and upset with NHAI, GAYA, BIHAR.Last 2 year we are struggling to get the construction money of our buildings that have been aquesition as 4 lane of NH83 at Lodhipur, Police station number :-419 Belaganj, Gaya. we Request you to help us to get the money.
These are the applicant who are facing a huge problem :-
1. Uma Shankar sharma. Plot number 2752, land account number 399.
2. Ganesh Shaw. plot number 2807, land account number 172.
3. Mohammed Mussa. Plot number 3335, land account number 08,
4. Lila Devi. plot number 2553.
5. Mohammed taiyab Alam. Plot number 2845, 2846, 2848. Land account number 73.

I am a officer cadet of Indian Army and entitled to all facilities of Officer including CSD and rail travel. The staff on NH205 from chandigarh. The staff was very rude and didnt listen anything assuming that my ICARD was of NCC. Request immediate action. There has been a lot of cases of such incident but it halted after directions by supreme court but this was first time in last 2 year that i faced such problem with same icard and this should not go unattended.

Dear Sir,
On the way of near Unn & Entrance of Sachin GIDC 3-Railway over bridges are too much dangerous. (Near Surat-Gujarat)

On way of going Unn to Sachin city, above mention all 3-over bridges are 2-ways. No body sure that, when heavy vehicle are come from which side. Too much difficult to drive on this way. Out of three roads, old road condition is too much poor. Old road is the too much near on the Railway track. After over old road there is too much big unwanted dirty circle. Govn. should give a contract on PPP base soon.

Please repair this dangerous road soon before one big accident was there.

I am travelling from Indore to Bhopal on regular basis, and faced waiting problem each booth on the way. They are allowing non-fastag vehicles in the row this is taking time. There is no use of putting tag.
On complaining to staff working at toll booth, they misbehave with us and tells that all is allowed, or false statement that their tag is blacklisted, but those vehicles not having tag
Please look into the matter or othrewise remove such facility.

My house is hardly 600 metres from Paliyekkara toll plaza. As far I know, free passes were issued for residents within 10 km radius of toll plaza.

But the passes are not been issued for new vehicles. Even though application has been taken, they are not issuing free passes, causing heavy financial burden and unnecessary delay at the toll.

I had pass for the earlier vehicle, but when I changed the car, the authorities are not issuing the free passes.

Request you to please intervene and help me get the free pass.

I am holding Fastag vehicle no PB11CJ5040. Today when my fastag was low on balance I paid cash Rs.130 at the counter on Patiala to Sangrur toll plaza vide ticket no.[protected] at 11.38.22 hours, Soon after crossing the toll I made a recharge in my fastag for Rs.1500 and I got SMS that a sum of Rs.85 has been deducted from my fastag on 11.38.53 hours

Hi I'm a daily user of Attibele toll plaza, which is between karnataka and tamil nadu. It's always packed and it has the worst staff I have ever seen in any toll plaza. I usually take 25-30 minutes to cross this toll plaza. Have complained about this to toll plaza office but no action has taken. Recently many off the daily users face this problem and it's been hectic to cross this toll. Request you to please see into this matter.

I am using ICICI Fastag in my Car for last 2 years.
But as when I started using Eastern Peripheral Expressway I am totally fedup with the Fastag facility at the Toll Plaza.
I daily travel and cross Bilakbarpur Toll Plaza.
I have a complaint that I am paying duplicate toll charge, one in cash and other one from my fastag.
Problem is that toll charge is Rs.15 but the amount Rs.105 is regularly deducted from fastag account.
It has been regularly deducted from the account.
Today my account has gone negative in balance and therefore has been deactivated by the bank today.

I ask Toll Boy please use fastag when it doesn't read automatically, but he says it's not working and he charge the payment. But just after I get the message the amount of Rs.105 has been deducted.

I am not satisfied with the Toll management company at peripheral expressway the facility they are giving.

Please check the problem and do the needful.

I low income person, so I can't able to keep sufficient fund in fasttag account, due to i forget montly renewal, i went to vikravandi tollplaza, they took single trip cost 80rs from my minimum balance fasttag account.why they not take 150 rs as a monthly pass amount to renewal from that fasttag minimum balane . Due to they takeing trip cost instead of monthly pass amount we are getting huge lose and we mentally affected, so Local pass should be renewed by minimum balance amount which is in tag, sometimes local person may not use monthly pass due to many reasons like car may be stay long time in other places, car service take long time, not necessary to use that car in that month, due to this we can't go for auto renewal options, due to low income we can't keep more money in fasttag. I request you
1. For local tag we don't need minimum balance
2. If not if car went to tollgate, monthly pass should be renewed from minimum balance, instead of taking single trip money
3.if we renewed monthly pass, give one month from the date fasttag local pass renewed
