My house is hardly 600 metres from Paliyekkara toll plaza. As far I know, free passes were issued for residents within 10 km radius of toll plaza.

But the passes are not been issued for new vehicles. Even though application has been taken, they are not issuing free passes, causing heavy financial burden and unnecessary delay at the toll.

I had pass for the earlier vehicle, but when I changed the car, the authorities are not issuing the free passes.

Request you to please intervene and help me get the free pass.

I am holding Fastag vehicle no PB11CJ5040. Today when my fastag was low on balance I paid cash Rs.130 at the counter on Patiala to Sangrur toll plaza vide ticket no.[protected] at 11.38.22 hours, Soon after crossing the toll I made a recharge in my fastag for Rs.1500 and I got SMS that a sum of Rs.85 has been deducted from my fastag on 11.38.53 hours

Hi I'm a daily user of Attibele toll plaza, which is between karnataka and tamil nadu. It's always packed and it has the worst staff I have ever seen in any toll plaza. I usually take 25-30 minutes to cross this toll plaza. Have complained about this to toll plaza office but no action has taken. Recently many off the daily users face this problem and it's been hectic to cross this toll. Request you to please see into this matter.

I am using ICICI Fastag in my Car for last 2 years.
But as when I started using Eastern Peripheral Expressway I am totally fedup with the Fastag facility at the Toll Plaza.
I daily travel and cross Bilakbarpur Toll Plaza.
I have a complaint that I am paying duplicate toll charge, one in cash and other one from my fastag.
Problem is that toll charge is Rs.15 but the amount Rs.105 is regularly deducted from fastag account.
It has been regularly deducted from the account.
Today my account has gone negative in balance and therefore has been deactivated by the bank today.

I ask Toll Boy please use fastag when it doesn't read automatically, but he says it's not working and he charge the payment. But just after I get the message the amount of Rs.105 has been deducted.

I am not satisfied with the Toll management company at peripheral expressway the facility they are giving.

Please check the problem and do the needful.

I low income person, so I can't able to keep sufficient fund in fasttag account, due to i forget montly renewal, i went to vikravandi tollplaza, they took single trip cost 80rs from my minimum balance fasttag account.why they not take 150 rs as a monthly pass amount to renewal from that fasttag minimum balane . Due to they takeing trip cost instead of monthly pass amount we are getting huge lose and we mentally affected, so Local pass should be renewed by minimum balance amount which is in tag, sometimes local person may not use monthly pass due to many reasons like car may be stay long time in other places, car service take long time, not necessary to use that car in that month, due to this we can't go for auto renewal options, due to low income we can't keep more money in fasttag. I request you
1. For local tag we don't need minimum balance
2. If not if car went to tollgate, monthly pass should be renewed from minimum balance, instead of taking single trip money
3.if we renewed monthly pass, give one month from the date fasttag local pass renewed

We were stopped from travelling on a toll road, nelmangala tumkur national Highway on 07/06/2019 to allow zero traffic to Mr. Parameshwar D.C.M Karnataka. The toll ticket number is[protected]. After covering around 100 meters on the toll road all the vehicles were stopped by the police and forced to travel on the service road. We were told that this happens regularly and Mr. Parameshwar insists for zero traffic when ever he travels on this road from bangalore or vice-versa and the authorities readily oblige. This is a clear misuse of a high - handed personal causing problems to the public. Even after taking a toll ticket to travel on the highway, stopping public and forcing them to travel on the service road is really a problem that needs to be addressed. After paying the toll, NHAI should ensure uninterrupted travel on the highways. In this case, we have paid the toll fee just to travel 100 metres on the toll road. People pay extra money as toll fee to have hassle free travel and NHAI should ensure providing that. Please provide the details of the action taken and see that it is not repeated again.

महोदय, कटनी नगर निगम सीमा से लगे हुए जुहला बाईपास मे NH 43 निर्माणाधीन है जिसके जर्जर होने की शिकायत प्राप्त हुई है
(1) कटनी से शहडोल नेशनल हाईवे का निर्माण पूरा होने पर है जिसमें जुहला गांव से रूट पृथक होकर कल्वर्ट ब्रिज के ऊपर से शहडोल बायपास मार्ग से जोड़ा गया है।
(2) यह कि कटनी शहर को जोडने वाला मार्ग जुहला गांव से बाईपास तक अनुमानित 400 मीटर रोड की हालत बहुत ही जर्जर है
(3) कटनी शहर से जिला उमरिया शहडोल सहित कटनी जिले के बड़वारा बरही क्षेत्र में अनुमानित दस हजार नागरिक का रोज आवागमन है और नागरिकों का आवागमन पूर्ण रूप से इस जर्जर मार्ग से होता है जिसमें आए दिन दुर्घटनाएं होती रहती है
(4) जहां भी नेशनल हाईवे निर्माण किया गया है वहां पर नागरिकों के आवागमन के लिए सर्विस रूट की निर्माण का भी कार्य किया जाता है
जुहला बाईपास की जर्जर स्थिति से आम नागरिकों में भारी रोष एवं नाराजगी है आपसे सादर अनुरोध है की लोक निर्माण विभाग को दिशा-निर्देश देकर बरसात के पूर्व उक्त मार्ग का मरम्मत कराये जाने के निर्देश दिए जाने का मेहरबानी करें

With due respect to you, I am complaining regarding the bad conditions of National Highway 12 (Previously NH34) at Bethuadahari Statue More area of Nadia district of West Bengal state. This highway was reconstructed and rejuvenated just few months ago.

A picture has been attached for your reference.

Request you to take immediate course of action in this regard.

I am a physically handicapped person and was availing free fast tag facility for my modified car registered as "invalid carriage" (Vehicle no. Kl 64 e 9814) at paliekkara toll plazaa, thrissur district, kerala state. But about two months back, i was not allowed to use the fast tag lane. The reason cited was that the vehicle had low balance. Following my complaint, the toll plaza authorities have taken up the matter with higher authorities. I had also submitted all the required details, including the photograph of my car (I wonder which rule stipulates that we should submit photo of car, when already the rto has specifically registered the vehicle as invalid carriage). But even after two months, the issue has not been resolved.
It is really painful that a facility granted by government to physically handicapped person is denied due to official laxity. Also, unnecessarily asking for documents such as photograph, when the car has already been certified as invalid carriage by the competent authority (Rto) amounts to harassment of handicapped persons. I hope you will look into the matter and resolve it soon.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We want to purchase NHAI bonds. We sold out a piece of land in Pune on 18 Jan 2019. We opened a capital gains tax account in Bank of Maharashtra(Kalyani Nagar, Pune) and deposited a specific sum in that account. We are going to purchase a property from the amount in the capital gain tax account and from the remaining amount we want to purchase 3 NHAI bonds . Bank of Maharashtra do not issue cheque books for capital gain tax accounts.
NHAI accepts payment via cheque, demand draft and RTGS. The banks authorized by NHAI to accept the forms are not willing to accept the payment via RTGS. They say that they accept only cheques or demand drafts and not RTGS. As we have invested our amount in Capital Gain Tax account we cannot remove that amount. We can directly RTGS the amount to NHAI . Paying the amount through Demand Draft will cost me around Rs 40, 000/- as commission which I am reluctant to pay.
Though NHAI has given the option of RTGS the authorised banks (HDFC, BT Kawade road, Pune, IDBI Bank, Koregaon Park, SBI Bank, Bund Garden Road, ICICI Bank, BT Kawade Road, Pune) are denying the service.

We want to invest in NHAI bond at the earliest to save tax.

This is to bring to your notice that the condition of nh37 has gone from bad to worse and neither the government nor the authority is paying any attention to it. If the condition remains the same then by the end of monsoon their will be no sign of highway or even the road. Communication is very important in our day to day life but the present condition of the roads have made it very difficult for us and many accidents are caused do to such roads. A number of potholes have grown into ponds in the middle of the highway. You are hereby requested to please look into the matter and treat it as urgent. Thanking you in anticipation.

I want to register a complaint against all those who are involved in the contract, construction and approval of toll gate at doddaballapur (SH 9 toll booth), gunjur village.. This is situated around 40-50 kms from bangalore and between ghati subramanyam- viduraswatha temples.

Due to negligent construction, usage of low quality products and approval of such poor and low standard toll, we (myself, my wife, my mother and my 1.8 year old nephew) underwent a major panic and accident at around 7-9PM in the toll booth yesterday, June 2nd 2019, while we were waiting for the barricades to open after showing our return trip receipt (to and fro charges 50 rupees).

Within no time and while we were waiting for barricades to open, all this happened.. Due to heavy flow of wind and rain, the roof of the toll booth constructed with iron bars or rods (not sure of material) started to collapse and fall on our car, the barricades flew and hit the car with extreme force, the iron rods hit the rare glass damaging the window completely.. The display boards, lights, roof of toll, barricades etc., what not!!! Everything started to hit the car in all possible directions with great force, leaving us in shock and panic...

In our helpless and clueless situation and to save our lives, I drove the car away from toll gate before it collapses completely... There was no visibility due to heavy rain, collapse of all items of toll in all directions... I drove away with speed to make way, crossing all obstacles and I hit the median and speed braker and the car jumped in the air and I applied sudden brake to avoid further severe accident as there was electric pole... As soon as I realized what happened, we were right next to pole, on footpath, right in front of huge gutter and just 50m away from toll...

Luckily the car was strong enough, we were in seat belt and in conscious and God's grace, we escaped with no injuries... By then, the roof collapsed completely and was swept away... Immediately we came out of car and rushed to toll plaza (besides toll gate, admin office)...

Sir, how could the construction be so poor?? How could the management be so negligent?? Other toll gates were strong enough but this collapsed and we became victims for no fault from our side!! Toll that's supposed to be safe left us in huge shock. All those involved in this toll construction should be punished... If such irresponsible and negligent engineers, managers, suppliers etc., continue to work, they will kill the lives of humans..

Luckily we escaped, but we don't want any others to be in such situation.. We were returning from ghati and viduraswatham temple and those Gods saved us...

Our car is one week old... Insurance would probably be covered... But what about the mental pain and panic we underwent??? Could that be valued with money??? It's priceless... Why such our lives (or any human) be at risk and undergo all this just because of negligent, irresponsible people??? They need to be punished/sued to avoid further incidents...

Request you to check the footage (from 6.30 PM on July 2nd 2019... Incident happened around 7 as far as what we feel)... Media did cover the toll post the incident... I have also attached the pics and videos..

Request you to register a complaint & take necessary actions against the toll authority..

Kindly note that i had toll pass for my car (Kl 08 bd 9646) since last few years, now its validity date is expired and in order to renew, i have filled the form (Given from your office) and issued to toll pass office on 1/6/2019 with all orignal and photostat of car reg, ration card adhar card and residential certificate. But they refused to accept it as they wanted residential certificate of my wife as the car reg is on her name. Sir the ration card, adhar card of both o[censored]s is clearly mentioned the address of residence. To avail residential certificate, house building tax receipt to be given to ollur panchayat. But house is on my name its registration its sale deed is also on my name so they issued residential certificate on my name. On this tax receipt how they issue residential certificate to my spouse name. But at toll station they were also not mentioned residential certificate of the owner of the vehicle. I thought as we stay together since last 15 years at ollur residential certificate of either wife & husband will do. Every id card, ration card, voting card, adhar card, my pension card, for verification your office even can ask my adahar card also. They can correlate with any of this. More over you can refer my previous toll pass. At least your office would have considered a senior citizen consideration (My dob -31.10.1955). Sir i felt it’s simply a type of harassment to the public. If the rule stick with above said certificates, sir why don’t you make an convenient method or let the officials must really understand the genuine cases of the vehicle owners. Sir it is at your fingertip of your vigilance section confirms whether this guy stays with his wife or not.

I will be highly appreciated if you can look into for a simplified procedure

Suggestion:- print what are the document need for renewal original / photostat behind the application form issue.

I travelled from pimpalgaon (Nh-3) thru lane 6 on 30.05.2019 time is 5.56 pm
Ticket number is 688239 is issued to me to passed this toll (From pimpalgoan to nashik.) they charged me rs. 140/- only for less than 20km travel.
This charges is not justified. I was tol that nashik passing vehicle will charged rs.40/- and other than nashik will be charged rs.140/- why this?
Request you to look into the matter and get resolved it.

I want to bring in your notice that nh 87 which is under four lanes construction from oct 2017 by sadbhavna group.
Due to the work going on the road the water ways by which it use to move earlier have now been blocked by this problem we faced huge losses in our agriculture land which is on road side of vill temra, kaushalganj and kota of tehsil bilaspur. Distt rampur the monsoon season is again to arrive and no action has been taken for proper drainage of water
I request your authority to look over it.

Sir, i want to bring to your kind notice that i am a govt employee working at awantipora. As the new toll plaza have been established near chursoo awantipora and i live 1km ahead of the toll plaza. I have got the required pass fr my vehicle and for my fathers vehicle too. Today as i went to renew both passes i had to wait for 45mins as there was huge rush. I was waiting outside in queue and while i got both passes renewed a person called gupta sir (As they call him) came out and returned my documents back without giving my fathers pass and said he will come by himself and there were almost 10 employees present there infront of whom he insulted me and threw my documents on road. While as people who came 3 mins before and were knowing any employee there got so many passes in secs. I was humiliated by this only person mr gupta who always disrespects kashmiri folk there, i request ur goodself that a good natured knowledgeful person should be posted at his place so that we wont suffer any problem in monthly renewal of passes. And being female person one would commit suicide than bearing such action

On 2.6.19 at 13.10 hrs. I exited at maujpur (Haryana) toll plaza with my car up14dz2391 on eastern peripheral expressway showing return journey ticket that was issued to me at duhai (Ghaziabad) on 1.6.19 at around 22 hrs.
That means no money should have been deducted at maujpur but rs. 155 was deducted from my fastag account. Please
Arrange to refund the said amount deducted unduly.

I am an army officer travelling on june 2, 2019 for posting to kashmir valley. I travelled by road in my car through gvk thikarya expressway toll booth around 4:00 p. M. I showed my identity card but they refused to exempt me. They did not say anything for their refusal. I waited around 20 minutes. A huge convoy of vehicles built up behind me till then. I kept asking politely for their reason to hold me up. They just refused to give any ear. The moment i demanded my point by raising my voice decibel, the staff started abusing.
Despite your orders of saluting passing through army personnel, none of the staff of any toll booths from pune to jammu including gvk thikariya toll booth obeyed your orders. On the contrary, they give two hoots to your instructions in this regard and instead find it more convenient to abuse their protectos i. E, us for reasons unknown. The armed forces & its personnel like me don't exist for getting abused by anyone. We do our job. Your toll booth should do theirs because that's what you are paying them for, & i don't think you are paying them for abusin& insulting anyone or disobeying you.
I think it's time for your introspection & strict disciplinary actions so that such delinquency can be arrested immediately before it turns into an unmanageable epidemic for you.
Hoping that such matters won't recur, i close in earnest anticipation of a favourable response.

Kindly clarify the waiting time on toll tax.
Because today 2/6/19. I am waiting on vasad gujarat toll tax. More than 10 minutes. I go to the toll gate & saying why more than 10 minitue is waiting.
He is not responding evening he is giving a letter (Sign by udeep sign gmb co) that is not option for any time.
Even supervisor;mr raman chauhan not replied properly at that time suddenly toll line was clear.
Kindly clarify the waiting time on toll tax. As per the new paper it is more than 3 minutes it is free.

At dasna toll illegal toll tax is being charged for last 2 months. I have seen many has complained already but i don't understand why nhai is sleeping. This is such a huge scam, daily around 70000 vehicles cross this toll. We are asked for toll tax and when we asked the for receipt, they given us receipt of hapur muradabad tollway rather than dasna ghaziabad tollway. Hindustan times has already published this news on 26th sep 2018 but the scam is still on.
